Ive been coming here for the past few years and been seeing Dr. Ellis and I couldn't ask for a more caring, professional, and result driven doctor. Dr. Ellis: Dr. Ellis is very knowledgeable and can craft certain treatments around your preferences such as utilizing different cremes/washes/oral medications or lasers. As someone who does not like to use oral medicine, she offered topical treatments that yielded great results. Service: The medical assistants are extremely kind and helpful making the whole experience most enjoyable. Cons: The only con to this practice is that scheduling can be difficult and appointments are usually available 2-3 weeks after the week you book them. Overall: A fantastic, friendly, and very clean location with lots of knowledgeable and professional staff that can help you with any of your skin needs.

Buyer beware. Lots of hype at first procedure, excuses at follow up. The office and desk staff are nice.

But since I liked what I saw and heard from Dr. Ellis' YT channel, I thought it was worth the drive to come here. I saw Dr. Ellis for the initial consult but since they've made her a partner at the practice, all my treatments were performed by a nurse. And I love my nurse, her name is Emily, she seems competent and friendly and funny. What's not cool about this place is: 1) The pricing 2) The front desk The pricing is much higher than other cosmetic practices in the Bay Area, incl in SF where I used to and still get some treatments done. To compensate for this, you'll need to buy a package, just to make the pricing comparable to other places where you could buy as a single treatment. The front desk seems to be employing a gestapo approach to customer service. So I made a mistake in my calendar with the start time, so I ended up arriving 1 hour earlier than the 2:30p appointment time that they texted me. I arrived and I told them I had a 1:30p appointment, but was informed that my appointment was actually 3:30p, with a 2:30p start time just going into a room waiting while getting my face numbed. I told them it seems that I've made a mistake but I do have a full day ahead of me and I live all the way in SF so I wanted to see if they could please let my nurse know that I'm there early. I was asking them for an accommodation for a mistake that I clearly owned. They wouldn't talk to Nurse Emily. They told me Emily is all booked with not a 5 min to spare. I told them that's fine, if they could please maybe leave her a little note letting her know of my situation. Loren at Front Desk initally told me yes they would tell Emily when she's out with a patient to the cashier at front desk, but within minutes, she had told her manager in the office and her manager came out to tell me there's nothing they could do. They wouldn't let Emily know! They also told me they absolutely have no spare room to put me in. But when I was finally admitted to my treatment room, I saw a ROW of empty rooms. Bravo!

I recall the first time I went around 2020, I was taken care of by Dr. Potozkin himself. I happen to read news articles online how he was big in SoCal and he had celebrity clientele. I went to a dermatology chain in the bay after seeing a couple of doctors, I got fed up and needed someone new. When I went, my first thought was, "Why are all of their nurses and assistants so attractive?!" Then I met Dr. Potozkin. No BS, he handled my problem not only thoroughly, but relatively fast too. And the cost with insurance was so much lower than my other visits to other clinics COMBINED. Then I went again in late 2024, but only this time, it was with a physician assistant named by Heather Nudo. I went there for Potozkin, so I was a little disappointed and scared the quality of care may not be up to par. I was wrong. Heather analyzed the issue, provided an opinion, and gave me options. She took care of me relatively fast, and then scheduled a follow-up for no charge. I was tremendously satisfied with the work. So now, I am under the impression that everyone at that office could take care of me. The only downside is how far the place is, given how I live in the South Bay. Wish they had another branch around here. This place is my go-to.

She's an encyclopedia of skin insights! The medical assistants in this office all are very professional and upbeat. It seems like they've had excellent training in patient care -- it's rare to find a team with such positive attitudes across the board.

Wallach Derma Center came as a doctor referral as I wanted an annual routine appointment. I made an appointment and went in on December 30th, 2025. Very nice office, all staff was friendly and efficient. Dermatologist and assistant cut off 2 moles for biopsy and froze a couple of "concern" areas all in a matter of roughly 45 minutes. I paid a $50 co-pay. After a couple of weeks, I received a lab fee for just over $250, which I understand and paid. This week I received an additional invoice from Wallach for over $370 for my patient portion of the visit. I have attached the invoice with over $1,000 in charges for the 45 mins visit on 12/30/25. My insurance covered roughly $625 of these charges. I reached out to Wallach stating I felt these charges were excessive and asked for a review. I received an email back the following day stating they were correct with no adjustments. For a routine check-up to ultimately cost me over $670 out of pocket with good insurance is a complete rip off. Make sure you do your due diligence as all dermatologists are not the same. Nice enough people, but I won't be back.

