I came here for my nephews party. He turned three years old. The party was hosted upstairs in a party room. The party room was set for two hours, and we got in there a little bit late because they had to clean up in between the other party before we were able to get in. We had to sign a waiver, and then check the kids in. They give you a pair of socks and an armband and the kids are free to jump around. I brought my twin nephews to the party. This place was so ridiculously packed. Parking was a nightmare. It looked pretty clean inside though. Within the two hours there I saw people vacuuming the floor twice. There are tons of young workers all around. They served pizza and fries. The fries were soggy, and the pizza was very bland. Obviously, the kids are here to jump around so have fun, but don't expect much out of the food. I never understood how sky zone doesn't have a set up the way Chuck E. Cheese does. What I mean is there should be someone standing by the exit to verify that the kids that you were taking home were actually your kids. There is no security system in place here at sky zone , or at any sky zone that I know of, and there really should be. Anyone can just take a kid and walk out and you wouldn't even know. There were so many kids. I had to constantly follow my nephews around because it gave me so much anxiety. For the month of December to January, we got a 1 month membership pass for $39 per child. So worth it because we came a total of 6 times and that's basically less than $7 per jump session. It was something to do during the holidays. It was not busy during the holidays on weekdays but super packed on weekends. We ended up cancelling our membership due to crazy crowd levels and just kids being back in school so less down time to jump for fun. read more

We came here on a Friday for my daughter's 12th birthday around 6PM. Everything has been changed around since the last time we were at this location and the new design makes more sense. I really enjoyed watching the kids only come to the table for drinks which, to me means they were really enjoying themselves. I constantly saw staff members cleaning the place, watching out for the kids, and making sure food orders came out fast. We ordered 1 pitcher of soda which had free refills and 2 pizzas. The pizza definitely could've stayed in the oven for a few more minutes because the dough was too soft but other than that, my kiddos had a blast. You aren't too old to be jumping as an adult! It's a lot of fun to go and be playful. I got a membership and was using it because it was cheaper than going a one-off time by myself with my friend and it pays itself back pretty easily. We were a bit shy at first since most of the people there are kids, but after a while you realize the kids don't care you're there - it's all in your head. Even though it's a bit chaotic sometimes when trying to make sure you don't crash into the smaller kids, everyone has always been generally polite. The member Mondays were the best part of the membership. It pushed me to show up and also gave me a reason to invite my friends to hang out and jump with me. I'd always give myself at least an hour if I brought a friend so we could check in and try all the activities. I've gotten down my "visitor's routine" where we'll warm up on the trampolines, then keep an eye out for short lines to try the zipline and trapeze since the staff have to help us with those. Then we'd do warped wall, trampoline basketball, tug of war, and ninja course based on how crowded they were. There's a few other activities but it is a smallish area so you won't miss out on anything with enough time. I'd always procrastinate going solo but it was a good cardio workout by myself. I eventually learned to also do a forward flip! The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Sometimes I got the impression they weren't super informed about best practices for safety/jumping when I asked questions, but they know the base rules everyone should be following to make sure everything is running smoothly. Lots of parking outside, but one downside is if your whole party is jumping, then there's not really a secure place to keep your valuables without paying for a locker. So as a member, I didn't want to keep paying for a locker and just learned to come very minimally. I kept the monthly membership for about 2-3 months after the initial visit. Cancelled eventually because I'm trying other activities now, but overall I had a great time! read more

My children love this place. It is a place for the children's to just be free and wild and for the parents to join them & enjoy the fun. Of course, with having caution at all times because there is smaller children jumping as well. They have daily passes & monthly passes available, but it is the best investment you can put in for 2 to 3 hours of fun. Your children will be exhausted by the end of the day and sleep like angels. I also love the toddler hours they have during the holidays because you are allowed to go in from 9 AM to 11 AM. You can have children 2-7 years old & allow them to have fun without having the fear of getting hurt by an older child or adult. I do recommend to definitely sign the waiver before arrival & purchase all tickets before arrival. You save time & sometimes money. During the Glow event last night, a large group of teenagers became disruptive. They were yelling, cursing, and drawing attention from staff after aggressively confronting a patron who expressed frustration with their behavior. Staff overheard one member of the group threaten to fight the patron. Despite this, no immediate action was taken, and the group was not asked to leave. The disruptive behavior was allowed to continue for some time without much intervention other than the staff observing the situation. Eventually the group was asked to leave. read more

I took my 2 year old to the Little Leapers session and we had a great time. $15 got both of us in and jumping from 9-11am! It's great because this session time is for the little kids 7 & under so it's calmer during this time and there is plenty of space. Besides the cleanliness, space, and price, another thing I appreciate is that the snacks aren't overpriced. Some places try to gouge you, but not here. They're marked up just enough to make a profit, which is reasonable, but it's not ridiculous. A bottle of water, small applesauce pouch, and a Caprisun costed $4. They don't give out cups of water, which may irritate some folks, but it is a for-profit business so I get it. Loved our time here and would definitely come again but only before the big kids get there and start bouncing off the walls. read more

