According to my arrival time, I was only about 2 minutes late, yet there was no flexibility or effort to accommodate me. I understand that businesses have policies, but canceling an appointment over a matter of minutes after a customer has traveled a significant distance feels unreasonable and frustrating. A little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my time was not valued.
