Chili Cheese Fries

I started to eat my chili cheese fries before realizing that I had just paid $8.09 for this... Prices on everything have gone up lately, but this is a pretty sad representation of what used to be a reasonable amount of fries. Since it was to go I guess they did t consider it important. Well, I consider my money important. What you are looking at in the picture is a single layer of fries with more cheese and chili than fries. Pretty hard to understand.

This is the large no other way to go..

This is by far our favorite Skyline, the flavor is so amazing. The crew was so personable and entertaining. The server was personable and she kept checking on us which in today's service industry is hard to find. You like Skyline you must try this location..

Coneys and a small 5 way with extreme cheese

The fact that I haven't reviewed Skyline Chili as a Cincinnati native is criminal! I've been to Skyline a ton of times in my life and it never disappoints. Visiting from out of town this time was like a homecoming of sorts and it tasted just like home. This time around I got a small 5 Way, a couple of cheese coneys and smothered it all in the extreme habanero cheese. It's like a party in your mouth! This location has recently been remodeled and is so nice, probably the nicest location I've visited. Highly recommend this location for good food, friendly service and a bit of nostalgia!

Came here while on a work trip and decided that while I was in Ohio I has to see what chili on spaghetti was all about. I ordered the 4 way with onions. Now being from Texas I'm used to chili being quite savory and this chili is a bit different but still very tasty. You can taste the cinnamon and clove notes which makes for a slightly sweeter taste. They do pile it with a mountain of cheese which was a pleasant surprise. Service was absolutely great! Highly recommend stopping by!

This will always be my go to when I come home. If you're not from Cincinnati, aka the Nati, then you'll either love it or hate it. I won't judge because it can be an acquired taste. Let me give you a brief description of our chili. It's not like anything you have ever had. It's a Greek chili with hints of cinnamon, so it's not your typical Texas chili with or without beans. My go-to is a three way (chili, spaghetti noodles, and a heaping mound of cheese). You could also go with a four-way (chili, spaghetti, cheese, and onions or beans). A five way is - well you get the picture. I tend to do a 3-way and two cheese coneys. The coneys are miniature hotdogs and come on a light pillowy bun. The dogs are steamed then topped with chili and you guessed it - more cheese. I typically add onions, and hold the mustard. Wash it down with a sweat tea or Mountain Dew, and it's pure heaven. And don't forget about the oyster crackers. Pro-tip: I like to mash them up and at the end when eating a 3-way, so I can scoop up all the chili leftovers. If you're in the Nati, come checkout one of the many locations.

What a great experience! After years of hearing all about Skyline Chili from locals, I finally decided to visit this location and try it, and it was superb! This particular restaurant is in a great area, and has plenty of parking, a new building with plenty of space, and clean as could be. Visited late on June 30, and had exceptional customer service from the staff. My server was just outstanding, as being a first-time customer, I had plenty of questions and debated my menu choices. She steered me to the original, and I absolutely loved it. Such a unique style of pasta with chili and oyster crackers on it. It was sensational, such a different meal, and perfectly served. Other staffers came over after my meal was over, and were so personable and professional. Got a t-shirt so i wouldn't forget, and they steered me to a local ice cream shop afterwards which was sensational. Overall, a great visit, and certainly won't be my last.

When my friend and I walked in, we were greeted by such a sweet staff who immediately welcomed us in, shared their thoughts on the menu (since we were first-timers), and suggested we leave a review (they were so lovely, so how could we not!) The entire restaurant feels like the diner Sam worked at in Cinderella Story from the early 2000s - very vintage, very retro, very 50s! It's what I imagine restaurants looking like when my grandparents went on dates when they were my age. I had gotten the tofu nugs via DoorDash, which were better IRL and the milkshake was scrumptious too! My friend got the Milkman Burger, fries, and a fruity pebbles shake. It was all great but let me tell ya...we had this meal almost two weeks ago and I'm STILL dreaming of those French fries. I have had so many iterations of fried potato before...shoestring, steak, wedges, sweet potato, those made from yuca, curly, dipped in ice cream, etc. and these are the best fries I've had in my life. If I could live off the fries, I would. They were that good. I already have plans to share this place with other friends of mine as it has officially worked its way into the rotation for me!

It's always nice to have friendly staff and reasonable prices... like all the gold stars are aligning. As far as the meal itself was concerned: their chili is different enough from its competitors to be unique but similar enough that to me, it makes it a tossup on where it falls on my Cincinnati chili rank list. Just like Skyline and GS -- it's pretty doggone good. I had my three-way in the park nearby (wow, let's not take that sentence out of context!). I decided on 3 coneys and an order of chili cheese tater tots and they absolutely did not disappoint. They offer a little bit of everything including a kids menu, and a tasty assortment of desserts as well. We've been to the Blue Ash Senate a couple times and love it; this location does feel entirely different and I wouldn't compare the two at all. While we were looking at the menu, the guy behind the counter told us that their burgers were $5, Wed-Fri before 7PM. We decided to grab two burgers and two hot dogs, the Trailer Park and the FC Dawg. We sat at the bar, just getting a couple waters, and our food came out about fifteen or twenty minutes later. We started with our burgers, not expecting much from them. But they were actually really tasty. Even for a thin patty, they were well-cooked and a bit juicy. Thin onion slices and thick tomato--exactly my preference. And the burger sauce was tangy and a bit spicy. A really great burger for just $5. Then we split the hot dogs in half. the Trailer Park was topped with Coleslaw and Grippo's. The slaw was decent and the chips weren't out of place, but as a whole the dog was a bit underseasoned. The FC Dawg is their version of a Kony, with chili, cheese, and fritos. The toppings weren't bad, but similar to the first dog, it was a bit bland. We'd both skipped lunch and for $5, we couldn't resist grabbing a couple more burgers. The dogs were 3 stars, but the burgers for the price were 5 stars, and we'll definitely be back for them.
