I sympathize with the previous reviewer who spent a lot of money and was unable to jump with her children. Skyzone can be fun, but if you're not sure what to expect you're likely to be disappointed (especially if your children are small). Luckily my sister had been a few times for the adult aerobics classes so knew a bit about how they worked but wasn't sure about the little kids, and then we got a birthday party invite so got to try it out before having to pay our own way. For the free jump, you buy an amount of time (30, 60, 90 mins) and the kiddos can jump on the open court, use the foam pit, or bball area. When we went to the birthday party we saw that they separate all jumpers by size so we knew if we ever came back on our own we could not jump with our three year old. We did buy the socks for him ($1 or $2 I can't remember), but you can also rent the shoes for free. We went for the socks since our kiddo had so much fun we knew we'd be back. There are other forms of entertainment there as well such as a couple of arcade games, I believe you can buy food which we never have, and they have party rooms as well. The website is pretty awful but basically you can free jump whenever, you choose your length of time and start time and your kid will get a sticker with that info when they get there to wear as they jump. There is also dodge ball and aerobics classes, but the website is untrustworthy for times as they change often depending on the instructor and they may not necessarily update the website. Always call ahead! The skyrobics classes are technically first come first serve but they fill up really quickly so I suggest reserving a spot ahead of time. read more

Neither zip line is working, 1/3 parts of the ninja course are down, Dodge balls are deflated, there's a whole thing in the middle of it literally only has monkey bars, wipe out a traction was deflated and barely moved when they turned it on. Climbing wall is blocked off. There's tape everywhere and it's peeling off, place in bad need of repairs. Used to be a decent place, we got a membership, even. We canceled our membership for four kids today. read more

I've been to other trampoline places. This one did not impress me. My 6 year old daughter and I could not jump together and one of the sections we would be able to was closed(see picture). The other area I would have been able to jump with her was the mash pit, and I don't think I want to jump into the mash pit. This place is more sectioned off than other trampoline places making it difficult following/observe more than one child around. The thing I really liked was the virtual dodgeball-that was a lot of fun! They seemed more focused on dodgeball in the courts, so if that is your thing you may rate it higher than I did. read more

We went an hour after they opened on a thursday. It was empty, three other people in our jump group. We were able to try each area multiple times with out any wait. There are electronic wavers to sign. There were only two working at the time and my first though was that this could create a huge bottle neck process on a busy night. They had multiple dodgeball areas, a large jumping area, a area with a foam pit to jump in, and an area with three different height basketball hoops. The large open area is "split" into three areas based on weight. Kiddies, teens, and adults. The staff there was pretty strict about having people adhere to this, which on a busy weekend is probably good for safety. The dodgeball is also based on size so we were not allowed to join a group of teen boys for a game and since it was so slow the only other option was to play by ourselves, which is fun for 30 seconds. I was so looking forward to pelting a tween boy with balls. The jump times start every thirty min and you can buy as much time as you want. Even though we were the only ones there we had to wait 15 min for the start time. There are electronic games for kids to play during this time. We bought 60 min pass, 15 min in I looked at the clock and thought "I'm already tired, how am I going to last 45 more min?" Im sure a in shape little kid could easily last an hour. It was a good work out. At the end my husband was sweating like he just ran a 5K. It is something new, fun, and interactive to do and we will be back in the future. To err is human, but good customer service is divine. I found sky zone on yelp and used the text feature. I messaged to ask if the toddler area was open. To their credit, they answered right away, with a positive answer. Great! I pack up my two year old and drive to Canton, during rush hour. My daughter was beside herself with excitement. We arrive to find no one in the parking lot (yay! I hate crowds) and upon entering, I was met by some confused, but friendly, faces. "We are are closed" "but, eh, I texted and before I left and Paige said--" "oh you spoke with our out of state office" ‍ this could have been a super annoying trip, where I leave and don't come back, ever. Except it wasn't. I asked if little one could jump for like 15 minutes and then we'd leave. And they accommodated us. Jazmine, Stephanie and Alana were all super kind. I guess I'm used to people just saying no and not picking up slack when they are in the wrong (not that they were personally in the wrong, but the company was). Any way--super grateful that they let us jump. Everything was clean and organized. The prices were reasonably and it was super fun. We ended up going back on a Saturday and we bought a punch card good for 10 sessions. I was happy because we arrived at 10am and it wasn't too crowded. There is a toddler area with a mesh curtain that blocks the little kids from the big kids. There were lots of balls and soft toys to play with. There was a always an employee nearby, making sure rules were being followed. Also, there is a rule that you need to wear jump socks and it seems to be enforced, which is good! Good times. We just got back from our first trip to Sky Zone with the kids and we had a wonderful trip. All the staff was super friendly and the whole facility is well lit, clean, and well organized. They have bins for your shoes and personal belongings and plenty of seating for parents and other kids who just want to sit or take a break. We went with a group so we got a discount but the hourly and group rates are pretty good regardless. read more

