Liam's Den & Bubble Bar is a spectacular bar located at The Palazzo. You'll find them on the second floor at The Shoppes at The Palazzo, near Sushi Samba, by the Palazzo Tower and parking garage elevators, and next to The X Pot Bar & Lounge. Inside is dimly lit, intimate, and a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating and fantastic music playing a variety of jazz, saxophone, and tropical mix. The vibe is wonderful and peaceful! Menu offers an extensive selection of refreshments for sparkling wine flights, bubbles by the flute, wine by the glass, specialty cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, whiskey flights, by the bottle for bubbles, rose, white, and red, including spirits, tequila & mezcal, rum, gin, and vodka. They also have a summer menu featuring light bites like charcuterie & cheese, summer watermelon salad, wild mushroom and pepperoni flatbread. I asked Fabian what his recommendations are for mocktails and he showed me three available options: Espresso No-Tini, Guilt-Free Old Fashion, and Lyre's Bubbles. I ordered Guilt-Free Old Fashion ($16), it's such a unique drink with a pleasant sweetness, and very appealing! The mocktail has an interesting blend of ritual whiskey alternative, wonderful spice from apple cider, bitters, and garnished with orange peel and Lexardo cherry, YUM! Fabian was the only bartender attending to every customer, he is polite and efficient, even made time for questions on what drinks are offered. He especially showed me the type of bitters they use in the mocktail, which is a delightful fragrance, I love it! Service from Fabian is remarkable and outstanding, very kind, attentive, helpful, courteous and friendly! He is so nice to let me know of the beautiful artwork displayed throughout for purchase. I highly recommend visiting them, bartender makes awesome drinks and is super welcoming, the lounge is amazing and cozy, aesthetically beautiful, and has good vibes! read more

We had just finished CES and were looking for a spot to hang out before our dinner reservation when we found Liam's. It's a beautiful little bar with great ambiance and Mandy took great care of us. She recommended a great glass of bubbly and steered us towards a delicious appetizer - the chips and dips with sour cream and caviar - it was sooooo yummy and probably would have fed three or four happily. Mandy is a long-time Las Vegas resident and she gave us some great tips for our next visit. Highly recommended! read more

In noisy, glitzy Vegas, this bar has the glitz, but is a quiet oasis. We stopped in for drinks after dinner, and enjoyed a table for two admiring their pink tree decor. Liam's Den & Bubbly is one of the bars we found in the Venetian/Palazzo complex. It was a quiet and relaxed place to rest and chill after an afternoon wandering the endless shopping mall/ casino complex that is the Venetian, and by extension Las Vegas! If you are staying at the Palazzo Tower part of the Venetian then you should know about the lovely cocktail and bubble bar and lounge that is Liam's. The den and bar is right by the security check and elevators that go up to the guest suites and rooms. If you are heading back to the rooms or heading off for your latest adventure through the Grand Canal Shoppes (or casino excursion), Liam's is a lovely spot to either start or conclude your evening. The interior is quite elegant, stylish, almost Parisienne with its velvety feel and almost Versailles like ambience. When you step to the bar or into the lounge, it feels almost royal especially with the gorgeous paintings, plush armchairs and booths, and dark ceilings that allow for escapism. Grabbing a couple of high tops at the wrap-around bar, we enjoyed some lovely cocktails, including some that were inspired by the Wizard of Oz playing at the nearby Sphere. The Lions Courage was a smoked cocktail made with bourbon, ginger, and peach. It was quite exquisite but rich, smooth but smoky, succinct but satisfying. I also did my extra dirty gin martini test and the bartender passed with flying colors. The martini was as dirty as a Florida swamp and I mean that in the best way. Yar! Liam's is a delightful bar that invites the whimsical with the enterprising for a place that offers wonderful cocktails and ambiance with gorgeous artwork from local artists. read more

Great post show spot! Family enjoyed a Wizard of Oz menu for drinks and bites after seeing show at the Sphere - what a delight! The drinks were tasty and food good. My lobster roll hit the spot but would not order again due to lack of lobster flavor. Family enjoyed the flavored calamari delivered in a ruby slipper. I recommend the Emerald City cocktail - so good. Server was wonderful- warm and kind, deserves a raise. She checked in on us to make sure ever ything was right. Loved it! Away from the hustle and bustle on Palazzo's second floor steps from Restaurant Row is an amazing little bar. I am uncertain of the name as I question Liam and Liam's den but the bubbles were spot on! The ambiance is delightful. I loved the cherry blossom tree with its silk petals. It was a captivating center piece that made the space feel ethereal and also matched the vibe from nearby Sushi Samba. I very much enjoyed it. Andrea was a fantastic bartender with great recommendations and suggestions of nearby restaurants to visit. She made a fantastic French 75 and I was quite pleased with it. My only regret is I didn't get to visit it twice. Next time I certainly will be back! read more

