I think the limited time you have the party table is crazy when pizza arrives 20 minutes before you have to be out of the table area and not even opened presents. There was not a party scheduled after ours and would charge us more if we were there past our time allotted. The areas our clean. Pizza is from Costco across the street. Workers are helpful and seem to be watching jumpers closely for any dangerous activity on the equipment.

This area is not the greatest for littler kids when the older ones are playing though, as balls are flying hard and fast. My youngest's favorite section is the slide that you have to ride a little cart down (roller slide). They have a type of bumper cars that require extra money to ride, but each time we have went, multiple bikes/cars were not working or stopped mid-turn. There are claw games and air hockey that costs extra as well. Each person, parents included, are not allowed to wear shoes inside, but need their branded socks. I do like this for the germ factor, but if you aren't prepared (I was wearing flip flops), the extra sock charge is there. For pricing, it is expensive. For a couple hours, it's a lot, but the benefit there is that they allow you to leave and come back that same day, so if you are making a day out of it, it makes more sense. For working parents, I couldn't get a wifi signal, but I did see a few adults with laptops, so I'm guessing they used their phones for signal. If noise bothers you, this place isn't for you...it's LOUD. I'm used to kids playing and having fun, but the walls seem to bounce the sound more than normal. When kids went in the light room and screamed, it echoed through the entire place. As far as food, there are only snacks. They have a few drinks and snack items to purchase, but if you are looking for a meal, you will have to leave and come back. The employees were nice, but the amount of times I saw a kid get hurt or do things like bring a bike to the top level and try riding it, there didn't have anyone watching to make sure kids were being safe. I was on edge the majority if the time watching kids (not mine) that were on the verge of getting hurt or go back to their parent in tears. To me, this place is good if you are in their with your kiss and plan on spending a long time there...or special occasions.

With the level of season pass we have, it comes with a slice of pizza every night, and a bag of popcorn. I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

Unfortunately, all of the chairs that had umbrellas were taken by that time. The only reason I give it a four star is because they don't have enough chairs or umbrellas. Everything was clean and in good working order and they had a nice set up for the smaller kids. This pool is primarily for kids 12 and under or maybe even 10 and under. I did have a 12-year-old with me and she prefers the other Shawnee pool which is for older kids, but she still had fun. The lifeguards were excellent. They were always on point watching the small children and never strayed from that. They were actually much better than the larger pool and Shawnee that I went to several weeks ago. The only thing I didn't quite understand was that there was an area roped off for "swimming lessons" but I think it was really parents trying to teach their kids to swim, not any professional instructor. I was bringing my two year-old grandson into that pole and the life guard told me I couldn't do it because it was swimming lessons and it ends at 12:30. So maybe it was because he did not have a floaty on and I was holding him and that's why he didn't allow it because like I said it was just parents teaching their kids. So we just got out and enjoy the rest of the other area. In the future, I would go more around 2 PM or 3 PM. I do believe this pool closes at 6 PM which is about two hours earlier than the main pool. I didn't take photos because there were kids in every area and I don't feel comfortable taking photos of children that are in their bathing suits. This would eliminate the next players eagerly waiting for the current players to finish their game to only have to keep waiting because they are hitting the green Replay button inside the room. 2. It would be helpful to clearly state that the doors open only when pulled closed and then pushed. Otherwise a push door indicates that we should push it. 3. If an adult must be present at the facility throughout the entire gaming experience for children aged 6 to 13, it would be beneficial to monitor this requirement. 4. And a lounge room with no refreshments for purchase?
