Worst experience I've had with a shop in a long time…read more I went out of my way to be as transparent and easy to work with as possible. I sent them a detailed message explaining EXACTLY what I wanted done to my Mustang -- full exhaust setup, how I wanted it mounted, clamps, O2 bungs, everything. I literally did their job for them and made it easy. All I asked for was a rough price range before driving OVER AN HOUR to their shop. Not an exact quote. Just a simple "around this much depending on fabrication." Any decent shop can give a ballpark estimate. Instead, they ignored most of my message, barely communicated, wouldn't answer straight, and kept pushing me to drive all the way over there just for them to look at the car for 10 minutes. I called multiple times and it felt like they genuinely did not care about wasting my time. Then they acted like what I was asking was unreasonable and basically said no shop in Arizona would do what I wanted. Funny enough, less than 10 minutes later I found another shop that actually knows how to communicate, gave me a price, and scheduled me immediately. What made it even worse was seeing them joke on Instagram stories about "if you're not a good customer we don't want to work with you." Meanwhile I was being EXTREMELY clear, respectful, transparent, and serious about spending over $1,000 with them. So if THIS is how they treat someone trying their best to be a straightforward customer, imagine how they'll treat everyone else. Communication was trash, customer service was trash, and they lost themselves an easy customer because of their ego.

I highly recommend this shop for exhaust, emissions issues, and any welding work. My experience…read morewith Rosco was phenomenal. He is highly professional, knows exactly what he's doing, and quickly pinpointed the real issue with my exhaust system. I had failed the emissions test with a P0420 code, which usually means the catalytic converter needs replacing. I went to several VVRP-authorized auto shops for quotes, and all of them told me I'd need to leave my car for 2-3 days, with repair estimates ranging from $2,500-$4,500. The problem? My car is only worth about $2,000! Rosco turned out to be a lifesaver. Using his diagnostic tools, he determined it was only a sensor issue. The part cost just $100, and he replaced it in about 5 minutes. After driving 75 miles on the highway, my car passed the emissions test without any problem. It's rare these days to find an honest and ethical mechanic, but Rosco is exactly that. Go here first--you'll get a clear, honest diagnosis and save yourself from breaking your wallet. Moreover , I am still hunting him down to pay for his services with many calls and text messages. He ignored to get paid A truly nice mechanic

Other places were only willing to quote me on cost to run tests or they did not do work on my make model. Very satisfied I decided to go with CB to have my A/C compressor replaced. 1 day turnaround. Extremely friendly and very smooth process. Great communication over phone and via text with photos, videos and clear work order you can approve or decline suggested items. I also like that they are closed on weekends so it means they care about their employees and respect peoples time. Open from 7-6 so manageable for most to be able to drop off and pick up m-f. Shuttle service offered. I didnt need but nice to know. Would go back. Ps service is guaranteed.

Service used to be great but the last few times I needed to chase down staff for updates on my car…read morewhen it was dropped off for a morning oil change and they close within an hour. I had them check some other issues and trusted their recommendations. Now another location is showing me the small problem is now a huge problem. QC location does not have any fluids or results to support their repairs. other location showed me everything and wouldn't do the service QC did previously. Now other shops are quoting $12k to fix the bigger issue caused by the service. Skip the door holding when you leave and go to walmart next store. it's the same work with nicer work clothes.
