THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME AND i will be Back bc of Lillie she was Amazing! My son's 5th bday was today and she gave us two balloons bc nobody came to his party. I cried he was happy. World saved! This review below was from first time! Fun! Fun! Safe and Clean and Happy Fun! We went in this morning party of 5/6 and were greeted warmly by the manager gentlemen so kindly even though my unruly kids were POUNDING on their doors. Once in the most kind and helpful lady was behind the desk and even though we hadn't prepped our waivers(wavers for safety reason) she slowly and kindly went over with each parent even though our kids were SCREAMING to go in she took her time and did it right and I got kids to simmer down and ensured they also would be good. Once inside the creative and colorful and safe and clean yet so well designed for fun space, we went wild. We had the whole joint to ourselves- we got there early and enjoyed the play to win (you win a toy every time) claw machines, the laser dance room, the slides and of course the maze of awesomeness!! The guy who was running the show was SPECTACULAR and totally WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for us catering things to our whim practically as we went he made sure the toys we won were the ones we wanted. He made sure we knew where everything was and all the options for flash pass and the bumper race cars! It was so fun bc they were so accepting and accommodating yet still following rules so nobody gets hurt. We L O V E D our time and party there and will 100% go back this summer a ton. Oh and a special shot out to the young man behind the concession stand-- he went through all the snacks and drinks with each kid sooooo patiently it was amazing. Some wanted different things and he just calmly handled the tears and stuff. Those three made my day sooooo much easier and better. Our son had a fantastic 3rd birthday at Kids Empire! Totally worth the general admission price for a wonderful variety of climbing, crawling, and sliding activies, plus a little disco solar system projected room. But beyond this, Lillee and Kennedy took great care of our complicated logistics, and when they found out it was my son's birthday, they made sure the friendly dragon made an appearance and danced around with kids! Biali and Kennedy were our hosts and set us upon for success, the kids had a great time. My protips are that the pizza with the package is Rosati's from the mall which was pretty good for party pizza. And then the cake was from Bennison's (!!) which is an awesome cake. The kids can play for the rest of the day after the party is cleaned up and the birthday kid also gets a bounce back pass. Plan on $20 to $40 extra for "flames" cards for the kid scooters, air hockey, and claw game. read more

Just had my daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was amazing! Everyone from ages 1-50 had a blast! From the point where we were just contemplating on booking the party, to a couple weeks prior to, and during the time of the party, Millie, the manager was super helpful. He was always willing to answer any questions that we had and explained everything thoroughly with a friendly voice. During the time of the party, Millie and Kierre, our designated party coordinator (pronounced like Pierre but with a "K") were very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was going well. They were super nice! We went with the full birthday party package that included 3 hours of unlimited play for both the kids and adults, unlimited drinks that consisted of pop, juice, and water, your choice of a vanilla or chocolate birthday cake, balloons, partyware, goody bags for all the kids, pizza, and a scan card so that the kids can ride the go carts! It was an awesome deal! I wanted a birthday party for my daughter that was fun but I also didn't want to deal with too much details. The staff at Kids Empire took great care of us and I was able to enjoy my kid's party unlike previous parties I threw where I was stuck being the hostess. Now the fun part. All of the kids and parents had a great time! The venue itself was super spatious and very clean. No one past the gate entrance is allowed to have shoes on. With me being Asian, that's how you keep things clean! The giant web and maze of jungle gyms were super fun, sturdy, and safe for kids of all ages. They had netting everywhere and everything was padded. I felt safe letting my 4 year old and her guest run wild and they all had a great time. Kids Empire had 3 different kind of slides of which both young and old can definitely enjoy. I know myself and all the parents that were at our party could not resist them. I also loved that the jungle gym had tall ceilings and parents who went after their child in there did not have to worry about crouching down low and breaking their backs lol. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole party/event. We will definitely be coming back. My 4 year old is already asking when we can come back and my 14 year old is now wanting her next party there haha. Thank you Kids Empire for an amazing time! read more

The facilities are incredibly clean! The staff is friendly and helpful and kind to the kids. They are excellent at helping keep everyone safe and redirecting when necessary. Highly recommended for those who can work from home as this is a good way to get out the wiggles and to get some work done. (If you need it to be quiet to work... Like for phone calls or focus... Not sure why this place gets such low reviews, but we've come here a few times this winter and have loved it every time. Overall the staff are quite friendly and the no shoes policy makes it so that the play spaces actually stay relatively clean. The equipment is all up to date for the most part, and it's a fun spot to bring your kids if you need to stay inside. It's $20 per kid (2 adults free per paid kid) and babies under 9 months are free as well. They have separate play spaces - one for smaller babies (babies and younger toddlers) and the main play space for older toddlers and kids. It's also conveniently located next to a dollar store and a grocery store. read more

I have a party planned for December, I came in signed the contract, paid my deposit, and was given vital info pertaining to the party such as prices of kids attending if we go over our number, ok great cool. Then BOOM... today (11/24/25) we get a call that their prices are going up and that the price we were told is now increased, like almost 2x the original amount! I am so frustrated and wish that the GM's/corporate et it together!
