No Shortfall of Skyfall with that spectacular view. With all the great views in Las Vegas, I love Skyfall because there is a perfect view of the Luxor Pyramid with all the lights. Skyfall is all about the view and everything else is just ok. The lounge has sections with low seating sofas and chairs. They have seating out on the balcony with a section to stand, pose and take pics. Make reservations to secure your entrance. Schmooze the concierge if the online booking is filled. The concierge was able to pull some string for me and get reservation for a table of 5. Although the after dark view is amazing, i imagine the sunset view will be breath taking. Our waitress was nice with bare minimum customer service. The barback Kyle(?), was very nice and he went out of his way to keep our table picture perfect at all times. When he saw us taking pictures outside on the balcony, he came out and brought us to a closed off section and took on the roll of photographer. We've been hearing a lot about this place, so, Friday night, nowhere to go, we checked out the place. The club is on the Delano side of the Delano/Mandalay Bay Hotel complex. No matter, we parked by the Mandalay Bay and just walked over to Delano. We had no reservations, walk-in and, lucky enough we were accommodated. Took the elevator to top floor and were seated viewing the Las Vegas strip - gorgeous. The night view, mesmerizing. Our server, friendly and attentive. Checking up on us but not in the annoying way. If you know what I mean. Great place for a romantic cocktail or meeting new people as well. We were graciously blessed to be seated with four lovely 'Georgia' ladies visiting Las Vegas to support their families' football game. Time flew as conversation was real fun. We had reserved Skyfall Lounge for our last night in Vegas and it was worth ending our trip with! We were immediately seated. The interiors are sleek with low seating sofas and some space at the bar. The views were awesome at night (our main reason for being there). There were few tables outside too. Our server was fast to take our order and get our first round of drinks. They have a small sweet and savory menu too. All our cocktails were great with good amount of alcohol but our favorite was Penicilina which was perfect with a hit of ginger. We also got the Tiramisu which was delicious and not too sweet. Our server was attentive and even helped us take pictures outside with the views of the strip. Came here for a private event and it was amazing! Located on the 64th floor of the Delano Hotel..attached to Mandalay Bay. As soon as you get in the elevator you are greeted with some great views because of the full glass window. Once on the 64th floor we were greeted by staff for our private event area that was roped off... there was a sitting area with sofas and chairs a bar set up with beer, wine and some liquor. It was somewhat limited however there were also server's going around to take drink orders that weren't at the bar. I went with a vo and diet, drinks were perfect! Attached to our section was a walkout balcony with some spectacular views of the south strip. Everything was lit up... the Luxor hotel with it's sky beam was amazing at this view. We had a beautiful clear warm night. Make sure you visit the bathrooms, each stall has it's own unbelievable view with a full glass window to look out at as your taking care of your business. This trendy lounge was perfect for our last night in Vegas. This lounge on the 64th floor of the Delano Hotel is what's up. Very sexy vibe with views of the strip. So pretty! My only negative comment would be that all of the tables outside overlooking the strip were all reserved although no one sat at some of them the entire time we were there. Would have been nice to sit outside. We sat at the bar which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were staying at the Luxor so we walked here which only took us about 5 minutes...tops (Delano is one street over behind the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Best view on the strip, strong cocktails, and overall a beautiful bar to check out. Located on the 64th floor of Delano, however, it's connect to the Mandalay Bay, which turned out well for us to come here right after the Michael Jackson One show. The elevator is located to the right just a few steps away from the theater if you come here for the same show. Entering the bar from the elevator, we were amazed at the big glass door leading to the patio that gives you a good view of the strip. The bar after sun down stays pretty dark. I guess so all the pictures taken outside on the patio wouldn't have any glare from the lights inside. Unless the table has a reserve sign, you can pretty much pick where you want to sit, look thru the menu, and a waitress would soon show up. the 2 drinks we got both were pretty strong, but mine still fruity like how I usually prefer my drinks to be. Make sure you check out the restroom, more specifically the female restroom and the stall right next to the hand wash sinks (not across), you'd be in for a treat and amazement. The best view from a toilet I have seen so far lol. I'm surprised that this bar doesn't have more reviews. We got some spots at the bar and snapped off some pics from the outside areas too. Bartenders were friendly, made some good drinks and even had my favorite tequila, Fortaleza. If you like Tequila get it with soda and an orange slice for some added flavor. Drinks are normal Vegas prices, nothing special there. Atmosphere is good. If you get there a few minutes before 5pm, you have to wait for the elevators to be unlocked. They offer no free water with your drinks. Cocktails are $20. I ordered the Days End which could have been a sweet cucumber drink but the mint was too sharp for it. Music was a weird eclectic mix. On our way to the MJ One Cirque de Soleil show, we stopped in for a drink and to enjoy the city views. The coffee martini was very good even though it is not a true martini because it is made with espresso, coffee liqueur, and vodka. (It did not contain gin or vermouth.) I had to give them the recipe for one, but it came back tasty and all my friends tried to take it from me. The views over the city are good. Nice strip views and delicious drinks. Skyfall Lounge has been on my list for awhile so I knew we had to come up after dinner at Aureole. To find the lounge we just followed signs for The Delano from Mandalay Bay. Just off the casino floor in the hall heading to The Delano we saw the Skyfall Lounge sign on the left. The friendly hostess directed us to the elevator around the corner that we took to the 64th floor. Once inside we were greeted by another friendly employee. Most of the tables were reserved, but she directed us to tables that were still available. The main reason I wanted to come up here was for the views. The views were great from every area of the bar. Unfortunately, the outdoor patio was closed due to the heat advisory. If you are heading up to enjoy the outdoor patio be careful not to visit when there is a heat advisory. The music was off for a lounge as it was more clubbing music. It wasn't bad enough to ruin the experience, just odd. Our waitress was friendly and greeted us immediately after we sat down. She brought us menus that featured several unique cocktails, beers, wines, and some food items. Flip to the last page to find the seasonal cocktail list. We went with the Low Visibility (my favorite of the two) and Stop the Fox. Both drinks were great and easy to enjoy while walking around the lounge. A fun spot for drinks and an awesome view. Watching the sunset from Skyfall Lounge was high on list for my trip to Vegas. So glad I went, the views were AMAZING. Even the elevator ride up to the bar on the 64th floor was impressive being basically all glass and very fast. Everything about this place is picturesque including food and drinks. This place is very pricey but worth it because it won't get too crowded and you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the view! Make reservations just in case. One of the nights that I wanted to go we called in advanced and found out that the lounge was closed for the whole night due to it being rented out for a private event. The cocktails and the glass of wine were perfect and exactly what we all were hoping for. The average price of a cocktail is pretty standard and are about 20.00 and appetizers start at about the same. The lounge is comfortable,peaceful and the vibe is a positive.
