I was very disappointed! I made an appointment for 12:45 p.m., so I could have my nails done during my lunch hour. However, it was after 1:00 p.m., and they still didn't get me in. I asked if I could schedule for the next day, and she said 12:00 p.m. I asked her if she was sure that she would be able to get me in at 12:00 p.m., because I'd be on my lunch, , and she completely ignored me!!! They are operating as CASH ONLY. Which is fine because as I was looking around for a place they all were operating as cash only. Only safety precaution is they are wearing masks. Only nails stations have the acrylic divider. No antibacterial soap. No new tools per person. I had to ask to get everything wiped down before seating me. My mom and I have both been going to Kaylee here for over a year for acrylics and we both love it! Kaylee always does a great job, I always get compliments on my nails from strangers after I get them done. She does a great job making the nails look natural which I love - I hate clunky looking acrylics. I've had several friends think the acrylics were my real nail because of its natural look. I rarely have problems with my nails breaking if I don't stretch out fills for too long. Also, I have very small nail beds. At other salons, techs often knick my cuticles and the manicure ends up being a painful process. Kaylee has never had this problem with me! Yes, as some reviews have mentioned, Kaylee's children are often in the store, but I have never found them to be disruptive or annoying in any way. Often, they are just cute. Kaylee is not a tech that is really into small talk, but as a shy person I enjoy this. To me, she is not quiet in a rude way but in an efficient way. All of the techs I've interacted with have been friendly to me as I am friendly to them. I always call in appointments a day or two ahead of time so I never have problems with wait time. Making appointments seems to be the way to go if you want the best experience possible! Overall, I would recommend this place! read more

