The experience in this nail salon was really mediocre I asked for a Halloween French tip and they couldn't do it the way I wanted exactly so I settled for just black French tip but was dissatisfied with the result since usually with French tip they add a clear pink coat on the nail but for mine it was just the line drawn and regular clear coat which makes them look a bit weird read more

Henry is great! Did my full set & then fill. Haven't gotten my nails done in 4 years, so i was worried he'd cut me or my nails would be sore. None of that. I had such a good talk with the lady doing my nails time flew by . I was also a walk in with no appt and they were super busy and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. Came during their 20% off promotion as they are under new management - asked for a gel manicure on my natural nail. The nail tech was ROUGH cutting cuticles and filing the nails. One of the cuticles she cut hasn't stopped burning since leaving the salon. The manicure itself came out messy and still have polish crusted into the sides and the shape nails are not even (I don't expect them to be twins but they're definitely distant cousins). I guess 3 stars for affordability but the quality was not great. read more

horrible experience and painful! thought I would give this place a try since where I usually go was closed for the weekend... women staff were friendly, then one of the men comes to do my pedicure. so sloppy ! he cut the cuticles and cut down on my nails like normal nail cutting was a little sloppy I thought he would fix it after. He starts putting gel and cures it, nail polish all over my toes and he's trying to wipe it off with his gloved hands. pedicure is done and he continues to cut more !! His excuse was that I had an ingrown, he had already cut around it before ! they said he could fix the polish but I said no my big toe was already in pain, so upset I still paid for ugly and painful work. read more

Don't come to Bebe if you expect a profession job! It's a total waste of your money! They are rude and careless. I got gel nails and knew they were a mess but didn't say anything! I had to go buy acetone to remove within the week because they were so embarrassing to look at! The owner has her mother working there and her mother is very rude and disrespectful. The gentleman that did my nails was nice but does not have a clue how to do nails!! I work hard for my money and what a waste this was! never again! Went to get my nails with my sister in law and it was severely overpriced. we did not get what we asked for and left very disappointed. were offered "free facials" but basically ended up paying for them with everything we got done. acrylic full sets are priced at $25 but we paid $45 each!!! they charged us $10 for "coffin shape" and $10 for the length which they said was an extra charge after we had gotten them done not during the application. pedicures were $39 and $35. not worth the money we spent. $163 could've gone somewhere else with better prices and get what we wanted done. the only thing that we enjoyed were the facials. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment for 3 pedicures at 11:00 am there opening time. Not 1 single customer inside when I showed up at 11:05 am and was told they can't help me now because I'm late and didn't call!! What a joke. I can understand if it was 10+ minutes but it was literally 5 minutes with not a single customer inside being helped. There was a young girl to the right sitting behind a counter and she asked me can I help you? I said, yes. I would like to get a polish change. She replied, a polish change? I said yes.
