I love the way she does my nails and I love chatting with her. She is a major asset there but (and this is part of why this is 4 instead of 5), I think she's very underutilized. It can be hard to book hair and nails on the same day. I am an oddball because I don't like doing this stuff so when I do it, I prefer one and done! :) I am really glad the endless country music has stopped because it was really such noise pollution for me, I stopped coming in for awhile. I just can't listen to it for that long. I don't even know that the stylists liked it! Another reason for 4 out of 5-the pricing is a touch higher than is reasonable. I can and do pay it because I really like my stylist and Jenise, but the pricing could be off-putting to others. I've seen coupons for new customers out. This always irks me as a long time customer--why not some kind of loyalty program? It doesn't have to be complicated at all. I like things simple. Being someone new to getting massages, I felt very comfortable and like I was guided through the entire experience. My masseuse was great, and I really enjoyed the experience. I didn't feel rushed afterwards either, even though they would be closing soon. Overall, highly recommend! The place is clean, relaxing, staff was very kind and patient, and I had a great experience.
