I called them at 10:50 and they asked me to come at 11:15 instead which was a slight inconvenience for me as I had scheduled the appointment to coincide with me getting out of Pilates in the same shopping center. I waited in my car until 11:15 and when I went in I still had to wait another 10 minutes to be seen. They had a basket of mini candy bars and chips next to the seats where you wait. Once seated in the pedicure chair, I was offered a "complimentary" beverage (water, coffee, tea, wine or champagne) which I declined. I was also presented with a pedicure menu. They have different types of pedicures ranging from $35-$85 and gel is an additional $20. The prices may be a little higher than other salons because of all the free/complimentary items they offer. My nail tech Steven was professional and thorough but the pedicure area itself was pretty loud and not relaxing at all. They don't take tips on credit cards so be prepared to pay the tip with cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.

This was a last minute effort and since we were headed to Arundel Mills, we looked up the nearest salon to get a pedicure, saw the reviews, and decided to go to Inspire Nail Bar. We arrived and were greeted by pleasant staff. There were three of us getting pedicures and informed them of that. We were directed to checkin on a kiosk and less than five minutes later, were escorted back to the pedicure area. We each had pleasant staff servicing us. We were given a menu of services. They specialize in nail, pedicure, and waxing services. We each got different pedicure services: I got the basic pedicure with regular nail polish, two got the basic pedicure with gel polish. The stations were clean and the staff very engaging. They had various snacks (chips, soda, candy) in addition to wine (red or white) provided complimentary with the service. We were all pleased with our services. The only thing I would say is that the person performing my service kept insisting that I complete the survey online with 5 stars BEFORE my service was completed. They insisted about three times and hovered to see that I would complete it before my service was completed. I told them the last time, very sternly, that I NEVER complete a review until my service is completed. As I was the only one who had to sit under the fan to dry my toenails because I got regular polish, after my nails dried, I did complete the survey. All in all, a nice place to go for a pedicure and I will be visiting again, One bit of advice, Inspire Mail Bar: Don't hound customers to complete a review (and encourage a five star one at that) before services are completed. They were great and gave us both what we wanted. We got gel nail polish on our natural nails. Both left very satisfied with our nails. I like that they had the pedicure section behind half wall/ pillars it made it feel more private and relaxing. For payment they take cards but have a sign that saids they prefer tips in cash and have an atm available inside. It's located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. It was pretty pricey but I don't get my nails done regularly so I didn't mind paying these prices for this occasionally.

When I sat down,…read morethey immediately started aggressively filing and applying dip powder (igel dip and dap), which is not a gel overlay, but a different version of an acrylic overlay. The green photos are from the refill, which was a nightmare. These photos were taken TWO days after the appointment. First, she was filling so hard, it caused a burning sensation. Then, the application was uneven and the polish was flooding my cuticles. When I got home I noticed a bunch of air bubbles and eventually it started peeling and parts of the acrylic fell off. The chipped polish revealed a decent amount of lifting around one of nails. Mind you, I work from home in front of a computer and don't do any lifting, so this is just from how they were done. I had gone the day after to ask for my nails to be redone and the owner (I believe) caught a whole attitude which rubbed me the wrong way, so I didn't get them redone. Such a waste of money. Also, they don't seem to have set prices as my refill was only $5 cheaper than the original application. I paid $105 the first time and $100 the second (price includes a gel pedicure). 10/10 would NOT recommend (also, definitely a chop shop)
