Terrible experience here. I'd been here twice before, and today I came for the third time. I went in August for a touch up and I loved the way they looked. Full, lomg, and slightly thick. Today when I came in, I noticed the lady's brows, whoch were very good. Pretty much perfect. So I sat down and she got to work. It was slightly more painful than I remembered, but what sturcj me was how long it was taking her. I was only in for a touch up. She held up the mirror, and I immediately saw just how bad it was. Instead of the thick, full, long brows I had wanted, I was left with tiny, short pencil scratching brows. I seriously have no clue what to do, since I can't just focus extra and regrow my eyebrows. I didn't see a picture posted on their pricing and so I trusted the Yelp dollar sign signifying it was super cheap. When I asked about pricing, the woman working that evening told me it was $70 for getting your brows threaded once or $60 for 3 threading sessions. I was really confused and repeated back what she told me to clarify and she said yes, that's the pricing. Last I checked the didn't have their prices posted on their website either, which was also really frustrating. Maybe it's because I'm a younger customer, but I felt really disrespected and I think it shocked the woman that I wasn't going to blindly spend my money, which also made me feel uncomfortable. This place is absolutely horrible if you like eyebrows that are even remotely naturally shaped. They do not ask what you want and I ended up with uneven, entirely too thin brows. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My sister and I got our eyebrows done. There are no clear directions given to hold your skin firm during threading due to language barrier or personality (not sure). But overall we were happy with end result. I even got the brow bucks card read more

I am getting my eyebrows threaded for last 15 years.I haven't found some one nearly as good as Nafess. She is just amazing. I have thick eyebrow hair and I am very sensitive to pain but Nafess makes the whole experience painless and the result is fantastic.She also restored my eyebrow shape which got ruined as I started to wax to avoid pain. The first time I came here I had the best experience, she was a lady with short hair and she was very detailed and my brows never looked better, I came in this week and had a different woman assuming they were all very good, it was obvious she was sick and when they are working so close to you that I did not appreciate. She did not comb my brows, only trimmed one of them and the service took about 3 minutes. Needless to say I loved my thick brows and now I have one thin one thick. I gave 3 stars because I will be going back and my first experience was amazing. I now know I will be asking for the woman that originally did them the first time. I was there and had a horrible experience, I just got one of those prepaid stamp card, so I thought I can pop in any time, no booking require. I was there today after a movies, and saw no customer inside, so I went in and ask for eyebrow thread, the staff name BOBBY was on her cell phone and doing something on iPad, no one else in the store, said she is alone and has a customer coming, but there is noone in the store, and threading eyebrow only takes 5 mins, she told me come back after 20mins! I said no, no one is there, why can't she provide service which I already paid for, I confronted her and she told me to leave, so I ask for my money back, she called the owner, of course at this moment, "her customer" arrived, I told the boss what happened, told her she is the one who refuse service me at first, and tell me to leave, and I really don't want to come back anymore, she just said she will talk her staff and call me later, so far I still haven't hear from her. Terrible experience speaking with the owner "Menoshe". She cares about money and money only. I've been going here for laser hair removal for 6 months now. I bought their Groupon for $120 for 3 sessions on a small area (they said most people's hair was gone or almost gone by the 6th session) I should clarify their tech has done an amazing job her name is Deja has never burned me or anything and is very knowledgeable in her field but the owner constantly changes around pricing and is money grubbing. Great experience with the tech but a terrible experience speaking with the owner on pricing- during treatments they said they would "pro rate you" if you needed more than 6 sessions. Well I needed more than 6. The owner was trying to charge me $150 per session when I paid $240 for 6 sessions? The math wasn't there so like I said I believe is the owner only cares about money and is obviously not doing well money wise and is trying to strong arm her way into forcing people to pay more. Aside from the owner being an absolutely terrible person the poor staff is super friendly and do great work. Again the owners name is Minoshe/Menoske and just be prepared to pull out your wallet with the owner because she lies and tries to say they are upping pricing and changing price while they STILL have the groupon running. Terrible way to run a business, I do recommend the technician but do not recommend the owner. I still can't believe she would talk to people that way. read more

This place is very thorough, clean and fast. I love this place for threading as it they are so exact. It is much better than waxing, yet still hurts a little. It is a great place to get your brows done. However, it is a great price with their loyalty card and never have had to wait because they are so fast. You are in and out. read more

