Instead of helping resolve the problem professionally, the conversation became unproductive and felt disrespectful. We did not feel heard or taken seriously as clients. Additionally, my fiancé's previous review about this experience was removed, which is very concerning. Because of that, I am sharing this experience again. While I'm very familiar with HydraFacials & often choose ones with similar additional treatments (including manual extractions, red light therapy, etc.), it's very much appreciated when I'm informed about what products will be applied to my face.
