Unfortunately, after Jasmine left Belle Vie, I decided to give NP Jessica a try since I still had my membership. After my experience today, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I got AquaGold microneedling done today and felt very undermined and blindsided. I arrived at 3:05 for optional numbing before my 3:30 appointment, but when I asked about numbing I was told they don't numb for this procedure because 1) it doesn't hurt and 2) it's much quicker than normal microneedling. Both of those statements turned out to be false. I was seen at 3:15 and finished my session around 3:40. At first the pain was bearable, but as the procedure continued it became increasingly painful. After I repeatedly told NP Jessica how much it hurt, she asked if it was my first time microneedling--even though I had already told her it was my first time when she walked into the room and that I was excited to try something new. Her response of "ohhhh I'm so sorry" made it feel like what I had shared beforehand wasn't really taken into account. For context, I have a very high pain tolerance. I've done multiple sessions of PRF EZGel under my eyes with NP Jasmine (formerly at Belle Vie and now at Intemporel Clinic). I've even been told I'm an easy patient to work on because I really do not complain. After the appointment, I called immediately while sitting in my car to be reminded of the post-care instructions because I was honestly so discombobulated from the experience that I couldn't recall them. I also got a second opinion from another NP based in Newport, who told me they absolutely could have numbed me rather than telling me the procedure wouldn't hurt and was quicker. I called back again and ended up getting connected to the receptionist at the Cerritos location, which was bizzare because 22 minute prior the Newport receptionist picked up. She was very apologetic and helped answer all of my questions. I mentioned that for future reference, I believe NP Jessica could be more mindful and transparent about the pain level and the fact that everyone's tolerance varies. I even said I would have gladly paid extra for numbing if that was the issue. She informed me that numbing is actually complimentary and that if I arrived early and asked about it, they could have simply asked if that was something I wanted rather than dismissing it. I will say that Z is the absolute best, and every facial I've gotten from her has been so good!! Although I won't be returning to Belle Vie after 3 years of coming here, I do wish them the best!!

I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off .

The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. When I reached out to her about it, the response was very rude, and I was told she would not fix them. Honestly, all that needed to happen was a simple gesture, such as offering not to charge me for a full set next time or something simple. Their prices are already on the higher side, and although I knew I was paying more than most places, I continued going because I valued the relationship and liked their work. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. I recently moved from LA to Newport Beach and used to justify the trek back to the city for my bi-monthly Dysport treatment. (Mainly because I couldn't find anyone in OC that offered Dysport). However, I am so lucky to have found SkinSpirit and the Winkle Warrior herself, Shawna. Let me start my saying every single person in this office is beyond welcoming and warm. The environment is clean, organized, and open (a must during COVID). Shawna listened to my concerns and insecurities; you can tell the entire SkinSpirit team genuinely cares about your needs. I was a little nervous signing up to get a BBL/Moxi treatment, but she put all of us right at ease and was very thorough and gave a lot of explanation as to what she was doing. She took the time to look at all of our different skin types, asked us all the questions & asked us what we wanted out of the treatments. The best part about going to Ashley at SkinSpirit is that you know that you'll be taking care of by her years of experience in this business. You can tell she is a true professional by how she consults her patients and especially how she follows up with them after their treatments. I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have found my forever "beauty home." I have been now multiple times for, botox, fillers for cheeks, and lips and just scheduled the neck/jaw treatment (so excited!). I have never felt like someone was trying to upsell me, if anything they offer me discounts I didn't even know where available through rewards programs. Shawna is AMAZING and so is everyone in the front office (forgive me for not recalling names). Alec is so so sweet, she remembers to ask about my daughter when I come in. If you are looking to achieve the body of your dreams then you MUST ask for Alec. She is the body specialist here and is super knowledgeable in all things CoolSculpting and CoolTone. I struggled with a stubborn pooch in my lower abdomen for years and no amount of exercise or diet was helping to get rid of it. I saw Alec and she helped diminish the size of my stubborn fat by nearly 80%! There was no empathy for the situation, no attempt to accommodate, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience after I had already made the trip. Customer service matters, especially for a business built on repeat clients and relationships. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I will not be returning or recommending this place.