Awful place,rude,unhelpful staff .I had a groupon ,when I went in the woman informs me that it had expired 2 weeks ago. Since I had made the trip I thought I would get my eyebrows done at their regular rate-15$ ,(as the groupon explicitly states that only the promotional value expires but the $35 I paid for it never expires) The other woman doing eyebrows for a client walks over and tells me that even the $35 I paid was not going to be honored as it had "expired",so it was "gone".She instead starts pushing me to buy a new $60 card from them and offered to take $5 off today's threading if I bought the card! The client getting her eyebrows done tried to help and explain to the ladies that only the promotional value of groupons expire but the money one pays doesn't,but they refused to listen instead saying that groupons were a headache and they made no money out of them and their owner had said to not accept them at all,and if I wanted my $35 I should call groupon as they had nothing to do with it If businesses do not know how groupon works they shouldn't offer groupons , as for their remarks about groupon being a headache and not yielding them a penny except advertising , I wonder who told them that advertising was free? By this time the client getting her eyebrows done was finished and she was upset because her eyebrows had been unevenly done,and the ladies were explaining to her that this was because her eyebrows grew unevenly ??? I get my eyebrows threaded here and have a punch card. They have great hours and a convenient location. The results have been hit or miss depending on who is working. I would rate this place 3.5 stars but that's not an option. Last week I had a lady who spent a lot of time with me, and voila - great results and less pain than usual. I rate her 5 stars. The worst experience I had was when one eyebrow was cut all the way through from top to bottom. It looked weird for several months and I had to use brow shadow, which is not something I normally do. I got my brows done today with sarda and i love the way they came out! Im a frequent customer and always get them done by her. I tell her the way i want them and what areas i want most work done on and she really listens and tries to help your brows look the best they can. I used to come here a lot when I lived in the area over a year ago, and was happy with this place. I'm in town again visiting friends and stopped by to get my eyebrows done again - all I can say is this place has changed. The woman who threaded my eyebrows did an absolutely horrific job. They are completely uneven, and she took way too much off the bottom (completely removing their shape). I honestly didn't even ask her to fix it, because she did such an awful job that I was worried about her messing them up even more! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10+ years, and this is without question the WORST they have ever looked. I rarely write negative reviews, but wanted to warn others. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star but zero stars isn't an option on this website. I have been very unhappy every time I have visited this place. I used to go in to get my lip threaded and occasionally the sides of my face done, they NEVER got all of the hair! A lady who I saw often kept pushing me to get my eyebrows threaded and I kept telling her no I prefer to stick with waxing, but one time I went ahead and let her do it. BIG MISTAKE! She made them so disgustingly thin even though I continuously told her NOT to make them thin. Ontop of that, she didn't even make them even! I had beautiful eyebrows before and she destroyed them within minutes, I'm still trying to grow them out. Every single person I have seen walk out of there after having their eyebrows done did not look good. She also kept pushing me to buy their membership every time I went in there which was just extremely annoying. I was super excited when thiss place opened but I guess its just a bust. The people working here don't seem to have any experience whatsoever and are probably hired only because they are Indian. I do not under any circumstances reccommend this place. read more

Its a fantastic place for those of you who are hooked to that perfect brow arch only threading gets you (although they do wax for those who prefer that). So glad they exist! I've been here multiple times before they moved and they did a decent job on my brows. I finally got them to the shape and thickness I wanted until I came for a quick clean up. I asked to keep the natural shape but just clean up the stray hairs and the lady decided to do her own thing and made them so thin. After 1 year of working to get them to the right shape and now they're gone. She then proceeded to lazily fill them in and try to cover the places where she messed up. I'm gonna have to wear a hat to cover my brows for a while now. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning. read more

I have been here 3 times and each time it has been the most frustrating experience!! The services they advertise are supposed to include brow waxing, but each time I've gone they have tried persuading me to get threading done, stating that it's better for my skin because there are no chemicals involved. I understand that wax is made of chemicals but so is the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, etc. If they think waxing is so bad then they shouldn't offer it all, period. Since I am paying for a service I should be able to request what I want without being pushed into something else. I finally gave in and tried threading for the first time, and for me personally it hurt a lot more than waxing, despite the woman saying it would be painless. The most frustrating part is that they state they take walk-ins but rarely do they have someone available that knows how to wax eyebrows instead of just threading. I will not be going back after giving them 3 chances. I hope to find a place that is not pushy and gives me what I pay for. read more

Would not recommend. Went in for a brow wax, had made an appointment. No greeting, not friendly. They kept asking me if I wanted threading--I said no. Other customers came in asking for threading and they put them all ahead of me. While doing threading on someone one of the staff went on and on about how terrible waxing is, bad for your skin, etc... Why would I stay and get a brow wax from a company that clearly doesn't want to do it? Very unfriendly, and I walked out. read more

I love this place but am extremely frustrated about the usual 20-30+ minute wait. I have never seen more than one threader working at a time and she usually does both threading and checking people out, even when there are 4-5 people waiting. As a working professional I don't have time to wait 30 minutes to get my brows done so I am looking elsewhere. read more