The guys made it, and to be honest they didn't even care, but we got it and, I was actually the first to have a piece and (this pretty much why the review is 2 stars) it was the worst pizza I have ever had, and probably that I will ever have. Holy cow. Came on a Friday night for Glow with 4 boys. We were just here three weeks ago and had to fill out all waivers again. This was due to computers crashing. After filling out waivers and waiting another 15 minutes, Justin at the desk still cannot see our waiver. I ask for a paper one and she replied that she couldn't find them. She has us stand and wait another 10 min while telling me to check my email. I asked for a manager to try and help speed this process and that request was ignored. She finally said we could do the waiver at the front desk and do it together. After standing here for 40 min we were charged full price and sent on our way to enjoy less than 90 min of jump time. This place was hopping! Even though there was limited parking, being that it was a weekend and in the winter on a day that was too cold to do anything outside, there was plenty of room for everyone that was there. There are little trampoline areas, areas to play dodgeball on trampolines, an area to slam on multiple leveled basketball goals, and a huge foam pit that you could do flips into. I would recommend going for an hour. This will allow you to do everything multiple times and yet stop before your body gets too exhausted. Tip: if your body can't handle doing certain tricks, don't do them! read more

The check-in process is overly cumbersome and really sets a poor first impression. They have you type in all your information standing at the entrance on a self-serve kiosk on the wall. I hate that the computer screen is attached to the wall so that anyone standing behind you can read all your personal information that you are typing into the screen. Took me about 10 minutes just to fill out this computer information. Then you go and stand in another line to pay and talk to an actual person. They also sell you their socks which is annoying because come on, socks are socks. The jump zones are ok in uniqueness. I wish that they weren't so segregated because, parents often only have one or two children and adults can't go into areas for younger children so if you have a 5 yr. old then they would be jumping all by themselves or if you have a 5 and 10 yr. old then those two would have to jump in completely different areas. As a parent that can be stressful. They should have built all the bounce areas around the perimeter and then had the center open for seating so that parents can keep an eye on all areas easily. In this regard I don't think it is very child-friendly. Most importantly, my son had a blast. He absolutely loved it. He is 5 yrs old and lasted for about 90 min. First time here with my darling granddaughter. So poorly managed. I expected a busy Saturday venue but not a complete madhouse. You stand in one one to buy a ticket, get moved back to the door to sign an online waiver m, back in ticket line to buy the ticket. Told to sit on bleachers for a safety talk that never happened and we missed out on 15 min jump time waiting for the missing safely talk. Asked a few employees who just said "he should be down in a minute" lots of kids with time stickers that ended 30 minutes prior still jumping-who the hell is in charge of this place. I adore this place! I was on a 3D dodgeball league with other adults and had the best time ever, despite being in last place. It's basically giant "pits" of trampolines--several in the center and those angled on the sides. They give you shoes to wear on the trampolines, (high ankles a-la-80's basketball shoes). They also do aerobic classes and have a foam pit to jump into. Fair warning, if you jump in, good luck getting out--there's no ladder or tow rope! read more

