***BAD EXPERIENCE BIRTHDAY EVENT*** Wasted $700 for an isolated HOT section behind the check-in stand with NO FAN OR ANY AIR (SAFETY HAZARD). At least the first come first serve tables got a big sealing fan above but probably didn't help much either. I had to complain about the heat and ask for a fan. On a hot day with so many people in an indoor play place there should be air conditioning...kids will pass out. My kids were downing water like crazy and used the plates to fan themselves. Supposedly the workers said A/C wasn't working, except in the private party rooms on the right that were already full and the restrooms, but that still didn't resolve the issue. Whoever runs this Skyzone need to run better in this HOT WAREHOUSE. Also, our HOST SEEMED MISERABLE WORKING THERE too knowing he had the same reaction and attitude as the rest of us. He didn't really interact with everyone and especially the kids. Just asked around if they wanted pizza or a drink, etc. HE RUSHED THROUGH THE WHOLE TIME HE STARTED SMH. It was my first time at sky zone and bringing my 3 year old son. Why do they not have air conditioning? Just big fans which are no help . It gets so hot inside . The employees that work there have absolutely the worse attitude!!!!!!!!!! While guests should be courteous in picking up after themselves- there's no clean up from the staff throughout the day. There was trash thrown about everywhere!!! And shoes thrown around everywhere. You would think they would have some kind of shelves or cubies for shoes so people aren't tripping over it. Just seems like there would be less chaos if it was organized better and the staff had a better attitude!! The list of unfavorable moments and experiences was overwhelming. What's sad is that IF the ownership just cared more about the services they are trying to provide this place could be very special. Drawing from several communities that have limited activities they could really shine if they just invested in assuring their customers were at the very minimum respected. Understaffed and lack of staff development is the main issue. Honestly, you can't blame the staff because they do the best they can with the limited support. Below is my scoring on a 1-5 scale. 1) Cleanliness - 1 2) Shoe accommodations - 0 3) Seating - 0 4) Food service - 1 (30 min wait for 2 Slurppes) w/limited access to vending machine drinks because machine only accepts cash. Providing a machine that accepts cards could bring them much more income with limited effort and shorten line time. 5) Severely understaffed at check-in and "FuelZone" what a joke. Fun crowded at time but worth the trouble. Wouls get a 5 star review but they always have some attractions brocken. I heard they renivated but have not returned since they have. Mkae sure if you go there are not in there renovation stage as they are still open during that phase limiting the attractions. read more

Besides the fact that my Debit card information got stolen, I had a charge for $65 one month after I took my daughter for her birthday weekend. Contacted my bank to report stolen. No one has any idea how to manage it. One family gathered as many tables as she could to make her own birthday party celebration, no one said anything to them. The "KIDS" (because they look like they are all still in high school) that work there where asking the customers to give them cash for a whole pizza at cheaper price. SMH! read more

Half the jump area is closed for construction! You still pay full price to come in, literally half of sky zone is closed but they charge you the full amount to get in if I'd known this I would'nt have come. If I could leave negative stars I would for experience I had with my son's birthday. When we checked in for the birthday, there was no direction given to us or even to our guests. They were given the wrong wristbands and had to go back. When it was time for the birthday, our host was extremely slow and unhelpful. My husband and I had to keep leaving the party to see why the pizzas were not coming out and all our guests were so hungry they ended up eating the food that we had brought from outside that was intended for the adults originally. There was no drinks until later and we had to keep going to get the food or drinks and served everyone. When it came to cutting the cake, the host didn't even offer to help cut it up to pass to the guests like it says when you sign up. The cherry on the top was that there was random kids that crashed our party and started eating our food! I spoke to whoever was on duty that day and she felt bad for what happened and gave me a small discount but said I deserved more but she couldn't give me more unless it's approved by a manager. I was told that I would get a call the next day from the manager however now it's been a week. I attempted to call twice throughout the week and left detailed messages with a Call Center who sent emails to the entire management. Still crickets... no answer no care. Completely false advertising that they do everything for you on party day. Even my son stated he doesn't ever want to do his birthday there again. read more

