They have women's and men's locker rooms to change into a robe and sandals. One thing that I didn't love was how small the women's locker room was. When there are three or more people in there changing, it's a little bit too close if you don't know the other people there. After changing, they have a relaxation room where you can calm down and wait for your masseuse. I was a little bit uncomfortable waiting, as when I entered the room, there was a man who was fully dressed and on his phone while sitting there. As a woman in nothing but a robe, it made me uncomfortable that he was on his phone just sitting there. I'm sure he meant no harm, but I would have liked it more if phones weren't allowed. It would be more relaxing. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Mira, and she did a great job releasing some of my tension in my shoulders and neck. She did some nice stretches during it too. I especially enjoyed the heated packs she put on my back and neck throughout.
