I was super hesitant about getting my eyebrows threaded, until a friend told me she'd pay for it if I tried here. Then the next time I needed eyebrows done I came back, and bought the prepaid card for $60. I'm so glad I did. Now I know I have my eyebrows paid for and will pop up with my baby in her stroller, sit in Money's chair for 8 minutes while she helps me feel normal again, and then off to the other excursions of Redmond Town Centre. I have been here a few times. However, in December, I had a bad experience (rude behavior of two employees there) as a result of which I decided not to go there. This is what had happened. I walked in at 7:44 pm. One of the employees was doing eye brows for the customer and another was at the desk. None of them even looked at me or talked to me or even say hi hello. They were so darn rude. I said I wanted to my eye brows done to which the lady with the customer denied in utter rude tone. I can't forget how she behaved. I complained about the lady via website's contact section. Then I was contacted by the manager who said she would resolve the issue (talk to those two women) and as a compensation would give me discount/ coupon. After much pondering, I decided to go there. I contacted her to ask about the coupon and she said, "I will put in an envelope and leave it for you in the store." After a few weeks, I went there. Unfortunately, it was the same rude woman there. At first, I was reluctant to even go in and ask her. However, to my surprise, her attitude had changed positively. She was welcoming. Time was 7:30 pm. I had a friend with me. She said she could do our eye brows. And then 5-7 minutes later, another woman walked in. She was also welcomed. At 7:47pm, there were another two women, and they were also welcomed. My friend got the eyebrows done first. Guess what!!! She ruined her eyebrows' shape: one was good, the other one thinner. When my friend told her this, she said that generally, people don't have both eye brows same (same shape). We didn't say much about it then. Okay, then my turn. Woops!!! she did the same with my eye brows: one was good, the other thinner and not even same shape on the inner side. She gave the same excuse that usually, people don't have both eyebrows of same shape. And of course, that excuse didn't work for me. Why? Because I have got my eye brows done before and both of them looked identical (mirror image)... To top it all, she said, "I have 14-15 years of experience." I mean wow, 14 years of experience, and this is what you do with your customer. Not only this, she also does the job with pain. Then it was the payment time. we asked her if there was a coupon left by the manager for us to which she denied. There was no coupon. All in all, it was another bad experience at this place. Worst service I have ever received was yesterday by nafeez. I got a waxing done and she was very very slow and at some point I felt that she is going to peel my skin. I like this place. The brow card is a good deal. I've been doing my brows for months since I moved to this area and got a lot compliment. Ruby was the first one doing it and she is nice. I have now been twice and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Very minimal waiting and both women who worked on my eyebrows were very knowledgeable. I love how they take the time to show you why they leave certain hairs and where your brows need to grow. I've never had anyone care for my eyebrows as much as they do! I have been to this place many times as I'm doing chemical peel and laser. The place is clean and people are nice however, they don't respect privacy. One day I was there for hair laser removal and as if they were busy as the lounge was full of men and women. One of the ladies at the front desk ( I saw her once) discussed my laser sessions on my legs in a loud voice infront of everybody. I mean it was embarrassing for me. no body has to know why I'm there, right?!! As to my hair laser sessions, I have done so far 4 essions. The hair is not gone but it became finer. My expectations were higher that that as I'm not a hairy person. As to the aesthetician, 2 ladies have done the laser to me. One lady her name is Deja and she is very nice but I think she left and the other one is Shahma. Shahma is really a nice lady. She tells you all the instructions for before and after. She makes sure you didn't use any oily products on your face for the last 7 days before she does the laser. One day I went there for upper lip laser session and I used a day before fersella oil on my lips. She refused to do laser and I had to wait for a week to do laser again. I prefer extra precautions rather than taking risks. Another good thing about her is that when you do hair laser, it hurts a bit or tickle so what she does is she keeps hitting you on your leg so u don't feel the pain which is a good thing. She also drew on my legs like squares so she doesn't miss any areas or double treating them. She also did for me a chemical peel, I have acne and my face had lots of scars. My skin have healed now but as she told me. I will see results after few more peels. read more

I want to start off by saying how impressed I am with how neat and clean this place is, the room I had my treatment was super organized and not for one second did I think this place was dirty. Now lets get on to the treatment I came in for. I came in for a microdermabrasion and the lovely Master Esthetician Deja was amazing and super sweet!!!! I really loved how caring she was and how she made sure that all my needs were met. I was super relaxed the entire time. This treatment made my face feel so fresh and soft which is what i was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to get more services done by Deja. Before receiving my microdermabrasion service, I had my eyebrows threaded by Navi. I am a very picky person on how my eyebrows look and she was amazing!! She really took the time to make sure my eyebrows looked the same and not uneven. I was super impressed to finally get someone who loves to take there time and makes sure that the customer is satisfied. I will also be coming back to get my brows done. I was going to Browtastic for a couple years before it became Skinluxe. When it was Browtastic some ladies were better than others at threading but it was always pretty good. Sadly my experience at Skinluxe wasn't great. I went in for an eyebrow threading and an underarm wax. First, I'll say the wax was good - quick, efficient, friendly. Sadly the eyebrow threading was bad - one eyebrow was left spotty and crooked, but worst of all it was really painful. I've been getting my brows threaded for almost 15 years and this was the most uncomfortable threading I've had. The threading lady was very friendly and nice but I'm still trying to grow my left eyebrow back. read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I have heard great things about threading and have been growing out my eyebrows for over the past 4 months. I looked at all the reviews here and almost everyone had great things to say... but I was severely disappointed. First, I was standing in the lobby with another woman who had been waiting for about 5 minutes, no employee was to be found, finally someone comes out from some door and doesn't even acknowledge that we had been waiting. I let the employee know I had an appointment and she just points to the chair where I go and sit down. She then tells me to lean my head back at which point I let her know this is my first time and that I do NOT want my eyebrows to be too thin and not take off too much, Before I even finish speaking she tells me to lean back again and hold down my eyelid and up my forehead. Needless to say my eyebrows are the thinnest they have ever been. I am beyond furious not only with the end result but also the customer service. I hate leaving a horrible review when most have great things to say but I went to this place based on those good reviews and am thoroughly upset. read more

Great prices for superb services. Sarda happily accommodated me as a walk in and shaped by brows beautifully. Waxing and sugaring simply can't create the natural shape that threading can. The process is less painful than waxing and is great if you have sensitive skin. I'll absolutely return and will definitely encourage others to try browtastic. read more
