I've tried gel and glue on nails and neither worked for me, it was before Olive nails but I'm scarred. I'm still down to try something new when it comes with customer recommendations and the person next to me gushed over her powder nails so I gave powder a try. It was a process. I added a little nail length and then it was polish dip, polish dip multiple times and then shaping and final clear polish on top. The powder is the actual color, that surprised me, glad I went with something neutral to me because it'll go with everything. I had dip powder from another spa, so while I got my pedicure, I soaked my fingernails in the solution then rubbed them a bit with a paper towel to expedite the manicure process. I didn't mind helping because I realized that the pedicure I picked was longer than I anticipated and I had a hair appointment across town afterwards. The pedicure was good. The manicure was good. I'm in love with the clear sparkly polish I picked and will likely make it my staple nail look. Cindy made the experience very pleasant with the conversation and compliments. I look forward to my next visit in a week or two. I don't know who I will get next, but so far everyone has been great.

I went to my car there was nail polish all on my skin, missing white in the French tip and when I mentioned a white paint like down the middle or the nude part of my nail bed at the end of the service she basically said there is nothing else she could do. I went to my car took photos and went back in after paying $65 the end product was horrific. They seemed to not care about my concerns, and continued with excuses to why my nails look the way they did. I do not recommend this nail salon at all.
