On June 7th, I brought a friend who was visiting from Washington to get IV therapy with me. We were offered a private room, and the staff was attentive at the start of our visit. However, after our second IV bags were connected, neither of us was checked on again. Both my friend and I fell asleep during treatment. I eventually woke up because I needed to use the restroom and pressed the call button multiple times before someone responded. When the nurse came in, she noticed my IV bag was empty and so was my friends . Once the lights were turned on, I could see a significant amount of blood had backflowed into the tubing approximately 12 inches from my arm. When the IV was disconnected, blood also got onto the pillow beneath my arm. I was told this was "normal" and the situation was laughed off, which left me feeling uneasy. After speaking with a nurse friend, I learned that while the blood backflow itself is generally not harmful, it can happen when an IV bag is allowed to run dry and isn't disconnected promptly. What concerns me most is not the blood in the tubing, but that neither of us was checked on after the second bag was hung. Had I not repeatedly pressed the call button, I'm not sure how much longer we would have been left unattended. I've always had wonderful experiences here, which is why this stood out so much. My hope is that this feedback helps improve monitoring, especially for guests placed in private rooms. A simple check-in and a more professional response would have gone a long way.

I went to Vivella in 2022 to get a chemical peel as I had bad acne and acne scars. I went in for a…read moreconsultation and got talked into getting a dermabrasion facial and was told I'd probably need 10 to clear up my skin. I was told as well that my skin would get worst but slowly get better as I had facials. Well it definitely got worst after the first one. Vivella has a cancellation policy where you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. That being said, for my second facial they e-mailed me I believe a day or two before my next appointment to confirm. They then emailed me the night before my appointment to cancel. I didn't see it till the next morning and came to my appointment anyways and waited outside for maybe half an hour before I checked my email. The following time Mary who did my one facial and consolations came late and talked me out of getting a facial. Once again my skin was pretty bad and said I didn't need it. I honestly think she just didn't want to do it. I ended up never coming back and ended up going on acutane, against her advice, and my skin has never looked better (with some scaring still but no acne or redness). Vivella has been very unprofessional in how they handle their clients by forgetting about them and emailing last minute when their clients have to pay a fee to cancel their appointments in advance. Service wise I couldn't really say because I never completed my treatments but unprofessional in how they conduct their business.

So i told the girl that took the before pictures and applied the numbing cream about this. I used to love this place! I was late today so i had to wait too long to be seen, they were busy (i understood) so i rescheduled because my mother drove me and was waiting in her car with her dog and it was just too hot. when the girl wiped the numbing cream off my brows, it was painful- she pressed so hard that she ripped my transplant hairs out and the site is bleeding. i am still in shock. The area was hurting since i left but i didnt look at it until i got home as we had some errands to run. As soon as i saw the transplant had been ripped out and on my left brow , the site was bleeding, i called immediately to cancel my rescheduled appt . I also told the lady on the phone what happened and she gasped and said "oh no , i am so sorry ". I appreciate that but it wasn't her fault. Id like an apology from the actual girl that hurt me and an acknowledgement of her mistake. I messaged them on instagram and they keep saying she applied gentle pressure and worked there many years. I can guarantee you , it was anything but gentle and the picture shows where the hair is missing and where i was bleeding. I really did like this place and referred a couple friends. I just wanted to share this experience because this type of unprofessional behavior is not acceptable. Mistakes happen! But when they do, accountability is everything without it, trust is broken. Im a very patient, tolerant and understanding person and i deserve an apology from her. I wont be returning. I feel so depressed.