My reservation was canceled without proper verification, simply because someone assumed I was the one who called, as we had the same date and time. What if that person had mistakenly contacted the wrong Skyzone? To make matters worse, they assigned me a room that was under construction, which only had a few chairs available. As a result, some of my guests had to stand while eating because there weren't enough chairs. I also noticed that there were several empty rooms that remained vacant the entire time we were there. This situation doesn't make any sense, and I am very unhappy with it. You really need to improve your cancellation process. read more

What can I say about Sky Zone Cerritos? We love it here... but the lack of communication is a huge issue, and it's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. My TOP complaint is the failure to notify parents about hour changes, blocked-out days, and schedule adjustments--especially for Little Leapers. As a paid member, I can't tell you how frustrating it is to show up, only to find out the hours have changed or that a school has bought out the entire day. Sky Zone NEEDS to implement a texting system to notify parents (memberships only) of schedule changes. A simple text alert for members would save so much frustration. Instead, whenever I bring this up, the response is: "Sorry, you should've received an email or checked the website." Which I never do. Here's the problem: * The website is updated way too late after changes happen. * The front door signs display entirely different hours. * The Instagram is never updated about hour changes--only dodgeball tournaments (lame!). Communication is KEY, and right now, it's a mess. If Sky Zone wants to keep loyal members, they must prioritize keeping us informed. Until then, it's hit or miss on whether we're wasting a trip. I've waited to post this review--this was last year's experience. Hopefully, this new year will be better. But honestly, I can't imagine they don't have the funds to improve communication when they remodeled the inside and brought in arcade games. read more

This is the third Skyzone we have visited and this location is not safe, and it's not for kids under 8 years of age. My five year old was severely injured today. My 5 year old daughter was on the stair balloon and she jumped. A younger kid about 3 years old jumped right on top of her. She was injured and her face and body got smashed. The Skyzone in Santa Ana has an employee monitoring that same stair balloon but that was not the case at Cerritos. This is very dangerous for little kids and I'm surprised the injuries were not worse. We were lucky it was a young kid, but if it was a bigger kid my daughter would have been severely injured. They need an employee monitoring the kids because obviously the parents are not doing it. A second issue is their card point system. Each game is 7,8, or 14 points. But they sell cards with 20, 40, and other points. You will always end up with some unused points. We bought a $10 card for 40 credit points, and we ended up with 3 unused points. I asked the manager for 5 points so we can play one last game and he said it was impossible because it's owned by a third party. Every time someone buys a card, they are are not able to use all their points. read more

I have never been to a sky zone, and when I read the party package, I assumed we would have a section to jump upstairs in the mezzanine, but it only includes a party room, I get it I was just a little bummed. It was Saturday and the party was for 2 PM super packed, chaotic, but then again, it's Saturday at 2 PM! I didn't like that the host took off on break during the two hours of the party. And I hate that there was a fee to bring outside food especially for me and several others that do not eat pizza. This review is for the event experience. I made a reservation for my daughter's birthday and wasn't too impressed with what they had to offer. It was an absurd amount of about $500 for the first 10 jumpers, and they are limited to 2 hours jump time. Basically giving us such limited time to be in the party room--to eat, celebrate. I felt like we barely got any time to relax, and instead had to rush in and out just to get our money's worth. The rooms were quite small and not enough seats for everyone. All of the adults practically had to be outside as it got crowded inside. There were only 18 number of chairs for the tables even though we were promised that at least 20 would be accommodated. Also, they had one fan blowing in the room, and we were all sweating. I'd recommend other indoor playgrounds (like Urban Air) where the prices are more reasonable and the jump time is all day. read more

This facility has done some cool renovations like replacing old mats and safety nets. They also improved the video game/ eating area. They have added a lot of benches in the areas closer to the kids. The only are where they are consistently LOUSY, is in not notifying guests with PAID memberships that the park is closed due to a special event. It's okay that they close for a few hours due to special events, BUT YOU LITERALLY FIND OUT UNTIL YOU SHOW UP at the door and read their signage; so you do the walk of shame back to your car as you explain to your kids that it is closed. I do not know how many people pre-pay a membership, but if I already paid, I do not like to find out I have no access until I am literally standing in front of a closed door. THEN you explain to your kids why some kids CAN be inside, and we cannot. A text blast to all paid members solves this issue. I feel bad posting this, but THIS ISSUE happens a handful of times EVERY summer and SkyZone has no answer for it. ... and no, I do not make it a habit of checking a website to check availability of every place I plan to visit. read more

Great spot for the kids! I love that kids under 7 have their own time to go. I felt safe with my kids at each spot. Things were clean and there was attentive staff. My kid lost a toy in the midst of the chaos of all the other kids and we came back for it 2 hours later and the staff had it right at the front.