This review isn't about them...it's more about the facial itself. Unfortunately, this was probably the least effective facial we've ever had, especially for the price. Most of the appointment felt like cleansing, warm towels, a massage, and products being applied...but very little actual skincare. There were minimal extractions, and when I got home my skin looked almost exactly the same. My blackheads and active pimples were still there...I spent the night doing my own extractions on my nose, chin, etc. where I had the most leftover. My husband rarely gets facials and had gone with me this time to try it out together. Before I even said anything, he asked why it felt like nothing had really been done to his skin besides cleansing and lotion. That pretty much summed up how we both felt... The total came out to about $600 for both of us, which made it even more disappointing and the main reason why I'm leaving this review. For that price, we could have gotten treatments like Hydrafacials elsewhere with much more noticeable results. We truly feel like we were ripped off with a gimmicky service. The staff was wonderful, and I truly don't want this to reflect on them. But if you're looking for a facial that will actually improve your skin rather than just provide a relaxing experience, this 100% isn't the place to go.

Just 3 days after my xeomin treatment I noticed a dent in between my eyebrows and a texture change in the skin in between my eyebrows. I reached out to the med spa to ask if I was given xeomin and not another product by accident and described what happened to me. They showed no concern, didn't suggest that I come in to get checked out , but they did give me the lot number of the xeomin. It's been 6 months now and it has never gone away - the dent is still there and the texture change in my skin remains as well. I have been to 2 dermatologists and they can't figure out what happened. The only answer I have received is that my nurse may have " nicked a blood vessel causing scarring under the skin." I'm very sad that I went in to look better and came out looking what's seems to be permanently worse. The photo I have included in this review was taken six months post treatment. It looks exactly the same as it did three days after my treatment.

I booked an appointment at NakedMD in Newport Beach after seeing an advertisement for $49 forehead Botox. Looking back, I wish the advertisement had been more transparent. While the fine print may explain it, I didn't realize the special only covers the upper portion of the forehead and not the area closer to the brows. That distinction is important because treating only the upper forehead can increase the likelihood of heaviness in the brow area or slight brow drooping. I wish this had been made clearer before I booked my appointment instead of finding out once I was there. As for the visit itself, it just wasn't a great experience. The front desk receptionist was pleasant enough, but nothing stood out in terms of customer service. The staff member who brought me back, took my photos, and prepared me to meet with the registered nurse came across as annoyed and uninterested. She didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable, and the interaction felt very transactional. Botox can be intimidating, especially if it's your first time. You're putting needles and a neurotoxin into your face, so I expected a little more warmth, patience, and reassurance throughout the process. I had questions about other areas I was considering treating with Botox, but every time I asked, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Instead of making me feel informed, I left feeling like I shouldn't be asking questions. She also spent time discussing pricing when I hadn't asked about it, and the way it was presented made me feel as though she assumed I couldn't afford additional services. Maybe I was reading too much into it, but I did show up in sweats, and the interaction left me feeling judged. I've been to several other med spas for facials and other treatments, and the difference in customer service was noticeable. The best experiences I've had are with staff who are warm, personable, and make you feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, I didn't get that feeling here. When I checked out, there were several employees at the front desk, but no one acknowledged me beyond taking my payment. No "How was your visit?" No "Thank you." No "Have a great day." It was a small thing, but it reinforced the overall experience. To be fair, the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has a nice ambiance. However, customer service matters just as much as the aesthetics, especially in an industry where clients are trusting you with their appearance. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return, even for another promotion. If you're looking for a med spa in Orange County, I highly recommend Biolite Wellness instead. Every visit I've had there has been the complete opposite experience. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. They truly make you feel cared for from the moment you walk in.
