The food came pretty quickly and it was pretty damn good for gas station food. But that's what Wawa is known for, their damn good food. With everyone working behind the counter, anything beyond that area gets overlooked. The tables are not clean. The ketchup dispenser doesn't work. The paper towel dispenser in the restroom is broken, and the room itself needs a better cleaning. I say all that so that you know what to expect going in. It's self service but that extends beyond the kiosks. But I still liked the burger, even with the cold bun. And, if you shop at Sam's, you can get a $50 gift card for $37.50. That's good math. The sad part is that they can be better. They should be better. I'd love to give the place five stars. But even at three I'll probably come back. The employees just need a paradigm shift. I don't even think that they knowingly avoid the area beyond the counter. But they do, and that area is part of the overall experience. Simple fix.

My frisco melt had one singular thin patty that was so over salted it was disgusting. While waiting for our food, we waited 25 minutes, I ordered an additional milkshake via the app. It took me another 25 minutes and asking two employees for it. It had been sitting behind the counter and no one attempted to deliver or call the name on it. Also, the butterfinger milkshake had less than a spoonful of candy in it. Literally just a vanilla shake I paid $6 for. Overall, I will not be returning to this location. If you ask me, we got ripped off for dinner.
