I had to ask her name to write this review. She was super rude and definitely should not work at the front desk to greet clients or ensure smooth class transitions and operations. There are many developmental toys and activities which the children had a blast exploring. The space was very clean and well organized! I saw the staff actively tidying the space, assisting with the different payment features, and engaging the children. They offer memberships, as well host private events and various therapies that are held on site. It's a one stop shop. Their memberships can be covered by the Regional Center or funded through Self Determination program, but of course, you can pay of pocket. The owner Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! This San Ramon location is their first location, but have since expanded to two more sites in Berkeley and Belmont. They also have tables for parents to have a break or work at which is very thoughtful. When I went also had a smaller tot area as well as an inclusive, larger space for all. Overall, this is a wonderful facility that fosters inclusion and a welcome addition to the area.

We've been coming here since Spring and really enjoy having this type of parent & me movement class for this age range. Like many toddlers, my girl is in the "NO!" Phase but will always say "yes" to "jump jump" (what she calls the class). The only issue is the lack of parking. It can be a hassle since the center is located in the Big O tires/auto body/mechanics shared parking lots. So, be sure to come early to get a space!

Reading the previous reviews regarding safety - our experience has been that this gym always seems to pay close attention to the safety of their students. Gymnastics is a very physical pursuit - there are going to be injuries just as there are on the soccer fields, baseball diamonds and skate-parks - but we're happy that the staff here do everything they can to minimize those risks.

There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.

Coach Katie and a few of the younger coaches create a very positive and encouraging environment for the kids to learn. Even with all of her training, my daughter improved her technique quickly with Coach Katie's guidance. All of the girls on the team were super welcoming and very helpful by giving my daughter tips and making sure she blended in right away. Every week, she looks forward to practice and always wants to make sure we arrive early and finishes with a huge smile on her face. Coach CJ runs a great program, as an experienced and accomplished gymnast, knows how to evaluate kids to make sure they slot into the right level.
