Our school has been bringing our 5th-grade students to Sky Zone for our end-of-the-year field trip…read morefor the past several years. The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.

The whole event was fabulous from start to finish. Thankfully I was able to relax for most of it and enjoy the party due to the set up and excellent staffing. The only thing we decided to do ourselves were the party favors and let pump it up handle the rest, including the very delicious cold stone creamery cake. Rhea was an expert and enthusiastic at getting everyone set up and signed. She was ready and eager to take our party favors back to the room and make sure everything was set up. It was such a relief to have a coordinator that was on the ball and ready to go with entire classroom of toddlers at full weekend energy levels. Our party attendants Emma and Reese were wonderful. They made sure the room was ready to go and checked if we wanted any changes. All the kids were directed where needed, that if we wanted anything additional they would have been well ahead of it. Everyone was served pizza, cake and beverages quickly without fuss. At the end everything was packed up and loaded for us. After a busy morning it was fun to have leftover pizza and cake for dinner without any of the headache of set up and tear down. We had contemplated trying to book a park or play area and handle everything else ourselves, this was significantly easier and worth every dollar to us. As busy working parents it was a massive time saver and a relief to hand off all the hard work of running a children's party. I don't think I could have asked for a better team on the day and if they worked in my industry I'd probably try and poach the staff.

I ordered the food directly from their link, and spoke to someone the week before or the week of to confirm everything. They have the option for you to send and manage invites directly through their portal, but I would recommend against this because the email went to spam for like 90% of the invitees. I wouldn't have even noticed until a friend checked her spam folder and let me know. One bit of annoyance was that I noticed during the eating time that there were fewer pizzas than I expected, and when I asked a staff about it she went back to check with the kitchen and told me it was the correct amount of pizzas. I was too frazzled with everything at the time and didn't think to check my email with the order. The next day I checked my email and confirmed that they did miss a pizza so I eventually got a refund. All the kids had a great time with the bouncy houses. There's a bit of options if your kid isn't into bouncy stuff, like foam blocks and a rock climbing wall. Though you are moved to 2 different rooms, the transition process was pretty seamless. Food can only be ordered through the venue, but all of it was really good. A lot of people commented on how good the pizza was, especially the spicy paneer. Overall this was a good place to host a birthday party and it'd be fun to come back as a guest. I don't care for fancy decorations/themes and prioritize less planning + having a fun place with good food for the kids, so Pump it Up is perfect for that. I really didn't have to put much effort into the planning process aside from deciding what to order.

You really feel like you're on your own with a whole floor of equipment in front of you that you don't know what to do with. I wouldn't call that guidance from an instructor. I wish they had an extended option for time as everything was great except the timing. The kids loved the gym time and could have done 10-20 min more easily, but with kids still having food in their plates and not quite done eating we were told it was time to go and "you'll get your goodie bags ON THE WAY OUT" lol I get it. We paid for 1.5hrs and we got 1.5hrs. It just felt so abrupt, and they said there was another party coming but there wasn't. If the coaches had said it's another $ for every 15 minutes, I would have gladly paid it, but alas it was not an option. We went elsewhere to wrap up the party. Positives: The coaches were nice, engaging and helpful. The kids enjoyed themselves. Negatives: The lack of alternative options on timing. Overall, I would still recommend a birthday party here, but be cognizant of the time!

The kids overall enjoyed it and both could participate at the same time. The owner later suggested moving our 5-year-old to a more advanced Tuesday class and assured us our 2yr old could attend at the same time. After switching within a few classes the instructors told us our 2yr old was "too young and not ready" (even though the class is listed for ages 1-3). He's a typical energetic toddler and me or my husband were present in every class to help keep him focused. When I brought this up to the owner instead of addressing the issue, he said both of our kids "don't follow instructions" including our 5yr old who is attentive and loves gymnastics. This was inaccurate, offensive and disappointing, especially since he admitted he hadn't seen them himself that class (while I did). The Tuesday classes were also very overcrowded compared to Saturdays. If safety or engagement is a concern, the gym should adapt its setup, not blame children for being age-appropriate. What made it worse is that the owner never followed up after that conversation - not to clarify or apologize. We canceled our enrollment that same day. It's disheartening to see a business handle families this way, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. We'll be taking our kids somewhere that values honesty, respect and a true understanding of child development.

By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a coach…read more As a fitness coach who has worked with many coaches over the years, I have high standards for professionalism, but Coach Daniel failed on every level. I was randomly assigned to Coach Daniel after the intro class with Coach Mark. Not too long after I worked with him, I realized his punctuality and communication were a total mess. He was late to our very first session and kept showing up late after that. (Screenshot #2) Other than his constant tardiness, he was frequently distracted and disengaged while training me. It got to the point where he completely no-showed on me once without any heads-up (Screenshot #3). After I brought up my concerns about his punctuality, hoping things would change, he even explicitly admitted in text messages that the business has no formal policy for coach no-shows or severe delays, and unpunctuality and missed lessons are a regular issue among the coaches at this gym (Screenshot #1 & #3). For our latest session he claimed at the last minute he would be 45 minutes late again and even unilaterally decided to hand me off to another coach without my permission (Screenshot #5). When I reached out to discuss his professional attitude, he literally ghosted me for days with zero response. When he finally got back to me, there was no apology or explanation, just "I think it's best moving forward that you work with a different coach" or offered a refund(Screenshot #6). On top of being constantly late and ghosting me, Coach Daniel went out of his way in our texts to poison my view of the entire coaching team. He constantly talked trash about his colleagues behind their backs, mocked other coaches' client progress (Screenshot #4), bragged about poaching clients from his coworkers (Screenshot #7), and tried to stir up random drama by claiming other trainers were creeping around his clients (Screenshot #8). Rather than just doing his job, he was busy gossiping, throwing people under the bus, and creating a toxic environment. I have formally reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB Case #25170416) with full text and message record evidence. Loopkicks is honestly too good of a facility to have a coach like this. It's a pity that a quality gym like Loopkicks allows such unprofessional behavior from a coach. If you value your time and money, stay away from Daniel Nguyen.
