Very disappointing and frightening experience. I brought my two toddlers, ages 2 and 3, and while I was getting one child out of the play structure, I lost sight of my other son. I immediately told the attendants he was missing, but the response did not feel urgent. Another parent told me that the child crying under a table was probably my son. From what I understood, an attendant had sent him back into the play area instead of helping identify his parent. Ok I honestly really enjoyed myself at this Chuckie E. Cheese with my lil cousins and family !! It's spacious and has really good games for the kids and even the adults ! The food was good I had the salad bar and it was fresh and they kept the area clean and sanitized. They always have good pizza and wings too!! They even have wine, beer, and seltzers! It's pretty pricey now so get was best for your family. The service was good they cleaned our table and was very nice when we kept going to order, very friendly and good customer service! Trays and dirty dishes were left on the tables for longer than I would expect but I did see team members sanitizing the games which was nice. Definitely a great party experience! We had our son's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and it was seamless. Everything pre planned online, then we had a representative confirm or make modifications. We went with the ultimate party package and definitely loved how easy it was to do, we really didn't have plans anything, we just showed up. Kids got the gaming passes, kids playground bands, the pizza was nice and cheesy garlicky, the dip n dots were sorbet, the cake was served, and kids got prizes at the end. I regret not checking the reviews , my grandsons b day party was on Saturday, food took forever to come out and pizzas were being brought out one at a time, so people had to keep waiting to eat. Ordered extra platters and too about 40min to come out and the wing order was wrong. The cake was perfectly fine when we gave it to them and when time came to bring the cake out it was ruined, the frosting was missing but n a few places and they brought the cake decoration in hand, we had to make the best of it. Ordered pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it was pretty good. Fries were ok nothing stand out about it. I was taken back at the fact that I've been here twice and both times they usually have only one worker at the register doing everything with the prizes and orders. And the line usually goes all the way out to the tables where people are eating. Even after getting my food And playing with the kids, the line was still extremely long and the worker got no help. Chuck E. Cheese has stepped it up since I was a kid. All the games required just one token to play. And they now have a trampoline area. For kids under certain inches I forgot the exact. But basically for little kids so older kids aren't trampling on them if you're looking for a place for your little one. They do have a worker monitoring it, Only thing is that it cost $18 to use it which I thought was pretty steep. Considering the House Of Play is just up the street and charges about $13-$15 depending on your kids age and it's much bigger. Things look pretty clean. To sum it up just poor customer service. Pizza wasn't hot and I feel like everything is overpriced for the quality. The staff wasn't really accommodating and they only came at the end to check on us when I was expecting more attention since we got a premium birthday package. One of the servers threw away a personal item and I asked her to grab it out the trash because she was wearing gloves and she gave me the worst attitude about it as if what I was asking was so terrible. This is by far one of the best Chuck E. Cheese places I've ever been to. I've read a lot of the one star reviews and I feel like at lot of people are forgetting that it's a CHUCK E CHEESE. They are not and have never been known for being high end or fancy. People are complaining about the food prices... don't eat there??? I'm pretty sure they allow you to bring your own food in and why would you expect a place for kids to have the best food you've ever tasted. I come to this location every two months or so and there has never once been a urine smell. Jesus people! have some empathy. Places made for kids sometimes have accidents... they can clean it up but the smell might linger a little. If you don't like that then okay, don't go, but faulting the business for a neglectful parent or a young child's accident is just cruel. Also the adults working here deal with entitled brats and drunk parents all day while listening to kidz bob on repeat. They don't always have the best chipper attitude but who would. This place is slightly understaffed but the parent company is bankrupt... they are operating independently and people that are whining about it aren't making their sales any better. Chuck E. Cheese is how it's always been. Mediocre food, fun games, and crappy prizes. While I don't like that they got rid of tokens and tickets it's a better system. You aren't walking around with strips of paper or coins that can get lost at any second. I saw someone give 1 star because their toddler