Amazing service and expertise from the moment I contacted Skyline. I reached out to two competitors and never received a follow up call, which spoke volumes in terms of those "reputable" companies. Skyline followed up promptly and I was invited to their showroom where I was given a 101 on window treatment options, which for a rookie like me, was perfect. My husband and I recently moved into a newly built house that had no existing window coverings. It was a very easy choice of who to call to cover our windows, as we know the level of service and care that Skyline puts forth for every customer. Chrissy and Jason, the owners of Skyline, are close friends of ours and over the years, I have heard both of them talk about their business model as well as particular jobs and installs they've completed for customers, friends, and family. Going into this project, I was confident in knowing that both Jason and Chrissy have an amazing eye for design and are meticulous in their work by treating every customer's home as if it were their own. Even knowing how they treat their work with Skyline, my expectations were completely surpassed. This time, as a customer of Chrissy and Jason's, it was amazing to see exactly how thorough and efficient they are to provide a truly customized service. I have to admit, I initially felt a bit of nervousness leading up to the appointment because I was not certain what we might want due to the multitude of options for window coverings- or even which windows we wanted to cover! I should have known not to worry, because Chrissy and Jason were effectively able to step-by-step guide us through the process by asking the right questions to determine our exact wants and needs. It definitely surprised me that I went into the appointment feeling slightly apprehensive about the process but that making all the decisions ended up being really fun. Additionally, Skyline considered every last detail in helping us choose the best window coverings that truly fit our lifestyle and budget. I was shocked at some of the details that were contemplated: how long we were planning to stay in our home (helpful in determining a budget), what type of closure method to use for each window, what side to place the closure, the color and shapes of remote controls (for motorized shades)... Even the future was considered: "you might put XYZ furniture here in the future, so we'll put the closure on the other side." They even measured windows we chose NOT to cover so that we could expedite the process if we wish to cover them at a later date. I'm telling you, Every. Last. Detail. Chissy and Ken are super nice and professional to work with. I have a new house and need window treatment for over 20 windows all kinds of size. I tried DYI IKEA stuff first on a couple of windows, that didn't work very well. Then I looked up on yelp and stopped by a couple local windows treatment shops. I picked Skyline Window Coverings based on all their fabulous 5-star Yelp reviews. I am so glad I did. Chrissy is super nice and helpful to help me pick suitable style and configuration for my window treatment.Today Ken came to installed all shades. He is a true professional with great work ethic. You will what I am talking about when you watch him doing the installation. The efficiency and laser precision are superb. Towards the end of the installation, Chrissy stopped by to check everything is ok. I think based on the details, quality of the product and service, they charged a very fair price for my job. Our new blinds are installed and we are very happy with them and the service we received from Skyline. Chrissy was our designed and patiently worked with us until we found what we wanted. I had a very nice experience with this company...they were prompt, professional and great about keeping in contact. Tim helped us select the Duette Honeycombs which were excellent in blocking out light from our east facing bedroom. The time I was quoted for the products to be created and delivered was a week shorter than expected, and when the installer noticed there was a slight imperfection in the material from shipping he had a new one created and re-installed weeks later at no additional cost (while keeping the old one up which worked great.) Skyline was fantastic from start to finish! Chrissy helped us select beautiful shutters for our main floor windows and shades both blackout and light diffusing for the rest of the house. We got quotes from a few places and Skyline gave us both the best pricing and seemed to have the most knowledgable and professional staff. We got a quote within 24 hours from their home visit and installation scheduled only a few weeks from the quote. We did Hunter Douglas plantation shutters throughout our entire three floor home and they were done within about a 5 hour day! I was just starting back working from home on maternity leave with a 6 week old baby the day they came to install it and it was almost like they weren't even here- they were done so quickly and quietly while working around a newborn and me on conference calls.
