I wish I had a positive post to write, and I have put this off to see if the Doctor would fix the issues he caused with my rhinoplasty. I came in for a rhinoplasty revision. Yes, I know they are difficult, but I was coming in to just smooth down the bridge, and I ended up with bumps and ridges after Dr Yoo revised my nose. After the nose splint came off I saw the issues but was told it was just swollen. After a year and swelling is gone this issue is 100 percent more visible!!! I went in hoping he would fix this but he suggested I get filler to smooth out the ridge he created and wanted to charge me $1,000 for that and I'd have to repeat it once a year. I was also charged $300 for the appointment because I wanted to ask about another possible procedure and instead of just talking during my one-year post op appointment I was charged $300 because I had a few questions in regard to a temporal lift during my post op appointment. DO not got to this Doctor!! He is very nice and likeable but brushes off your concerns and the office is very high pressure! It has been a horrible experience and they Nickle and dime you to death. read more

I had a very good experience at SKY for a scar revision surgery on my nose. It was to improve an indented scar from a poorly done dermatology biopsy. Dr. Yoo was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns during the consultation as well as the duration of my recovery. Someone asked me about Sky and I missed seeing it. I do highly recommend their services and had two done there. The question was about sleeping upright. From what I recall they recommended that to me as well but I didn't follow it closely, or it wasn't as bad as I thought. They know what they are doing and I was very pleased with the outcome. I had a wonderful and extremely honest and informative consultation with Dr. Yoo about a year ago to gain more information about a surgical procedure I am considering. Regret having laser done here. Came in to treat big pores and fine lines. I followed their follow up care. And had not experienced break outs since I was in my youth. The nurse practitioner who performs my injections moved to this office on the Medi Spa side. I had been to see her a couple of times in this location and the office staff was friendly and after the service I went to the front desk and paid for it. This time before the nurse came into the treatment room, an office staff gal came in and asked for payment. I was a little surprised and told her so and told her that in the past I did not have to prepay. I also mentioned with injectables sometimes the dosage varies so why would they want pre-payment? I asked to speak to the office manager. The office manager came in and definitely had attitude. She explained that this was their policy now and basically told me I either had to follow it or not come there. What I don't understand is they could come into the treatment room right after the service and get their payment and it would be professional that way. I found the whole experience insulting, did they really think their clients were going to run out of the office before paying? I told the nurse that unfortunately even though I really liked her work I would not be coming back. Nobody else in the industry runs their office that way. Dr. Yoo and his team are absolutely amazing. I had numerous consultations with surgeons both in Canada and the U.S before I ultimately chose Dr. Yoo for my rhinoplasty. It wasn't even a question. I'm from Canada, so the consult was via Skype.
