I don't know if it's because it's a new store with new employees who still care or if it's because they have new equipment, but my entire experience at this Jersey Mike's was incredible! I ordered the #26 which is a hot sub and generally how I judge the differences between Jersey Mike's locations. The guy on the grill did such a great job and the cheese and other ingredients were distributed evenly throughout the sandwich. The bread was super fresh here as well. All in all it was one of the better hot subs I've had at Jersey Mike's. The store was super clean and the line moved really quickly. There was a lot of staff available and customers generally seemed to be more than happy to sit down in the store to eat, which is not something that I see at a lot of other locations. As someone who commutes back and forth to NKU a few times a week, this is definitely going to be a place where I'll get a sandwich from instead of feeling forced to go to the much closer Jimmy John's.

Aside from these things it was like almost every other McDonald's found across this great land: burgers and fries served up quick in a semi-cozy dinning room from the 1990's.