'23 for two warts on her thumb and hand. Nurse Sarah applied "beetle juice" to it and scheduled a follow up. It pretty much burned a hole in her hand but she said to expect that. We went back two weeks later for the follow up appt where she again applied beetle juice to it a second time. We paid $45 copays for both visits plus a "surgery" fee for the second visit of $143, plus they received two payments from our insurance for both visits. After two treatments here, the wart still hadn't completely gone away on either her thumb or her hand! I scheduled a third appt for her in May of this year, this time with Dr. Wallach, for another follow up on the warts. Rather than a third application of beetle juice, this time he sprayed it with liquid nitrogen to freeze it off. Except he really sprayed the HECK out of her hand. See the attached picture of what it looked like SEVEN DAYS AFTER he sprayed it. This burned hole in her hand was originally twice this size and twice as deep immediately following his freezing treatment. I have personally never had a wart in my life so I have zero experience with getting them frozen off, so I didn't know if this was normal or not. My daughter said it was extremely painful and complained to me daily about how much her hand hurt. It eventually healed over but she still a "ring" around the previously frozen wart of where a new wart has regrown. So we have taken her here 3x for wart removal on the same spot and despite literally burning a hole in her hand, they haven't been able to completely eradicate what was originally a very small wart on her thumb. Imagine my surprise when I received yet another bill in the mail a month later for "surgery" again for another $143, again after I had paid a third copay of $45 and Dr. Wallach had received a third payment from our insurance for this visit. I called to complain about how my daughter's treatment badly burned a hole in her hand, that I thought we were going in for a follow up and didn't think we should have to pay for the damage he caused to her hand, and the wart was still present despite all this pain she had gone through. The receptionist said she would pass my concern on to Dr. Wallach. I then received a voicemail from Dr. Wallach saying that sometimes this happens and asked me to bring my daughter back in so he could take a look at her hand. It was a month later by this point and healed over, what did he think he was going to look at? I also didn't want to get stuck paying a fourth $45 copay to visit them again. But more importantly, my daughter begged me not to bring her back here, understandably. I didn't contact him back and they never contacted me again. I didn't know if they had written off the $143 or not because he never addressed my question about the bill in his voicemail. Another month passes and despite my complaint, Dr. Wallach's office sends me yet another bill for the $143 again for the third visit. I paid it, because I always pay my bills, but now I'm leaving this review to warn others. Don't come here for wart removal unless this is the result you want. I am now taking her to a new dermatologist to get their recommendation on what to do for the remaining wart on her thumb!

I had several consultations over the years, including with other plastic surgeons in the area, but I found it very difficult to make a decision because I was afraid my face would look too different. My goal was never to look like someone else--I simply wanted a refreshed, improved version of myself while maintaining my natural appearance. After much thought, I chose Elite MD, and I am so glad I did. Throughout the process, Dr. Bansal, the owner of Elite MD, took the time to answer my questions during consultations and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. Dr. Hendrick performed my surgery and did an excellent job. Six months later, my results look very natural, exactly what I was hoping for. One of the things I appreciate most about my results is how natural they look. Friends and family have commented that I look refreshed and well-rested, but no one has been able to tell that I had surgery unless I chose to tell them. That was exactly the outcome I was hoping for--a more youthful appearance while still looking like myself. I would also like to recognize Morgan and Tony, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire experience. Everyone at Elite MD was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort and satisfaction. If you have been hesitant about cosmetic surgery because you want natural-looking results, I highly recommend Elite MD. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

I've always been hesitant to visit any cosmetic or plastic surgery clinic to consult on some of my…read morebiggest concern areas. I was always worried that they would only care about getting me to have as much work done as possible, without truly caring about my outcome or recovery, as long as they were able to bill as much as possible. I was also worried that I would need a brachioplasty (arm lift) due to the scarring it may leave behind, especially given that I have melanated skin. From the moment I walked through the doors at Elite MD, I was greeted with such a refreshing attitude. They listened to my concerns, honored what I actually wanted to have done, and never once tried to push additional procedures I wasn't inquiring about. In April, I underwent arm liposuction, and the experience, from the procedure itself all the way through my healing journey up to this point, has exceeded every expectation I had. Dr. Vivek Bansal and PA-C Tony Ho were exceptional throughout the procedure. The surgery was performed under local anesthesia, and even as I drifted in and out of sleep, I never once felt alone or afraid. The team checked in on me consistently throughout, offering reassurance and making sure I was comfortable at every moment. Despite working on my arms, they made sure to handle and reposition me with such gentleness and care that I always felt I was in safe hands. What also stood out to me was their refreshing honesty from the very beginning. Before I ever committed to anything, they sat down with me and were completely transparent: one-third of my results would be in their hands, one-third would come down to my genetics, and one-third would simply be unknown. They were equally candid about aligning my expectations with what they realistically anticipated my outcome to be, so that I was never caught off guard at any stage. That kind of integrity is rare, and it immediately put me at ease. The care didn't stop after the procedure. Roxana Danelson, my massage therapist, was an absolute gem throughout my recovery. Her lymphatic drainage massage sessions were incredibly supportive of the healing process, and she consistently provided personalized recommendations for what I could do between appointments to achieve the best possible outcome. Dr. Bansal and PA-C Tony Ho have also continued to check in on me regularly to monitor my progress and provide nutritional guidance, making sure that not only the healing of my arms was going smoothly, but so was this journey toward a healthier me. From the start, Dr. Bansal was upfront that even with Awake VASER® Liposuction and Renuvion® J-Plasma, a small brachioplasty might still be needed to fully achieve my goal, but that they would do everything in their power to get me as close as possible with this procedure. I am still in the early stages of my healing journey, and yet to say I am in awe of how my arms have already begun to transform is an understatement. I am incredibly excited for what is still to come as I continue to heal and progress. What truly sets Elite MD apart, though, is the heart behind everything they do. The warmth and kindness you feel from every single person there isn't a performance, it's genuine. They have cultivated an environment where you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. Over the course of my treatment and recovery, they have continued to cheer me on and be openly honest with me the way only family can be. If you are considering any cosmetic procedure and want a team that will be honest with you, invest in your outcome, and walk alongside you through every step of your journey, I cannot recommend Elite MD enough. They truly are the greatest team one could possibly hope to be cared for by.
