Came in for dinner the other night with the family. It wasn't too busy until maybe around 8pm. The pizzas were coming out pretty good at one point but then they did run out and we had to wait for them to restock. Overall, the flavor of the pizza was fine some were a little underdone, but not doughy. The dessert section was hit or miss the brownies are terribly dry the best thing they have is probably the custard pizza. Also It was definitely cleaner than last time. read more

If you're looking for the most amazing meal you've ever had this year probably don't go here. But if you're hungry af and need a good buffet deal, I'd recommend this Cicis. The desserts taste best straight out the oven. My favourite were the cinnamon rolls, go for the gooey ones as opposed to the crispy ones. My favourite items were the salad bar and the cheese sticks. I love I can pile black olives onto my salad haha. Pasta/soup was okay but the noodles are oddly addictive? I think it's the way the pasta shape grabs the sauce or soup. I wanted to try Mac & cheese pizza but the location didn't have it on the day I went. I'll try again another time. There's a person who also picks up plates to take to the dishwasher, really appreciate the service. I also love that there's a gaming corner in the back of the restaurant. Seems like this place has gone downhill. Me and the kids were excited to get some pizza. Arrived at 11:20 20 mins after they are open and just one pepperoni pizza was just coming out of the oven. The salad selections were pretty good, and the lettuce was basically just iceberg which is a hearty lettuce for salad bars. The topping choices were numerous, as were the dressings. The pizza had approximate calories per slice which I appreciated. There were desserts but they were basically pizza dough with sweet additions on top. More bread! Nothing about the food knocked me out taste wise, but it satisfied my appetite and didn't upset my stomach, so no regrets here. read more

The only good part about this place is it's pretty cheap at all you can eat for 6.29. Salad unwashed, olives taste like straight metal, dressings all been watered down to a tangy water. 1 soup available and it was cold. So, me and my friend went to lunch here and they charged me $13.65 for the buffet, you would want a drink right? No, they upped it to $17 for a fountain drink along with the buffet. This place does a lot of business, I imagine because it is inexpensive for a pizza buffet. Only problem it is the worst pizza I have had, They are slow to refill the buffet, and have a lot of odd pizza topping combinations. Plain cheese or cheese and pepperoni not always there when you want it. They have a few pastas and sauce on the buffet as well. I chose not to try this as the sauce looked like it had been sitting for hours. They also started offering chicken wings, though these are special order and not included in the price of the buffet. Normally I love Cici's pizza, and I was so happy to find this one after they closed the one near me. It's been a few years and I feel like they stepped up their game a little bit... Their new salad bar is much better than it used to be, now you can actually choose what kind of dressing you want and make a nice salad however you like. My main complaint is that when you get the buffet and order a pizza, they're way too skimpy on the sauce. This has happened twice now (out of the two times I've been to this location, so every time so far) and I was told that an employee that I showed the mistake to spoke with the manager about it and they said "That's just how it is here. Some people like it that way." Well okay, but obviously it shouldn't be that way, lol! If I wanted cheese bread, I would have ordered cheese bread. But I didn't, because I wanted pizza. And pizza has sauce on it! (Or it's supposed to, anyway!) Probably the lamest answer I've ever gotten from any restaurant regarding my food. Wow. I do like that they now have little buzzers that let you know exactly when your food is ready though, that part is nice. (And one of the reasons they didn't get rated just 1 star tbh...) I have been to many CiCi's before but this one was the absolute worst. For starters the food was cold and looked as if it had been there for a few hours. I made a salad with the pineapples they provided and they were spoiled. I told the lady working and she dumped "fresh" pineapples in the same pan as the spoiled ones. The cheese bread was thrown out; that should have been my first sign. I proceeded to get a few and noticed the bread was grey as of it was either freezer burnt or under cooked. The cinnamon rolls were jelly like as if they too were under cooked. When I asked for a refund Samira told me that "that's how it's supposed to be". I went for a budget friendly meet-up. There is a bigger salad bar than I remember. I didn't touch the pasta, numerous pizzas were fresh and plentiful. Some tasted better than others, but that could be a matter of opinion. The apple dessert pizza is yummy, the Brownies were hit or miss. They are not fudgy, but moist, cake like. I found a hair in my cheesy bread and then another hair even longer in my pepperoni pizza slice. I told the manager and ask for a refund she was upset and asked how long we had been inside . My husband explained to her that we had just arrived and that that was my first plate of food with just 3 things on it and she gave us attitude and snatched away his soda. I will never come back. The chairs and tables are in dire need of replacement. Plates and trash are piled up on the tables and no one was around cleaning them. The pizza is what you expect from this type of place. Ok, I'm embarrassed, but don't tall anyone I kinda like this place!!! Shhhhhh!! Where else can you get an all you can eat pizza buffet for $5.75 (plus drink $2.79). They have a least eight different varieties of pizza, 3 desserts, macaroni, soup and salad. I actually thought the pepperoni pizza was pretty good and I kinda love their spinach pizza (shhhhh remember?). Salad was great and had great toppings. The place seemed clean enough ( I did not go into the bathroom however) pizza was consistently fresh and hot, employees very friendly..and ya know what? Didn't break the bank. Cost was $26 (with drinks included) for my husband and I and our 5 year old twin grandsons. But I didn't, so here's my review....The pizza tasted good if you were one of the first ones to grab a slice after they put it out on the buffet bar. And the salad bar had a decent variety of toppings, the area was just a little messy. I did think that the restaurant could've been cleaner. The guy going around wiping down all the tables was just using a rag to push all the crumbs on the floor. At least he used some kind of cleaning agent on the table afterwards. I think it'd be nice if buffet places had hand sanitizer available for customers to use. Especially if they serve food that is primarily eaten with your hands. I didn't go in the bathroom, so I can't give my opinion on that. I probably won't go back again. If I'm ever craving pizza in the future, I think I'll go elsewhere. read more