At first it was a normal day trying to have fun at sky zone. It's there was a basketball area. And it seems very fun and safe, eventually I went to a obstacle horse that was missing a big chunk. Then I tried doing part of it, and I fell forward. Uh, the hard platform with nothing to brace myself. My wrist broke in 2 places and my growth plate popped out of place. The sky's on workers, we're it not even there to ask if I was fine. And never even checked on me. This is why I will never go back to sky zone. [Review #478] 2019 Yelp 100 Challenge (136/100) With just over a dozen attractions (Drop Zone, Challenge Zone, Foam Zone, SkyHoops, SkyLadder, SkySlam, Speed Zone, Warped Wall, Freestyle Jump, Tug of War, Ultimate Dodgeball, Toddler Zone, Battle Beam), Sky Zone offers the ultimate trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Guests must wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee. A large sticker with their "sky time" is given to the guests to wear so staff can eject/charge those that exceed their schedule; there's also a 15-min. interval reminder that announces if your time is up to exit the court, with some staff enforcement for those too engrossed with jumping. Considering its size & space, it's not a sanitary amusement/party place because I cannot fathom if nor when the equipment can or will be cleaned on a daily/interval basis. As it is, the stairwell handles are sticky as well as the platforms... I can hear the fibers of my sleeve being ripped off. :-O There's an unusual musky odor through the facility that the fans help permeate throughout. :-X Surprisingly, the restrooms, at least the ladies, were clean & stocked. I agree the activities are fun, & some of the staff were conscientious of safe play whereas others are chatting away. A random PSA will play a few times to remind all to play safe... which is probably needed. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play, more for individual fun... the only time the kids were together was waiting in line. The party room was staffed by 1 attendant, handling a dozen kids & parents. The adults didn't need to be served, it took some time for the kids to get their pizza & sides. The birthday girls spun the Wheel-of-Fortune for their Sky Zone-themed prizes, & soon after, the kids lined up for the birthday cupcakes. The party emcee/server did a decent enough job without much fanfare of a typical party atmosphere. Its party process similar to other local party places -- an hour or 2 playtime with an hour of eating. The major difference usually lies in the facility's host on entertaining & engaging the kids, which Sky Zone was lacking in that department. Fuel Zone prices are moderate - expensive. H wanted a drink so I ordered the NACHOS COMBO: nachos with melted cheese product & marinated jalapeños, & a fountain drink. The tortilla chips still held some crisp but it feels like it's been exposed to too much air & starting to stale, & the hot cheese was cooled within a couple of minutes but not yet congealed. :-| The pizza & nachos combos offer the best value, saving $1.00 if purchased separately. Awkward parking lot with limited spaces that can barely hold 10% of the building's 385 person max capacity. Staff service range from friendly to indifference to boredom. Tip: Before you head to the register, complete/sign the waiver at the kiosks located just to the left upon entering. Do not buy any food or drinks they will rip you off I got 3 waters at separate times and paid 3 different prices. My son was invited to his friend's birthday- no organization , total chaos, shoes and trash everywhere, not enough seats for parents , very hot unless at the birthday room after the kids are showered with sweat. So for all the 1 star reviews here, I think they may be a little dramatic. You are coming to a kids indoor trampoline room that costs $30 for two hours of jumping... thats $15 per hour of entertainment (which is pretty cheap) so I wouldn't expect it to be on like an equinox level. And it's almost impossible to keep kids social distanced in these types of environments so if you are worried about that, I would just avoid coming here. The kids had a great time... there's zip lining , dodge ball, basketball, a general jumping area. It's super loud so if you're looking for peace and quiet, this not the place for you. Sky zone has been remodeled. So far it seems more open, not hot and stuffy, has better lighting, and seems cleaner. However, they do not have enough staff. The big new slides that everyone wants to go on, are not open because of lack of staff. If you're going to charge full price, the entire facility should be accessible. read more

This is a great place for kids ages 4-15 to go burn some energy off. I had a birthday party for my daughter and son. Our party host (Giselle) was amazing she was on point with everything. It was my wife's and I first time there she explained to us how to do everything from checking in our party guest, signing wavers, getting our party area set up, getting our food/serving, helping with cutting/serving the cake. I mean she took all the stress away from us so we were able to focus on our guest and our little ones. Best service I have gotten from a family fun center in LA. I will definitely be getting a membership to bring my kids back very soon. read more

There are many things wrong with this place... overcrowded (saw some dude rip his time sticker off and toss it, he was still there when we left 2 hours later), sticky surfaces, sweaty air, trash everywhere (used bandaid on the floor, etc)... but the most SHOCKING is the fact that only half the guests wear masks.... and neither do some of the employees! We're talking ZERO mask enforcement. And this in a place where people do extreme exercise, breathing heavily, and constantly sharing spaces and equipment. Today we are here but I got VERY DISAPPOINTED that the "manager" on duty called the Tow Company because ona car was barely parked on red sidecurb when the place was more than half empty!!!! REALLY?? This place is so disappointing! The place is so run down and frankly unsafe! The owner should be ashamed of themselves. I'm surprised they are able to stay in business. First of all the staff pay no attention to the kids jumping around insanely, they stand around talking with each other ignoring the kids. I recall coming her about 7 years ago and it was so different, the staff was very attentive and mindful of safety. The place looks filthy and needs serious maintenance. It's so hot stuffy and smelly in here. I asked if they had AC and they said it was broken yet all the fans were off! I had to ask them several times to please turn the fans on as we went to different sections because they were all off. The ceiling looks like it's going to start falling apart on the kids. If you are the owner manager reading this, I'm sure you wouldn't even want your own kids jumping around in this filthy I kept place. My son had his birthday party at Sky Zone on Friday evening. The trampoline park was clean and spacious. From check in through the end of the night the staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The Manager Quan went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He checked in on our party several times and made himOur party host Alycia was awesome. She set up the party room and allowed me time to add decorations. She made everything so easy and was such a great hostess. If considering a party , I recommend you request Alycia.