I love going to the Skyrobics workout class. The instructor is good and it is a great workout. However, the place is run really poorly. I went 2 weeks ago for class and waited in line for about 15 minutes. I then was moved to a second line- at the snack shop to pay for the class. I was 15 minutes late to the class and the staff had the audacity to somehow blame it on us. It really feels like there is a lack of management, which is a shame because the overall idea is really fun. read more

I booked a group reservation (at a group rate, which included pizza & pop...opted out of a party room) in mid-November. I will keep it short & simple: I will never spend my own money at this place ever again. Why? Here is a more detailed explanation: - The signage was awful (line for groups/parties vs. open jump). It was a stand-alone sign, small, w/small directional arrows, & w/the large crowd hard to see. Anyone could easily bump into it, move it...I think a better option would be to have large, hanging signs, w/easy to see/read arrows & line instructions. - The staff were less than knowledgeable & very unpleasant. I understand that this is a job & who really loves to be at work...but for many people this is an expensive outing, or a celebration of some sort. So please, at least try to act like you're happy we're here?! - The entire process of checking in & making sure everyone's waivers were signed was disorganized & chaotic. I was hopeful when we first walked in & saw several staff working behind the counter, thinking that the lines would keep moving, waivers reviewed & filed efficiently. No. There were a select few staff doing the essential work, who would then get distracted by whatever had arisen over at the other end of the counter. I was asked the same question by 3 or 4 different staff. NO communication existed behind that counter! The other staff were shuffling files & waivers from one spot to another, & in the process of said staff shuffling reservation files & waivers one of our filled out, signed & completed waivers was misplaced. I had to get out of line, fill out the waiver again on a touch screen, have it printed, & get back in line. By the time I got done doing that the staff person who was helping me was off in another area doing something different. I had to wait behind another group who was now being helped & when it was finally my turn - again!, the young lady had no clue who I was was & I had to give my information all over again. I finally ended up having to describe what the young man looked like who was helping me so he could go find the printed waiver. - If I make a group reservation, meaning that there are a larger-than-normal amount of us, don't you think it's a good idea to let us keep our personal items (coats, shoes, purses, etc.) in a designated spot? Do you really expect a large group to rent out individual lockers for each and every person? I would have appreciated the large cart that parties were given, but I guess b/c I hadn't paid for a party room I wasn't privileged enough to be given a cart. We ended up piling our personal belongings along a wall. Really? - I felt like we were being reprimanded when given our safety speech at the beginning of our jump time. I am a para-professional & get that safety is key, especially when dealing w/ children, but I don't need to made to feel like I've done something wrong before I've done ANYthing. - I was also made to feel like an idiot when I asked if there were any open-to-the-public dodge-ball courts. I was told "no" & that they had all been reserved for parties...if I wanted access to a dodgeball court I should have reserved one awhile ago. About 10 min later I passed by a court that seemed busier than the others. I asked the staff member at that court if the court was open to non-party guests & I was told yes & was given a "and you don't know this, why?" kind of look. Staff need to be informed at the beginning of each hour exactly how many courts are reserved for parties....IF there is one available for the general public, that needs to be conveyed to us guests during the instructional speech (same goes if there are NOT any courts available). - There was a staff person stationed at the foam zone/pit, & I did like the fact that they were coordinating who at the front of the lines got to jump in. That being said, on a busy day like that day the system for lining up in one of four "lines" was non-existent. There was no system...It was a fend-for-yourself kind of thing. The space to line up was tight & small & overall not set up well. One of the staff doing non-essential things behind the counter should have been moved over to the pit to help put guests into one of the four "lines". - Same thing with the basketball court. The young lady who was stationed there was doing more socializing with one of the male guests than helping the little ones figure out which lane they should line up in (based on their height). It was frustrating because you could see on the kids' faces that they didn't know where or when to go. - If you do not book a party room you literally have to pray that you can find a spot to sit. But w/everyone draping their coats over chairs & claiming tables w/ their stuff there was no place to sit & eat! Our large group literally had to sit on the floor. That is beyond disgusting. A plain, no-frills room needs to be available for groups who have ordered food. More tables & chairs in general are also needed. read more

