After check-in in I was immediately offered a beverage, which offered very welcoming vibes. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Karisa called me from the waiting area to the procedure room. Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. Nick did a great job with offering me a program I could sign up for and help same money at my next visits.

This didn't feel right so I went back to obtain my pathology report and it did not confirm this. I sought a second opinion with the Mohs team at Park Nicollet Dermatology and MOHS Surgery group and there biopsy still showed cancwhere additional tissue needed to be removed. Because of the initial procedure, I now have more scarring and require plastic surgery. I recommend asking detailed questions, verifying credentials, and reviewing your pathology report.

I went back 7 days later to be seen again for a follow up to the cream and was charged for another office visit. When I called to find out why I was billed for the first visit (should have been preventative) and why was I charged full price for the follow up, I had to make repeated calls. When calling the main line, most of the time it goes to voicemail and they may or may not call you back. When I finally reached someone, they said they had to have billing call me back. After multiple follow up calls, I was told the first visit was diagnostic so can't be billed as preventative and the second visit required another exam so wasn't considered follow up. The exam was all of 2 seconds of the Dr seeing things were worse and gave me a shot to minimize symptoms. They said I was examed again and it had to be billed as such and not a follow up. I will not be going back not only because I feel like I was unfairly charged but also because trying to get anyone on the phone was extremely difficult. I will stick with park Nicollet.

It's not my fault they never filed the claim with the secondary, can't tell how to do their job. The woman with the blonde and fading pink bob, was so unkind and had a major attitude when 'helping' me schedule my surgery. For this reason I will avoid the Eden Prairie location at all costs. I left feeling awful. The anticipation of my upcoming surgery, wasn't made any less unpleasant by the lack of empathy or compassion from the front desk staff. I took my dog, Decker, back to the clinic after a month to have his allergy testing done. Every one…read moreof the employees are so welcoming and caring for Decker. His allergy testing took about a half an hour to complete and I waited in my car in the parking lot while he was getting tested. After the testing, they took the time to go over the results with me in depth and concocted his own personalized micro dose of drops for us to give him twice daily to help fight those allergens. He was a little stoned when he came out of the testing, and they offered to help get him in the car for me since he's a big boy! Decker ended up not needing any help and is happily resting at home. We are looking forward to our follow-up appointment in 3-4 months from now!
