What completely ruined it was the front desk girl on the outer right side (if you're facing the desk). She was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and had a horrible attitude. She told me to sign up for Aspire for the first-time Dysport reward, but when it didn't work, instead of helping, she basically brushed me off with, "Well idk, it's not working." No effort, no professionalism, no customer service. I've been a customer for years, and being treated so poorly honestly made me angry enough to not want to come back. It's unacceptable to be that dismissive to loyal clients. Suzy was excellent, but that front desk experience was beyond frustrating.

My negative review is for the 100% lack of support when my treatment wasn't as expected. I bought a Groupon for two micro-needling treatments for the price of one. I'd never done micro-needling before and came to find out that it's not for my skin type. I now have broken capillaries where I had none before, and I'm not sure if that was due to my skin type or too deep a treatment. All good. These things happen. I realize that I tried this treatment at my own risk. I reached out on two separate occasions to the Skin Agency to try to help me navigate a path forward, and they have not acknowledged me. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a consultation and a potential pivot to a different treatment that would be better suited for my skin. I was really disappointed to learn that The Skin Agency is not interested in helping me develop a skincare plan or navigate treatment plans moving forward. We have SO many options of med spas and treatments to try these days. I'm sure they wont miss me, but I personally don't care to invest in a company that's not interested in investing in me.