I took my grandson for a evening. They do not let the grown ups jump with their children. They also would not let me use the Groupon on a Sat. It was not very busy at all. There were only a few little ones jumping. They also have very expensive games that make the trip quite expensive when all is done. This is a nice idea for indoor recreation but I think they could have it more friendly for grandparents and parents to take their children and experience it with them. read more

As others have stated, if you come thinking you will be able to jump with your children, you are wrong. I don't have an issue with the idea behind this (safety), but customers should be notified of this rule BEFORE you purchase. Although a parent may still find it annoying, it is far less frustrating when you haven't spent your hard earned money for nothing. Generally, this place is alright. It wears my kids out, but so does a trip to any one of Canton's 5 or 6 parks -- and those don't require 20 minutes of shoe try-ons/rules/lessons prep. My kids go all out and are therefore done after about a 30 minute session so I feel as though I spend as much time getting ready to jump as I do actually jumping. The basketball hoop area seems to be dominated by teens with foul mouths and because the attendants are teens themselves, they don't handle it. If you want this to be a family place then you should insist that your customers not throw the f-bomb around. The parking lot is BAD. I really don't know how this passed city inspection -- it's as though there were no lighting or safety requirements at all. If you must park to the rear of the place (and you probably will) there are no lights to illuminate your walk to the front. In addition, there is no place to walk other than single straightaway through the lot, where idiot teenagers think it's cool to drive 45 mph. I thought this would be a cool place to burn off some steam, but we went a few times, the novelty has worn off and there is nothing to really pull us back. read more

Walked in last week and purchased tickets for my son and 8 friends for one hour of free jumps for this past Saturday night . ( his 12 birthday ) Get all the kids there early Saturday and was told it was closed for a private party. So how was I able to purchase tickets Thursday when I walked in. I showed receipt and was told nothing they could do. Never once said sorry. Manager is informed and says nope. Can't come in. So I ask for money back. Again nope. No refunds. Come another day. I ask for manager to come out , she does and I have to explain the entire situation all over again. Meanwhile my son and his friends are upset , they just wanted to have an hour of fun. She does issue refund and then says. I'll nested the information from your wavier for you so they are in the system next time you come. Next time? Still never said sorry about this , what we can we do to make it right. Nothing. So that's 9 kids who told their parents and they will tell other parents. See how that works. I love the overall concept of these places. They are great fun for kids and good exercise. I have been to about 5 different trampoline businesses (mostly in Colorado) and this is by far the most regulated one I have been to. This may or may not be a good thing. If you are looking for safety for your little one(s), I can see the appreciation for it. And the staff is on the ball too, as they really keep things organized. On the flip side, it slows things down. The foam pit was anti climatic after waiting for 1 1/2 minutes before doing a small boring jump. I imagine prices may be a smidgen more to pay for all the staff. Loved the basketball hoops, wish they had those when I was a kid. read more

We asked what the rules were before we came, spent an insane amount of money to jump with our children, and over an hour later when we finally got the chance to jump with our toddler, we were informed we had to stand absolutely still on the edges of the trampoline area and watch our 2 year old jump alone. Which made him cry, because he wanted to jump and hold our hands. When he fell, we were reprimanded for picking him back up and told we would have to leave if we did it again. The last straw was when he jumped on a live bee. (He is now terrified of trampolines. ) The ONLY saving grace for this place seems to be that so many people want a refund, that they don't argue and just refund your money. read more

They had something wrong with the music so for about 20 min... All I heard was a screeching noise. My son and I went here midweek in the late afternoon, and he had a great time. We'd paid and signed the waiver online (I'd printed it to save time) and we got through the registration area very quickly. The workers were polite and friendly. We were early for my son's jump time, so we waited in the seating area for a few minutes, and then he got to go jump. Before jumping, everyone has to stop at the top of the stairs and hear a safety speech, and in each area the workers are very focused on safety. I felt at ease letting my son run around and have a blast. Parents are permitted to jump, too, of course, but I had an injured knee, so I sat in the lounge. There were not any lines on the day we went, so I feel we got full value for the money. We'll do this again. It is a fun place, and for an only child, it was a great chance to interact with other kids in a safe, exciting environment. The only downside for this is that the seating area for the parents is not very comfortable and the tables were all dirty when we got there. I didn't see any workers cleaning them, so I ended up cleaning off a table before sitting down. A few comfortable chairs for parents would be nice, especially since I saw several elderly grandparents who were also not jumping, and could have used a more welcoming seating area. I've been to another trampoline place in Troy, MI and they have better seating options, but that is a minor inconvenience. This place is a lot of fun for the kids and for teens, too, I'm sure. Maybe they want the seating area to be less welcoming so that the adults will be more involved. If I could have jumped, I certainly would have because it looked like a lot of fun. read more

