super clean and super nice I really recommend this place to anyone who has been having doubts on giving waxing a try. My skin is very sensitive and I usually have a reaction but there was very minimal rednesses. I just got my eyebrows done and will be coming back for my brazilian. She made me feel very comfortable as she explained the eyebrow waxing process. I had a couple unpleasant experiences at other wax chains but I'm so glad I finally found my person. Her studio is spotless. As a fellow esthetician, I noticed that her tweezers are cleaned and stored properly. She gloves up. There's no double dipping.
