This place has reassured my faith in humanity. We brought my wife's Acura here after taking it to a dealership and getting 10 lines of CRITICAL fixes that were recommended for a whopping $5000 on a 2014 rdx. This did NOT include high ticket items like a transmission or a timing belt either. After looking at our report from the dealership, the laughter started, pointing out that nine if the stuff was critical and two of the items were all either/or and not an AND. One included the other. So we asked, is it worth buying a new car and they said absolutely not. We could easily get another 100k miles out of the vehicle with some minor immediate service. Great so talked off a cliff and quite frankly some panic. I get a call from Tony and he tells me, when you come in, I have pictures of the issues and diagrams explaining what they do and I'll give you a priority of everything. I am him, what would you replace immediately before I come in, and he said, they only real issue is the brake line needs to be flushed but everything else can wait. We arrive and take to both Glenn and Tony. Echo has 10 pages of diagrams and a proposed list of fixes, with the first two crossed out, which were the brakes and two others that were just silly. We walked out with a small fee for the brakes and a hair smile on my wife's face. Highly recommended, they dream by word of mouth only and it's family owned. I stopped by since their phones would not take messages. I had an appointment 3-4 days later. I brought in my mother in laws 8 year old highlander to check and make sure it was working correctly for my 16 yo daughter. He did an oil change, removed these rat sonic emitters that my mother in law got conned in to installing and gave the car a thorough review for a really good price. I now live out in Ventura and I won't take my car to anyone else, except Glenn and Tony. I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and the engine was consuming oil. Hyundai refused to do anything about it, except charge me money for things that didn't need to fixed and blame me for the problem. I just drove my Toyota 4-Runner to Skyline and met Tony. I was busy with a sick kid and my car was making a rattling sound. Tony took care of it free of charge. I just moved to this area and was so impressed with what Tony did. He could have literally charged me something, but he didn't. I read somebody's review of what was charged. Skyline labor charges are literally posted for all to see. Those type of reviews belong on Facebook or Fox News. Ripped my mom off by charging 460 just to replace brake pads. According to the invoice, they charged us 73.33 to 80 per pad This is unacceptable, as a simple Google search reveals that a measly brake pad should be in the $25-30 range Labor was around 100 per replacement read more

Tony and Glenn are the best! Seriously, this is the only place I take my car to get any work or services done. I trust that these guys will do a great job and don't overcharge you at all!! If anything I feel as if I'm getting a great deal every time. If I had to criticize them at all, it would be that they are just so darn busy almost all of the time.
