I have been suffering from acne since I was 16 years old. I went to my doctor's office at Kaiser hospital and they only recommended me to take antibiotic pills. I was taking antibiotics for 3 months and my acne condition only got worse, then doctor put on Accutane for 2 years and that was really harsh on whole body and I got no results . Absolute worst experience. My daughter left & broke down in tears. Sadly we had very high hopes for this spot. The pictures looked cute & most of the reviews were promising. I brought my teenage daughter there & immediately, when we pulled up to the address, something seemed very "off". The building looked like a squatter house on a very run down block from the outside. We decided to just give it a chance. It turns out it is an apartment building, which also felt odd vs and office space or the like. After being buzzed in we walked down a dark hallway of appts where a man could be heard yelling at someone on the phone. At the very end of the hallway a figure ushered us into the skincare space which looked NOTHING like the inviting photos online. It was a vast room with fake plants stacked on one side of the very long room & a couch on the other. For a brief moment I was actually frightened we may have been led into a dangerous situation, as it seemed impossible that it was a legit skincare office. My daughter felt precisely the same precarious energetics & was palpable nervous. She was led very abruptly into a smaller room where the one chair + tray of euipment looked as though it was ancient & almost staged, not at all in frequent use, then abruptly back to the couch. The woman was startlingly direct, abrupt, sharp, & cold. We accepted this as just her demeanor & continued to have high hopes despite the landslide of signs. At first the woman told us ny daughter's forehead bumps were a very mild/easy case before awkwardly flipping through a book of photos to show us a picture of a girl with a burned forehead & explained that burning would be key. Fine. She then continued to explain that it would be thousands of dollars to handle this "mild" case, plus another 600$ for products that we would NOT be able to even try a sample of for a few days before investing in. She was livid that I would even suggest a 3 day trial would be great before diving into her 600$, non refundable, cream that she refused to show us. When I thanked her for her time & explained that we simply didn't have the 3k plus 600$ on the spot with no real plan/products to sense/see, she became furious & soooo defensive. She told me that if her daughter had acne she would "fly to New York" if need be to handle it, which felt so enormously insulting. She then lashed out & told us that if we didn't trust her line/methods, sight unseen, we should leave immediately. I agreed. I said that the whole encounter felt more strange than anything I had experienced in such a setting before. It was downright creepy, predatory, condescending, unsupportive, & worrisome. My daughter, who is a super chill & centered spirit was balling her eyes out. We actually ran down the hallway & out to the car. I came to this clinic in Early June this year. We were visiting for 3 months and I had been desperately looking for someone who could clear my daughter's acne for her engagement a month away. The most amazing thing about his products is that the effect is immediate. You don't have to wait for months or even weeks to see the effect. You can see visible difference within just a couple of days. His cleanser is very different from your usual cleanser. So much to say about this delightful clinic. First of all, Elvis and Mirsada will restore your faith in people AND your skin . Two of the loveliest, most intelligent people I've met. I tried a lot of products recommended by dermatologists and videos based on my acne/skin type but nothing worked until I discovered this clinic after hearing about it from a friend. Mirsada is a miracle worker for acne and hyperpigmentation! I did not know it was possible to make such progress with almost entirely natural products. Her regimen and facials did more for my skin than anything that I've tried over multiple decades. Not only is it she incredibly knowledgeable and personable, but she also took the time to listen to my individual skin concerns and created a plan to address the *root cause* of my acne without relying on benzoyl peroxide and many other common chemical ingredients. It has taken less than two months to transform my face, which included naturally lightning some extensive hyperpigmentation. A big bonus for me was that some of her products helped address stubborn KP in other places as well (turns out it's the same core issue with acne and KP). This place saved my skin. I started going here when I was 14, and my face was awful. I had a large cyst on my nose, and just lots of bumps on my chin and forehead on top of that. I wasn't confident with myself, and I needed a solution other than the inefficient countertop face washes. Being fifteen now and using their products for a year, I can confidently recommend this to any teenager struggling with their face and finding a lack of results with whatever they're using. Things like acutane will never be as efficient as using the natural stuff here.
