Before jumping into treatment, I was asked to fill in a form about my skin type/ area want to improve/ allergy history etc. In the beginning of treatment the aesthetician first checked my skin condition. She was very attentive, particularly helpful in identifying my skin issue and use the right treatment. The product Skinwiz use is from the brand called PCA Skin, which is the same brand that many other high-end facial stores use for their facial treatment. The skills of detoxing is professional however, I feel uncomfortable at the end. The tips they "recommend" are based on the original price and is a must instead of a suggestion (you can only choose the amount that they calculated for you on the board). They even ask you to speak out how much you would pay before they allow you to tap the apple pay. My skin has been so dry and dull during the winter time, no matter what serum and lotion I put on my face, my skin still can't absorb it :(. Then I found this skin studio on yelp. I came in for consultation with sherry and decided to do the hydration treatment. During the procedure, Sherry gently cleaned my skin and gave me super relaxing facial and shoulder massage. And I found out I have a lot of dead skin after Sherry took a look of my face. This is also the main reason that my skin can not absorb product. Girl! Here is the tips after my consultation! Death skin come back every 7 days! Once a week of exfoliation is very important, otherwise death skin will build up and skin can not have good absorption!!! The treatment was just so relaxing and wonderful ;D machine for the hydration is very gentle and effective. My treatment ended with LED therapy add on.
