I called three different roofing companies and Alex came out the same day. I never even got a call back from other two places. Ever since that first visit Alex has been a fantastic communicator. His crew came out and replaced the roof and vents in one day. His other crew came to replace all the gutters and downspouts. They even hung a new gutter/spout by the front door entrance and told me it would be no charge. Alex also personally replaced our hail-damaged screens. Now for the icing on the cake. Because we chose impact resistant shingles we are eligible for a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Alex took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with our insurance company to make that happen. THAT is customer service and blew me away when he told me he would do that. The work and service Alex and his crews provided was top notch and we are very happy we chose Alex Roofing and Remodeling.

After that didn't work, I found an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection and minor fixes, hoping to get to the root of the problem, while also hoping it would be a quick fix. Alas it was not, but Roland found the source of the leak in a place I would NEVER have thought to look (which is why you hire a professional...) and probably saved my kitchen ceiling in the process. Knowing that I had a very limited budget, he completely worked with me. Was very kind and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly and exactly what my options were. What I needed and what I didn't. They did the work immediately and were insanely fast. Price was great. Plus, JenPro stands by their work. Next time I need roof work, JenPro is where I'm going! Thanks! Follow up: Not long after the job was done I noticed that there still might be a small leak above a window (not surprising as I had had a lot of small leaks in weird places). I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.