Today they were having a deal of buy one adult meal and get one free. We showed the manager/owner both coupons so our party of 4 could get the deal. She was nasty about it and acted like it was an effort. So then we sat down, after my mom wiped it down because almost all the tables had plates, food, spillage or dirt on or underneath them. Also when we sat down we noticed the multiple tables (including ours) was held up by a napkin to keep it from wobbling. As we made it up to the buffet, there were very few plates. The selection was poor compared to Fowler's, so my mother asked for a pizza and the employee got snarky with her and said "I'll put it up on the counter or you can have this one." As she pulled a platter of 4 slices of old looking pizza from under the workspace. That was strike number 2. When we sat down, we noticed a customer had to clear his own table of dirt and plates, just so his two kids and him could eat. The food was under subpar and the drinks were nasty tasting. I decided to use the restroom and that was a traumatic experience. It smelled like feces and by the back door there was a gap big enough for rats, and whatever else. This place was absolutely disgusting and should be shut down. I'm very disappointed because I've gone to the one on Fowler and that one is very clean and the people are very sweet. My husband and I come here every so often for the $5 buffet. The food is replaced very frequently so it's always fresh. We have always seen a good variety of pizzas. It's not like the buffet wraps around the restaurant so you can't expect 15 different kinds of pie. But you will easily see 6-8 types and the manager is nice and will bake up a certain style while you're there if you ask and will even let you know it's come out. I really enjoy the cinnamon sticks. My dislike with this place is that a lot of people come with their kids and they can be a pain and block the buffet traffic and the drink fountain traffic; but I guess that's to be expected since it is a pizza buffet. read more

Cici's has really good pizza but the whole place felt dirty and outdated. The men's bathroom was gross, paper towels all over the floor, a urinal had a bag over it and out of order. But for $6.5 per person including a drink, you can't go wrong because they make good pizza. read more
