I bring my nieces and nephew here often, they love it! There's a small soccer field within the big kids playground, the big kids playground has 2 big slides, there's also a space underneath the big playground where you can pay for the little ones to ride electric cars. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and stay entertained. There's also a little kid playground which is nice for toddlers and babies. This is a BADASS indoor playground for older kids that can handle themselves & I think I'll definitely take my toddler back when he's older. One of my concerns is in the toddler area. At the bottom of the toddler slides there are these colorful soft blocks in a dark area underneath the obstacle course for kids to climb around. At the start/end of the area, there's a large orange block that's high up and it's placed under the LOWEST part of the ceiling with large metal screws. You have to go through it to get in and out and you have to crawl or worm your way through. My toddler hit his head pretty hard on that ceiling getting out of it, twice. And I saw a few other kids do the same. They need to replace it with a shorter block or take it out completely. Toddlers dont really have the concept of low ceilings + high blocks = crawling/worming your way through until they hit their heads a few times. As for the bigger playground, I tried to keep my toddler away but he got so excited seeing all the kids in there and went running. They have these big holes placed in the ground on every level near obstacle courses. If you're not paying attention, you can easily fall through. Which is what happened. My toddler fell through the first hole climbing up and I twisted my ankle on a different hole. So I'd be very very careful around the man holes placed randomly on ever level. Don't get me wrong, it's awesome for an active kid. But they have to be really careful. read more

This place is always a good time! My kids range from 6-13 and all of them have a blast. The play area is robust. The weekends draw big crowds, but I have never seen it unclean. The staff roams around and are very friendly-shout out to Jacob! No outside food is allowed, but they have a lot of snacks/ drinks you can purchase. Tables and chairs are spread throughout the areas, all within range of viewing the play area. 10/10 for Kids Empire!! read more

So digusting is the only words to describe this place. I went to kid's empire with my little sister and both ended up in someone kids blood when playing and were totally unaware of it until my sister hand was covered in what she couldn't tell was ketchup or blood! Told a worker about it after having to wash it off our hands and clothes just to me told by a lazy that seemed high out of his mind "if u can tell me where exactly THEN I'll be able to" and didn't bother to come and check with us to where exactly so it never got cleaned the entire time the children were playing. A BIOHAZARD!!!! This needed to be taken seriously and I'm disgusted at the inattentiveness. Never will I be coming here again learn to hire staff that enjoy being around kids every staff there looks miserable read more

First time here! Check in was smooth and seamless! Are kids wanted socks even though they had some lol. They were only $3! My wife and I were laughing because every 45 minutes or so it seems they dim the lights and have a person in a hippo do a little dance party! Music is upbeat and energetic. Today was a really terrible experience. 1. Today we brought our son and daughter to play. At first, the cashier said children 18 months and older need to pay full price, then later said 24 months and older need to pay full price. In the end, both of our children (one is 6 years old and the other is 1 year and 11 months old) were charged full price, plus two adults. We were charged nearly $60. Honestly, the money itself is not the issue -- we just wanted our kids to have a good time. 2. The staff's attitude was very poor. There was no smile at all throughout the visit. At one point, a staff member even came over with a QR code and asked us to scan it to leave a good review. 3. The playground does not allow shoes, which we completely understand. However, the restroom floor was covered in water. Every time the kids used the bathroom, their socks got wet and extremely dirty. When we got home, we had to throw the socks away because they couldn't even be cleaned. 4. All the drinking fountains in the playground were broken. Drinking fountains in other locations were working fine. We didn't bring much water with us today, so our kids were very thirsty and we were forced to buy water inside. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but other places do allow this. Overall, today's experience was extremely bad. read more

Finally took my 2 year old here & we had such a blast! We came on a random Wednesday right when they opened & he literally had the whole place to himself. I think there was 1 little girl there for the whole 1.5 hour we were there. My toddler had so much fun running around and exploring! I didn't have to worry about any kids bullying him or getting lost or anything like that. Definitely recommend going during the morning/weekday if you can so your kid can get the full experience and enjoy the place. It was $20 for a kid, and 2 adults go free. *don't forget to sign the waiver online & to wear socks!!! I was tired within the first 15 mins! Lol read more

This is the place for you! You get all that and more! My wife was playing with our kids and she saw a young woman put on our backpack! My wife shouted at her that, that's hers. We told the staff and their reaction, "oh no" that's where it ended. I told them to check the cameras, "oh we can't do that" then what the hell are they for?!? My wife witnessed with her own eyes a child throwing up, she told the staff and pretty much gave a shoulder shrug. This is what you get when you hire teenagers, get some order in this place! This place is pretty big, well lit, and pretty clean. There is a play area for lil kids and a different area for the slightly older kids. A couple of cool slides and climbing formats. They sell their own drinks and snacks here. Make sure to wear socks because you will need to place them in a box as soon as you come in. It's $19.90 for 2 hours I think. Pretty good deal. Lots of seating for the adults. If you need to bring some work or if you craft/knit etc, good place to get some stuff done. It's completely enclosed, only one way out.
