I've been a long time customer since 2019 and have never been disappointed. They replaced my brakes, and when they wore out abnormally early, they replaced them free of charge. The owner always recognizes me, asks me how I've been, and it feels good knowing I'm more than just a number. Most recently they squeezed me in during their busy schedule as my tire valve cores broke and I needed them replaced ASAP and I'm extremely grateful. Their quality of work is the best around and I plan on returning next time I need them, as it has been for years.

Todd the Manager pulled one of his mechanics off a job to diagnose the problem. 40 minutes later I was fixed up and on my way. When I went to the counter to pay, I was told "no, charge, have a safe trip". If you had guessed that it was only a blown fuse, you would be correct. Team One gets my respect and recommendation because they took time from a job to check connections, wiring and to go through 2 fuse boxes to replace a $3 fuse. Most shops would have charged me for an hour of labor or worse came up with a bogus diagnosis, overcharging me. Team One put integrity and customer service first.

He told me that after checking in to the shipper, he heard air coming from the under the trailer. After moving the trailer he found a nail in one of the tires. We have an EXCELLENT tire shop here in Central Jersey but were not about to chance rolling down the highway at 70K with a faulty tire. You're welcome. I sprung into action (history is written by the victors amirite) and found a few commercial tire shops nearby. This location was only a mile up the road so I called. The rep I spoke with was friendly and told us to come on in. In less than 90 minutes we were patched up and back on the road. Also, there were no needless upsells and the pricing was outstanding. Half of trucking is knowing who to call when calamity strikes. I'm thankful this shop was nearby and does good work! Btw after getting repaired we got stopped at two weigh stations and sailed through and we just checked into the receiver 200 miles away, safe and sound.

So when our car broke down on the way home to Harrisburg from York, let me tell you how excited my husband and I were :P Fortunately, we found Premier Autowerks and had our car towed there. The shop was able to figure out the problem and fix it the same day. The two guys who work here used to be Audi technicians for several years so we knew our baby was in good hands. We would definitely bring our car here for any future "autowerks".
