A medical staff said that didn't seem accurate that I couldn't do both in the same visit. I reached out to the billing department but nothing was resolved. I guess it's my fault for saying I had an additional question when I called to make the appointment. Next time I won't. I was told some providers allow you to ask an additional question or a couple of questions during an appointment, and some don't. I gave two stars because I did genuinely like the providers themselves, but I won't be returning.

Healing seemed different than what she'd experienced before, and the scarring was much more noticeable than expected. I'm not sure if something changed with the process or materials used, but unfortunately the results have made me hesitant to bring her here in the future if this continues. I'll still give two stars because the doctors and staff have always been very kind and professional, and the procedures she had done last year healed extremely well with almost unnoticeable scarring. Completely unacceptable, this is something that could have been communicated allowing us to get scheduled elsewhere.
