Ok so I was in book keeper hell... My accountant croaked and I got screwed over on pricing by this other local tax group and then I found skyline! Ashley is like a breath of fresh air, she totally took my problem under her wing! It took her a very short period of time to get things sorted out and has made a huge difference in my book keeping for my business. Buyer Beware! To say that this group is non responsive and impersonal would be an understatement. Had 3 separate bookkeepers in 6 months, two of whom were never introduced to me but given full access to my accounts, thought issues were resolved and then had a different bookkeeper next sesh who had no idea of previous discussions. Meetings missed, sheer disorganization, always an excuse from this group. Then they log more hours for a quarterly rectification than I have ever had logged for this almost 10 yr old small business. Tried to schedule an appointment, got a confusing meeting invite that I could not understand because it listed an office address but instead it was a phone conference with no phone number. My husband and I hired Ashley with Skyline book keeping back in January of 2017 to clean up the books for our two companies. One was a very small minimal job for our real estate company of which she completed after a much longer time estimate than originally quoted. The other was a much larger scale clean up and set up job for our construction company. Ashley and her team were not attentive, non communicative, made multiple excuses for the lack of completed work and lagging response times to emails and set deadlines that were never met. Her most recent deadline to complete work for the construction company was May 1st 2017 a date she set and assured us that would be met by her and her team. May 2nd she emailed us letting us know that she would not be finishing our job without any reason at all. She has left us and our business in a very vulnerable position as we were depending and relying on her to to have at least the 2016 books completed so that we could file our taxes and be able to obtain construction loans. We are also expecting our first baby any day now which she was very well aware of. Creating a very stressful situation for us at a time where we should be experiencing such joy. She shared no compassion or empathy in how adversely she effected our business and livelihood with her lack of integrity. She by far over promised and under delivered.
