I still can't say I've ever had a bad experience at a Cane's location. The service is always great, the food always ready fast and hot, and I always like how each location has a bit of a local feel. First time to Raising Cane's and was impressed with the dining area. It was well lit and super clean - they were actively cleaning it while I was there during the dinner rush. I didn't know what to expect from them food wise and was a little surprised that they were only a chicken finger place but I'm not angry about it. Delicious chicken, and a slightly spicy but good dipping sauce. I've always been a big fan of Raising Canes and recently got to do a yelp event at this location. As always, great customer service, great food, and a great place to spend time with friends and family. This was my first time at this location, but I've noticed decent consistency with most locations in terms of quality food and customer service experience. This location had much more space inside and was super clean. The staff was super accommodating and every time I looked up they were keeping themselves busy with cleaning and helping customers. Opening Day of Canes gave me a solid 5 stars and I hope to keep it that way! Unintentionally was one of the first 100, so it was fun to see the excitement from the managers and staff. I know it won't always be this upbeat but they did a great job including Cincinnati treasures like Mr. Redlegs and the UC Bearcat. I love, that before they even opened, they cut a $500 check to League for Animal Welfare. They're more than just chicken, which is why they're deserving of a solid 5 stars. The interior screams Anderson pride. Turpin, McNick, Anderson and more are all represented inside. It certainly has a modern hometown feel. Mix matched chairs, booths and outdoor seating is pretty cool. As for the chicken, it's not set apart from other Canes. Could it be a tad more flavorful? Sure, but that's what canes sauce is for. The food is always tasty and fresh whenever I have ordered. I use the Eastgate location for my meals.

Apparently, those of us on the West coast have been shunned!! I mean, we have KFC and Popeyes (that sandwich was garbage, by the way and in case you needed to hear it) but Raising Cane's is so much better. Why exactly don't they have these in SF, Vegas, LA and SD?? Not sure, but they should. My girl and I were out running errands, for what felt like hours and hours of walking uphill, in the snow, both ways!! Not really. We were driving around in a shiny new 2021 Subaru Outback Onyx edition. That's why we needed to eat on the cheap cause that car is expensive! So, we ordered up some chicken and boy oh boy was it good!!!! Emily has these shops in Texas, which is where they gained wild popularity and a cult following. Actually, now that I think of it. I told her to order whatever she likes and I'd eat it. Turns out, the menu is very simple. Kinda sorta like that So Cal burger joint that so many folks East of CA despise. Anyway. The chicken was crunchy, tender, juicy and deliciously seasoned. The special sauce is really good and such an excellent compliment to the chicken. Crinkle fries were meh, but I didn't come here for fries! Texas toast, dipped in the special sauce, was a thing of beauty!! I've been back a few times now and I like it a lot. Usually go to the eastgate location a few miles away but was shopping on beechmont near this store. Someone had told me before to avoid this location because it was really bad. I decided to go anyway and won't be back. The food tasted nothing like other locations and for the first time ever I didn't finish my 4 piece meal. Within 30 minutes of leaving my daughter and I both felt sick to our stomach and decided to head home as opposed to finishing our shopping. It's opening day!!! Never been to this chain, as they weren't located in Florida. This place is all about fried chicken, and they do it right. I also like dipping sauce. It's a brand new place and as such, it's clean as can be. The staff that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the fries were covered with too much salt that made them almost inedible. Everybody else around me seemed to be enjoying them, so either they love their salt in this area or I just got a batch that they wanted to see how much salt wouLd stick to the frieS. Answer....a lot. Raising Cane's is dedicated to their local community. This may be seen in the plethora of Forest Hills sports memorabilia that adorns the walls. Memorabilia from the Cincinnati area professional teams is also there. They also support the local community by making donations to local animal charities. They receive an extra star for their level of community involvement. Dining room was clean. Outdoor seating is also available. There are half garage doors between the seating outside and inside. It will be interesting to see if they are going to open those up on warmer days. The chicken tenders themselves are tender and juicy. They are made with thick pieces of chicken. Breading on them is quite possibly the thickest of the fast food tenders. Thick breading helps the outside of the tenders stay crispy. The box also comes with french fries, a few ounces of coleslaw, a piece of bread, a drink, and their own special sauce. For me, the chicken is too salty. It is not only this location. I found that at the last location I tried. My youngest really liked my bread. I wish there were other sauce choices. I am not a fan of their sauce. The other option is ketchup. The children's meal comes with tenders, fries and a drink. A toy surprise is also included. My son's came with a puzzle. I can't help but notice that all of the Raising Cane's locations that I know about in the area open down the street from existing Chick-fil-A locations. Soon a City Birds is going to open across the street from this location. Let the chicken wars begin. read more

A young man working the register, with no hesitation, payed for my meal due to my mistake of thinking I had the funds to get some food. I only had 2 dollars and thought I had more up until the window. I tried to give him atleast the two dollars to show some kind of gratitude, however he passed me the money back and told me to have a nice night. This made me realize that humanity isn't lost and that there's still people out there with a heart. The chicken tenders were just ok. Nothing to write home about. The dipping sauce was good and at least made the tenders better. The fries were tasteless and soft. The portion was very small and mostly consisted of pieces of fries. Very few whole fry pieces. The coleslaw lacked taste and was very dry. The slice of bread was wet and unedible. Probably will not go back. There are too many other places that offer better food. I would not recommend this place if you want something that tastes good. read more

The main issue is the food: The chicken tenders are fairly bland, the fries are average, and the garlic toast is not terribly noteworthy. Even the Cane's sauce is something of a letdown.
