It's worth noting that this is a long process; treatments are done monthly, so patience is key. But honestly, I wish I'd done this years ago because not having to shave is a game-changer! During both of my sessions, I was never given laser safety eyewear. When I asked about eye protection, staff told me it wasn't necessary because the machine is "3D." After my second session, I researched the device. The "3D" in Soprano Titanium refers to its three wavelengths (755nm / 810nm / 1064nm) -- it has nothing to do with eye safety. In fact, the 1064nm wavelength can reach the retina, and the manufacturer specifies laser-rated eye protection for patients as standard. Every reputable clinic provides it. This one didn't, and worse, gave me a made-up explanation when I asked. If a facility cuts corners on something as basic as eye protection -- and confidently gives customers false safety information -- I can't trust anything else about their safety practices: machine settings, maintenance, staff training, any of it. I cancelled my remaining 4 sessions. I couldn't get a refund through Groupon and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do your research. Your eyes don't grow back.