No smoking, calm little bar to relax in at the Palazzo 2nd floor. Lots of bubbles to try, along with some wines. There was only one staff who bartended and took care of the rest of the tables. She was lovely and able to manage it all with grace. This was a nice respite from all the rest of the usual Vegas strip. read more

Gabriel is awesome; made a great espresso drink (similar to an espresso martini) and a killer Old Fashioned that might have been the best I've had - something to do with the bitters and the bourbon that made it so smooth. Place is beautiful, right off the second floor elevator of the Palazzo. Worth coming to if you want to get away from the hustle of the casino. Great service and atmosphere. Went here for some bubbles when in Vegas recently. I like that it's very close to the guest elevators at the Palazzo (where I was staying, so it made for a quick commute home). The atmosphere is intimate, but no frills. They have a decent drink selection for a small bar spot. They had fun champagne-themed cocktail napkins too (I won't spoil them for you!). I like that they have flights for champagne too. The service was friendly and the music was on point. I would certainly suggest this as a final stop for an evening out in Vegas, particularly for those staying on property. read more

We had sparkling wine flights! Wine selections were elevated and wonderful! The options of sparkling wine by the glass were numerous and not basic. We loved seeing higher and wines for cheaper than the Venetion/Pallazo bar by our elevators. One of us had the Rose' sparkling flight (one Italian & 2 French wines) and the other had the Champagne is King flight! Our two servers were warm and friendly and very attentive!!! Can't recommend this place enough, definitely a hidden gem! I'm glad we stopped by here when we were on a hunt for an elegant bar at Venetian resort. I asked the bartender to make me a classic Moscow mule which turned out so good that I had to have seconds. They also have a selection of finger food at the time when we were there, which turned out perfect as we were up for a snack. I had the chance to stop in to Liam's Den and try some of their cocktails. First off, it was a major plus that I was able to park at the Palazzo, enter at the Grand Canal Shops...it's right there. The first place you see with a gorgeous tree. I highly recommend if you want cocktails, champagne, wine and/or tapas. So i went in to this bar cause it seems Atractive but i regret it at the very beginning ! First of all it took them 15 min to say hi to me at the bar and then another 20 to give me a drink witch turned to be wrong from what i orderd! We were greeted right away by the bartender and selected an espresso martini and Seasonal Fix with vodka. They also have a food menu with a decent selection to choose from. This bar reminds me of a trendy bar in New York or Mexico City. The music is good and the bartenders are friendly and cool to talk to. Our cocktails were crafted fresh and you can tell the bartenders put effort and care into your drinks. I would definitely return to Nocturno to try more cocktails or to try dinner there.

The Laundry Room is a cool, intimate speakeasy located within downtown LV. Only 16 people are…read moreallowed in at one time, you need a reservation, and there's a dress code. We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

The host out front selected for us a cozy little settee and cocktail table in a lovely room away from the main traffic and activity of the bar. He was brightly cordial and had a fun sense of humor. Jennifer, our magnificently poised and attentive server, gave us helpful descriptions of various cocktails and answered questions about navigating around the cheese allergy. She understood the dilemma that presented and kindly focused on helping us find a cocktail to enjoy. Two cocktails caught my eye so we asked for Jennifer's opinion. She said she loved the presentation of one of these in particular, The No. 5. She said it was the prettiest drink they had and offered a good quantity cocktail with a really fun look. It was a pretty pink concoction served on a silver platter in a Chanel No 5 bottle adorned with a black Vanderpumps branded satin bow. The dreamy pink liquid was to be poured over ice and sipped through a golden straw. The blend of ingredients were perfectly balanced and very tasty. The mint garnish brought a bit of sparkly to the blend. The menu describes like this: "THE NO. 5 10 oz / 34.95 What Do You Wear to Bed? Cognac - Diplomatico Dark Rum - Coconut Rum Elderflower - Pineapple - Lemon - Pear - Angostura" The cocktail was perfectly balanced and no one flavor took over the drink, instead the variety of the ingredients came together as a team to create a delightfully nuanced experience for the taste buds. The decor at Vanderpump was a complicated mix of Victorian ephemera and whimsical art and "antiques". It was a bit vintage bordello meets romance set in an antiques collective inspired bar. The colors were rich burgundy and black with loads of roses and crystal with velvet fabrics festooned with flowers. We gave a four star rating for two reasons, ones completely unrelated to staff, service or quality of cocktails. The cheese saturation in menu selections was a disappointment for us and other lactose challenged folks I'm sure. The second factor did affect the ambiance a lot. When we arrived the music was so fitting for the setting so much that it's hard to give perfect examples of songs played. It had perfectly supported the whole theme. It was a bit bluesy and maybe some soft pop or jazz tunes. It was appropriately background, still fun, but not distracting to the whole experience. For the majority of the remainder our visit, the mood music more resembled a rave than a Parisian timeless multi sensory experience. We found this disappointing as well. In spite of this, Jennifer's care for us was a highlight of the experience. She was even kind enough to suggest she take a photo of us. She even chose a background for us. Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.