The nail tech who is the manager and sits to the left skinny older lady did my I guess mani had to go back cause my nails looked TERRIBLE! Went back at 4 pm the same day and took 2 fucking hours to do my nails cut almost on purpose like 7 times didn't file my nails , she was doing everything so backwards and weird. Super disappointed with my last visit here. Came for a regular pedi and gel mani. I'm 8 months pregnant and came here to try to relax. This was the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten! I'm assuming the lady was taking out an ingrown, she didn't mention or acknowledge it but I don't see why else it would be that painful, it got to the point where I had to tell her, okay that really hurts! She didn't care continued on not even acknowledging the pain I was in. Finally a different nail tech comes to do my manicure, she seemed super rushed because they were busy as usual. Got my manicure Friday it is now Wednesday and they are already chipped! Ridiculous. I don't even know how to express my gratitude to Kaylee. My nails were messed up pretty bad by another salon (Bellazzio nails salon). I called Skyller Nails Salon and Kaylee told me to come in. Not only did she fix my nails, but she was a very sweet person. All the staff were smiling. The clients were relaxing and enjoying their services. I loved the atmosphere. However, they do speak Vietnamese here, as any typical nails salon would. You can't walk in pho restaurant and ask for hamburger. LOL! I'm not sure why there were negative comments here. Went in for a simple pedicure. The person who worked on me was digging around with the trimmers, so deeply and repeatedly that it hurt like the dickens. I saw her gesture and say something to the girl working on the person next to me, seeming to indicate that the trimmers needed sharpening. She gave them a buff or two with a sharpening tool, and then went back to digging and scraping along my nails. Good grief! I finally told her to just quit it; should have said that sooner. My toes were red and painful for the rest of the day. To add insult to injury (literally) there was no attempt by her or anyone else (including the check-in guy) at friendliness for a new customer. Getting married in a couple days and needed to get my nails done. I arrived and was greeted, waited about 10 minutes before I had my nails started. I didn't catch the ladies name but she sit right up front to the right. She did a great job. I asked for my nails to be shortened and she re shaped my coffin shape and it's awesome. Was looking for a nail shop open on Sunday & found this gem of a place! Read the reviews & went as soon as it opened at 10:00. It is a nice, clean & pretty good size shop. I needed to have my old set removed & a new one applied and they took me as soon as I walked in. Evelyn did my nails, she was fast, careful, asked the right questions about how I like my nails and got right to work. She did an excellent job, the prices are great. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! DONT COME HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I am one day away from my due date, I came in to get a relaxing pedicure massage and my nails done, the man at the front is VERY rude, has no manners and is a total dick!!!!!! I came with my Mom and was very specific about what I wanted I wanted my feet rubbed which SUCKED! She didn't massage me, she put a bunch of lotion on her hands and rubbed it very fast and vigorously. Not relaxing at all!!!!!! I was very specific and said No polish removal Or added on! Of Course they didn't listen at all, ended up taking off the polish I had just had put on last week and then said "okay Your done you don't want polish" WTF!!!!!!!!! Then when I very nicely said "I do want polish" she started mumbling in Asian to the other workers and handed me the color swatches vey rudely and it wasn't even all the colors, they had other swatches of he colors I wanted and when I asked to see them she acted as if she didn't hear me... So because I didn't wanna deal with her I picked out a color just to get it over with... I have never hated a nail Salon so much!! I would never recommend anyone come Here! On top of it all when I walked in and I told them What I wanted which was a full set and a massage they sat me Down for the massage (water was too hott when I asked for it to be a little colder he made it all the way cold, so it was awful anyways) afterward acted as if I never mentioned wanting a full set of nails and then when I asked where to go for my nails hey told me It would be an hour wait!!!!!! I've been to this salon twice now, and I'll never go again. Their amazing gel polish selection, and large comfy spa chairs gained them the two stars. There's also one awesome technician who does great pedicures, but more importantly is kind and really funny. The rest of the staff however- RUDE. Yesterday I got a gel pedicure and a fill with gel polish. The same RUDE technician did my fill on both of my visits... unlucky me. The shop was getting busy and she cut so many corners in order to get me out and start on the next person. I told her my nails were lifting (though she should have noticed this on her own as it is her job) and instead of repairing my nails properly, cutting off the parts that were lifting, she just put acrylic over them and applied glue to the tips. Literally 36 hours later, one nail is already chipped. She also tried to talk me out of my color choice. When I said I wanted to go with it anyway, she RUDELY and loudly said, "I already told you- it's not going to look like sample!". Good thing I stuck with my choice because it looks exactly like the sample and exactly how I wanted the polish to look. When I commented that it came out well, she ignored me completely. I said thank you when she was done (purely out of courteousness) and she replied, "Hmm". Pedicure: The technician was nice enough, but again cut corners. I got the callus treatment and after scrubbing my heels and rinsing my feet, she wanted me to put my now clean feet back on the dirty towel. She didn't even fold it over. I literally had to ask her to change the towel. When I did, she wasn't even surprised- like she knew she should have done it. And she had a drawer full of towels in her caddy! Just before the massage portion of the pedi, the technician usually puts hot towels on your legs to open the pores or whatever. Instead of bringing a towel for each of my legs, she brought out one scorching towel and put it on my left leg while massaging the right (which seemed counter-intuitive since the towel is supposed to go on before the massage). Then she put the same towel on my right leg while she massaged the left. By then, the towel was cold. So my left leg was basically burned and my right leg got a cold wet towel as an afterthought. Lastly, they suck at keeping appointments. I got there 5 minutes after they opened and apparently, that's the only way to be serviced in a decent amount of time. In the short time I was there, 3 different people walked in and were told it would be a 30 minute wait because the rest of the staff had yet to arrive. Two of them said they would be back in 30 minutes to which the staff said "Good. No problem". One stayed and waited in the salon. She waited 45 minutes. One girl came back 35 minutes later and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. She decided to go somewhere else (good for her!!!). The other woman came back and was still waiting when I left. Go to MILLENNIUM NAIL & SPA instead! It's in the next plaza (where Starbucks is located) and a little bit older, but they recently remodeled it. I went to Skyller because of the awesome polish selection, but Millennium just ordered a ton of new colors!!!! Most importantly, they're kind and considerate at Millennium. read more

