My hubby went with some friends earlier in the year. They have dodgeball and he liked this area the best. The pit, regular personal trampolines. They have you buy socks with their logos. Folks can get super competitive and ruthless at dodgeball. This is where they spent over an hour, wanting to nail the peeps that took them out in a previous round.

This location is a joke, your better off going to the Canton location which is bigger and managed more effectively. There might as well be a sign posted at the entrance saying no little kids allowed after 11 a.m. All my daughter kept being told is sorry your to little. Are you kidding me, she's almost 6 and 45" tall. That's almost 4 feet for you Sky Zone employees that can't do math. The wall - "Sorry you can't make it up your to little.".... Then change the signs age limit and requirements. Dodge Ball - New game starting. "Sorry you can't play, the big kids are going to play."..... Then why does the sign say ages 5-7? The prick employee proceeds to rip the sign down and put up a 11-13 sign up. Ummm shouldn't 8-10 be next? Let me not fail to mention the 6 kids that were in there were all the party that I PAID FOR. That's right, they were all family. All she wants to do is throw the ball a few times to her brother/cousins/etc. What really pissed me off was the fact that I happened to glance over when the next game was going on and saw little kids, bigger kids, and grown folks playing. Needless to say I got a dear in the headlights look when I ask what made that round so special, they sure as hell don't fall into the posted age category. Trampolines - At this location the trampolines are a huge L- shape area with a pillar to climb in the middle. First got there, fine jumping all around. 20 minutes later, guess what.... the big kids are coming in. Sorry little kids go to the far corner and stick to the first 9-12 trampolines, no obstacles for you. All these employees at these stations are doing is putting self doubt in the little ones heads when they should be encouraging them. I am not saying all the employees were doing a unsatisfactory job but there were multiple ones at these stations between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. and in this case were all males. Maybe if the male employees did there jobs and stuck to looking out for the kids instead of chatting it up with the female employees that were trying to do there jobs the place would run more efficiently. The girls are trying to do there jobs and help the kids with the events that were paid for, they really don't want to hear you BS.

If you like having fun WITH your kids, don't go here. The rules are draconian and unnecessary. The staff is surly and unmotivated.

Horrible customer service and they never seem to have your waiver forms saved. Overall the experience is just not worth the hassle.

For the free jump, you buy an amount of time (30, 60, 90 mins) and the kiddos can jump on the open court, use the foam pit, or bball area.

The balls are the bright primary colors and very inviting for the kids to play. The kids were dancing, juggling balls and burying themselves under the balls. What's nice about this fun center, the birthday designated areas are clearly earmarked and divided by a wall for each party. The playscapes have different age appropriate play areas. Grip socks are required and are also available for purchase. All parties coming into the center must sign in (waiver) before entering. The birthday packages are reasonably priced to include your designated area for a couple of hours, pizza and drinks. We were happy with our hostess. He was very helpful at the end of the party to assist with providing a cart to get the gifts, leftover food and cupcakes to our vehicle. The snack bar was generous to give us drink takeout cups to give our guests the leftover pop to go. FYI: The snack bar pricing is a little high. I did witness another patron planning to purchase ice cream items from their cooler and chips for her kids. Once they told her the prices she put them back to say she would get them elsewhere.

It's just taking advantage of customers and for that reason , I won't return. I brought my 5 children there for the first time and it will definitely be the last time I take them there. I'd rather pay a higher entry fee at a competitor and not feel like I'm being robbed and taken advantage of. At $3.00 for an ice cream bar, it's still over a 300% profit and I would have bought 5 of them . $5.00 is unconscionable. Shame on you YoYo !

Please don't sign your children up for this sport, especially not at this gym. Unless, of course,…read moreyou hate them and want them to hate themselves for the rest of their foreseeable future. When I was a kid, I did gymnastics here. It was my entire childhood. Everyone I knew, I knew them from MEGA fun and fitness. I saw my coaches more than my parents. Every single day I was at the gym (5 days a week by the way), I was only put down and scolded, with the excuse that it would make me better, stronger. But I knew I could never be good enough, or strong enough. I could always do more, but it would never be praise-worthy. After far too many years of this, I quit. It was the best decision I ever made. But the experience still affects me. I'm an adult now, but I still have dreams about Coach ***, and I wake up sweating every time. But maybe the blame can't be placed on someone who is unaware of the trauma she is creating for young girls like me. I wish I could go back and undo it all. Or tell my parents to not let me do it. But I can't. So all I hope is that this message reaches one mom who just wants the best for her daughter(s). This is not the best you can do for them.

Since we had never been there before I went to the front desk to get some instructions, they were very little help. When they came to get students for the class it was a very young girl who spoke very softly, went to the gym and had no idea where to go. Again, very little help. No introduction for a newbie, my toddler wanted to play, the instructor wanted to do more of a party cake pretend wash your hands exercise. Not what I had in mind. The instructors are very young girls, the front desk workers are very young . I wanted a place for her to get some exercise and play, not sit and do hand gestures. Maybe my kid is just different but she has a lot of energy.

I've seen my daughter steadily grow in confidence in trying new skills - even if it's scary at first. She loves engaging with the coaches, and they are exceptionally good at managing the little ones. Would it by nice if they had a changing room? yes, but it's not that much of a hassle to dress them before going to the gym. Suggest picking an earlier class to avoid issues with parking or the waiting area being crowded. Very good job managing pandemic mask issues.