We went for glow jump on a friday night and it was so terrible...not enough staff to fix the zip line and help kids - young staff members were hanging around each other instead of spread out. Friends of staff members were taking the basketballs out of the basketball area and allowed to play a 'street game' in pne of the main walking areas so my kids couldn't get through. A huge group of boys were running back and forth across the open jump areas on everyone else's jump spots with no staff member redirecting them. This group of boys tried starting a fight with another smaller group of boys - they were swearing and making terrible racial comments, which my younger ones heard. When we left, another group of teenagers followed us to our car- accusing us of stealing their cell phone and swearing at us. My 8 year old daughter was terrified because thry came right up to our car. Get it together Canton! In years past we have been to this location with no issues and most of Canton is such a nice area, but this place has gone seriously down hill fast! I will probably not be back to this location again and will probably not be back to Sky Zone...there are other places. I wish I could give it a zero. read more

Its like a concentration camp with trampolines. I honestly have never been to a place with as many rules as Sky Zone. Every 2-3 minutes someone tells you that you are doing something wrong. In fact, I was there with my 2 and 6 year old, while I was watching my two year old she would lay down on the trampoline, I was promptly told she could not do that. So I would get on there and get her up so she would keep jumping. Then about 5 minutes later I was told that I could not get on the trampoline when she was on it to get her up. Even though I had the stupid sky socks. I said "What do you want me to do, yell at her until she gets up? Shes two bro!" He said "Yea that would be great" Then proceeded to try and high five me. Its weird, even my 6 year old said, "Why do they yell at me and then ask for a high five?" My reply to him was "They are crazy, thats why." They honestly just ruin the whole experience, which helps the haze of infatuation wear off real quick for the kids, so I am kind of thankful for that. 10 minutes in Sky Zone is horrible, the constant badgering from the employees, who are usually 15 year old kids, gets old real quick. There is literally a rule for every. single. thing. So, if you want your kid to know what it was like in Stalinist Russia, take them to sky zone and tell them, "This is exactly what it was like under Stalin, except less trampolines." Too many rules, too expensive, food is overpriced and disgusting, and there are three things to do, jump, jump with a basketball, or jump and throw balls at each other...oh or take turns jumping into a pit of foam squares. All while constantly being berated by the staff for transgressing against the vast amount of rules and regulations. read more

This is a mediocre trampoline park. It's on the dingy side and there aren't many interesting options. One thing I wish I'd known was the dodgeball games are separated by age. My 9-year-old son came with a friend who is 10 and they couldn't play dodgeball together. There are also massage chairs to sit in to watch your kids bounce - at a cost, of course. Otherwise seating is limited to bleachers by the front door and a few chairs by the snack bar. I won't be back here - there are other better trampoline parks in the area. read more

My 13 year old daughter recently visited the Canton location for the first time. We read the rules, she pre-paid, completed the waiver in advance and borrowed a pair of Sky Zone socks. I guess we missed the section about height and weight segregation. My daughter was disappointed that she couldn't join her friends (who are only 1-2 inches shorter and all thin/fit/athletic). My daughter was told she was too tall for a particular area her group of friends wanted to check out. I emailed Sky Zone to inquire and they promptly replied, in ALL exclamation point statements, that yes, they separate jumpers based on their height and mass. According to the Sky Zone employee, "This will be decided by the managers and court monitors on duty for the day! So if some jumpers she was with were of different sizes, she would have been separated from them! They should have all been on the same court to where they can see each other, but they will still be separated by height and mass!" read more
