The Mama hosting the party was all…read morestressed out as she thought they booked a private room for the party but Altitude advised otherwise. It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

The front desk, younger man and older woman, were nice and answered my questions. The young woman working the food court was also nice. 20-25 minute wait for hot dog and 2 fries. She apologized and explained the oven is not very good. I saw her always checking to see if our food was ready but it really did take 20 mins. This place definitely needs to get that upgraded. When we first got in my son immediately saw the rock climbing. I saw a worker in there and asked if we needed to pay extra. We did so we went back to the front desk to pay for it. We went back to climb but the worker was gone. The only other worker we saw was a gentleman with an AirPod in his ear periodically checking his phone. We kept checking the rock climbing area and no one ever came back. After an hour I asked the front desk and they said to ask any worker with a blue tee. So I asked the young man with the AirPod who was actually very helpful and patient as my son spent at least 30 mins with him in the rock climbing area. At some point we made our way to the trampoline area behind the princess bouncy house where I saw the original woman worker who was in the rock climbing area sitting on a bench outside the area, one arm in her sweater and the other using her phone. She was mostly talking to another young man who could have possibly been a worker off the shift as he was holding a blue shirt. I wouldn't have known she was a worker if I had not seen her earlier. Later on I saw another young gentleman who was on his phone with an AirPod in as well sitting on the bench near the basketball area. I had no idea he was a worker until he stood up and walked away (holding his phone) and saw the back of his tee. The rugs and floors and most tables are filthy with tons of black gum stuck to it. Idk why this place allows people to wear shoes where socks are mandatory for people jumping. It's disgusting Other Pros: at least when we went, although little staff present, kids and families were respectful. It wasn't a busy place and I was allowed to go jump without being in the way of anyone. Lockers are only 50 cents. It's a nice atmosphere but there's a lot of polishing up that needs to be done. They are very understaffed and hope they are able to get more or better hires that actually work.

My sister recently hosted a birthday party at Get Air, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moredisappointing due to several issues that need attention. The biggest concern was the temperature in the party room. We had more than 40 guests in the room, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was only one fan available, and when we asked if another fan could be provided, we were told that the additional fan was reserved for guests using the massage chairs. Given that the party room was packed with over 40 people, it seemed like a much greater need existed there than in the massage chair area. The heat became so unbearable that several guests went to their vehicles to retrieve battery-operated fans just to stay comfortable. One family even left the party early because of the conditions. It was clear that the room's ventilation or air conditioning was not adequate for the number of people using the space. Installing blinds on the large window may help reduce heat from the sun, but the HVAC system should also be evaluated to ensure the room remains comfortable for party guests. Another issue involved cleanliness and customer service. One of our party guests became sick and vomited. When the employee who appeared to be the supervisor on duty was informed, his response was disappointing. He appeared irritated and stated that he had another party to attend to and would get to the cleanup later. This was not an appropriate response to a situation involving guest health and sanitation. Based on this experience, I believe this location would benefit from: Additional staffing to properly support multiple parties at the same time. Improved customer service training for employees. An inspection of the HVAC system in the first party room to address the excessive heat. Additional cooling solutions, such as fans and window blinds, to keep guests comfortable. While the children enjoyed the attractions, the overall party experience was negatively impacted by the uncomfortable conditions and lack of responsive customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.