Honestly I came in a little scared after finding my go to nail salon so I came here hoping it would be just enough as my usual place is closed on sundays. I can't remember the lady I had but she was very quick and very precise. She didn't make my acrylics look too thick as a lot of places tend to do. I was very surprised and very pleased with their job. The only downside is they charge extra for any shape which I consider pretty normal shapes that most people tend to get such as coffin, almond, (mine) or stilleto. Brand new place! I recently moved to the area and I've been looking for a nail place that's relaxing, has spa chairs, has a tv and speaks to me only for a bit and not the whole entire time. Call me crazy but when I'm at the nail place I like to relax, check my emails and look up new recipes. I received THE PERFECT amount of customer service from this place. The gal who did my nails was sweet, kind, informative and did an AWESOME job! They have a special on pedicures right now however I got the deluxe because I wanted the salt scrub & 5 min massage. I got home and my husband loved my new nails. It was worth the $27. A bit more than other places but like I said, worth it. I WILL be back. read more

Customer service is horrible. They always open the shop late and the employees arrive late. I went at 9:45am to get a gel mani, there was only two ladies doing nails. They told me to wait 30mins, so I said I'll come back. I came back at 10:15 and there was two extra people already in there getting their nails done. The ladies didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in, so I went to ask how much longer I was going to have to wait and they said another 5-10mins. I normally wouldn't mind, but it's not my fault that your employees show up late to work and the least you could do is acknowledge my presence and say I'll be with you soon. Just rude! What an experience! Fiancé and I Came in for an appointment at 10 and them manicures only. They took us to the pedicure chairs and I once again said manicures only. They filled my tub and I pointed to my fingers and said only fingers. When the nail technician came I told him I'm only doing my hands and it wasn't until he wanted to take off my nail polish on my feet and I once again stated manicure onky did they understand. I had to wait an entire hour to get someone to do my manicure. When I finally started to get my nails done, the persons behind me clippings were flying on my. Disgusting! My finances technician didn't clip or clean his nails! Oh on top of that they don't sterilize their equipment but wash it for 3 seconds with soap and water! Wish I could get my money back! read more

I got a pedicure today and the lady with the pigtails didn't talk to me much besides what color I wanted. She didn't do a good job on the color I wanted (missed a spot and only did 1 coat). There were no fans to dry afterwards either. I didn't realize until hours after that a few of my toes hurt! She took some skin off and it looked like it was going to bleed at any moment. The customer service and quality of service has significantly diminished in this place. I have been coming here for over 5 years, but now service has become so bad that I won't be returning. To my understanding it's under new management/owner. Hence, why there are a lot of new faces. I went in for a gel manicure and the worker (I didn't get her name, but she is new) cut my cuticle so drastically that it would not stop bleeding, and was I terribly in pain. She wouldn't even bother to disinfect my cuticle or place anything to stop the bleeding, I asked her multiple times as she simply continued to do my nails. Her disinfecting technique was just to put a cotton ball on top of my cuticle. To top it off, the gel manicure only lasted me 3 days. During my time there, I never saw her disinfecting any of the nail utensils nor gel upon cutting me (red flag). I walked off very displeased and refused to tip her. I had to come home and disinfect my cuticle throughout the whole day to avoid any infections on my cuticle and nail & to ease the pain. read more

Came in on Saturday 11/12 around 12pm for a pedi. I waited maybe 20 mins before a tech was able to start services (I think her name was Kim?). She was very quick and efficient BUT she lacked personality. Usually I don't care for chit chat but she honestly seemed annoyed most of the time. Then when I added a mani she just seemed pissed. All in all I was there for an hour and 15 mins and was able to get both a mani pedi. Kim did a great job on both BUT I'm already noticing the polish is starting to fade. The other reason for the lack of stars.. People were constantly coming in & were told the wait would be 15min then they would get a chair and would have to wait another 15-20min? Hardly anyone was given a realistic wait time then they rush you to a seat and turn the water on. You think your going to get started but nope you wait again. I found this to be unfair especially since most days I'm in a rush. Kim did a good job but her attitude, the way they did things (with the wait time), the lack of technicians on a busy day and the atmosphere is the reason for the 3 stars. I felt a lot more comfortable at Millennium Nail Spa down the street. read more
