Brain was our assistant with our son's birthday party. I do not like how we were told it was time to clean up. Our guests were still eating their lunch. I did not want to be the one to tell them they had to stop eating that would very inappropriate. I was really disappointed with Brain because he came up to the parents and cut off there wrist band. Brain was very persistent with telling people that their time was over. He even took away some of the children's goodie bags. He was very persistent on a time to do the cake and eating and telling us it was over. I politely asked him for 10 more minutes to allow our guests to eat. This was our first time having an event at sky zone and although the kids had a lot of fun there were a lot of things that were very disappointing Each child was supposed to get a card to come back for another day Brain was heading out the cards they were not in the bag as they were told that they would be in there. I know that we will go back but it definitely is something to think having a party at sky zone there's just a lot of negativity that weighs out the positive read more

Very disappointing experience, especially for a "VIP" package. We booked a party for 20 kids and were placed in a room with a posted capacity of 30, yet there were 40-50 people crammed inside once parents were included. It was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable and arguably unsafe. This is basic planning that they completely got wrong. What's worse is how it was handled after. I raised concerns immediately, but instead of addressing them, they later refused to even discuss a resolution unless I withdrew my chargeback first. That's not how you treat customers. At this price point, this felt like a cash grab with little regard for the actual experience. Would not book here again. read more

This place has much more than the San Carlos zky zone we went to up north. They are pretty strict with the no bigger kids together with the toddlers and no little kids in the jousting area. Got the $79 summer pass since I think even if they come here one more time, you can get your money back. I didn't want to join their elite member because last time (in San Carlos) it took so many phone calls to cancel it, they kept telling me to go to the website and the button was not there. This is generally a nice place to take your kids and spend an afternoon. They have lots of fun slides and good amount of jumping and zip line areas. Plenty of activities for them to exert lots of energy. However, there are some things to know before you go. First, if you don't have, "official SkyZone socks" they won't let in. My son had some from an earlier visit but because they were faded and you couldn't read the logo, I had to purchase new ones. Pretty stupid. Second, the young kids working there that are monitoring the play areas need to do a better job of watching older kids vs. younger kids. I saw a few instances where really young kids were jumping next kids three times their size and nearly fell on top of them, they should monitor things a little better. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you can avoid going on the weekend please do so. We've been there during the week and on a Saturday afternoon and its the difference between a ghost town and TImes Square on New Year's Eve! Way too many people on the weekend, its a pretty chaotic scene, even the parking lot is a complete mess. I learned my lesson and next time I take my kid there, it will certainly be on a weekday. read more

First time here and first of all... AMAZING!!! I loved it already when I walked right through those doors of this place. I tried every single attraction that they offered here (excluding the Kids Area). I got my group the 90min session which was already enough instead of paying the whole day session just cause. We all had an amazing time here and we will definitely come back some time soon. -1 Star *The Pretzel Bitz were a little too oily and I think I would be better if it were less oil than smothered in oil. Forgot to mention that this place needs to be monitored more often due to kids. When I took my daughter and step son a group of kids just came and pushed my daughter. When I saw that I was furious that I just wanted to go and beat the kid up but as a grown up I told the worker and the worker said that they can't do nothing about it. Throughout the day the same group of kids were causing problems on different games that even some of the workers told them that they have to behave. But the service from the front desk to our rep that helped us with the room and food service was above and beyond! Her name is Kayle. She was prompt and helpful with everything. She answered all of our questions. I wasn't sure how the service would be bcs this is our first birthday or party here, but I was very surprised and happy with the service. All the food and drinks came out on time and hot. All the team players and families were happy and impressed with the party and skyzone.