didn't know how to play one of the games... the world doesn't revolve around you. Things aren't always designed for YOUR children. Saw someone else get upset that an employee asked their kid to get off the jungle gym because they didn't have a wrist band... use your common sense... entrance is free... how would they make money if the things inside were free too? Also there are signs EVERYWHERE and they announce over the speakers ever hour or so that you have to have a wristband to play on the gym. None of these complaints are the fault of the company. The salad bar was underwhelming with little proteins (no chicken or tuna). For protein, it was mainly cottage cheese. The dressings were messy with an ice cube in the ranch tub. They had one person working the register, the ticketing table and the salad bar. I had to wait until they were not busy so they could replenish the potato salad and lettuce. They also close at 9pm during the week and the last half hour they keep announcing they are closing which is annoying. They start cleaning the tables to give you the hint they are shutting down. They also shut down the restrooms near the party area by 8pm which leaves the restrooms by the kitchen. I don't plan to come back here again. read more

The employees are super slow, and there was only one person behind the counter and there was people stacking behind me, but they're taking so long to finish their order and the person was so racist or she is racist or she just look racist, but she was not happy at all to help me because apparently the person be front of me there was an Asian and she seems so much nicer and she also picked up the scanner to scan their QR code, but with me she asked me to hand it myself my phone to the QR code machine to scan it with expression like she doesn't even care. The environment is very dirty and is messy all the stuff the games. The machine seems to be very old they never replaced. Some of them even either broken or they're not even able to use it. It doesn't taste good at all before that's why I never eat here with my kid even though I have the membership and I do have discount again. So I went today 5/1/2025 everything was good until we got to this jungle gym part of it I just found it very odd that once me and my family went over one of the employee came over and told us that it cost extra for the jungle gym and that we need a wristband for it as well okay understandable but he wasn't doing that prior before we walked to that part and plus there was no sign stating that you need those things or an employee checking for wristbands I did notice that some kids that were in that area were not wearing wristbands so I let it be and left like 5-10 mins later my family is mixed and I felt that we were being discriminated against worst experience ever read more

I've been to this location a few times since it had been remodeled. It is clean and updated inside. There is even a trampoline section for smaller children at an additional cost. Customer service has always been great each time. I had my daughter's birthday here and we had the first party slot right at opening. It went so smooth. Our party host was great! We had the place pretty empty for the most part of the party, food came out fresh and timely, no complaints at all. We organized our kid's birthday on last Sunday between 4-6PM. We were clearly told that we could come in at 3:30PM and do our banner decorations and set things up. However, when we turned up at 3:30PM our space was still occupied by the prior birthday party people. When we approached the manager on the floor Stephanie about the situation, she was so rude and showed a lot of attitude. She started to clean the tables at 3:45 PM and said we will only get our space at 4PM. The prior birthday party people got angry at us as though it was our fault that they were asked to move to the free tables. By the time everyone moved, it was already 3:58 PM and nothing was cleared. The cleaning ended at 4:10PM with still visible food and trash on the carpet. We didn't even have the time to put our banner up as our guests arrived by 4:05 PM. In short it was a pretty chaotic and just made us really tensed and angry. We had clearly told in the morning to Leticia to have 4 orders of pizza in by 4 PM but nothing was set up and we again had to order them in. As we had to put the orders in, it delayed us from getting the chuck e cheese bands in for the kids. The only saving grace was that our host for the day was really patient and tried to help us out in the best way possible. When you have a party of 42 (kids and adults included) you would expect a little more responsibility. There is no sense of accountability or any sense of regret. If we actually turned up at 4:00 PM, imagine how horrible it would have been because Stephanie had zero clue about our party at 4:00PM. I messaged Leticia who is the manager in charge for this location about Stephanie while we were at the party and she didn't give a call nor respond to the message. About the food, pizzas and appetizer samplers were decent but the dip pin dot ice creams weren't that good. The restrooms were awful as they weren't clean and not properly maintained.
