As we left, the owner/operator of the whole place was taking trash so we didn't have to stack it by the trash cans. I recognized his name and phots from the door. She was very kind to bring me hot water to drink once I could not get coffee. I've never dined in at Golden Star before so I learned that, even though the dining experience is similar to a restaurant experience where your order is taken while seated and food is delivered to your table, you still must get up and pay the tab at the cash register -- kind of like First Watch, except that we were able to seat ourselves.
