Biggest mistake I could've made. I brought 23 cards in for cleaning. While a couple came back cleaned, 1 am convinced at least 4 of my cards were swapped out. There were no receipts, no documentation on their end, and absolutely zero accountability for what was handed over versus what was returned. The only reason I believe I got my Shadowless Blastoise back is because I had picture proof and personal records of the card before bringing it in. If I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have seen it again. The entire experience was stressful and uncomfortable. Tony acted shady throughout the process, he held onto the red cheek, Pikachu and the Misty the entire time and I thought he was going to do a good job on cleaning those two cards instead one look like it wasn't touched, and the other one looked like it was swapped because as you could see in the picture, I did not have a bend in the corner and when I mentioned my banned Misty card, he immediately offered to buy it from me. That instantly raised major red flags. To make matters worse, the pack I purchased from them appeared resealed. Between the suspicious behavior, lack of professionalism, poor record keeping, and complete lack of trustworthiness, I would strongly warn collectors to stay far away from this shop. Please do your research and read reviews before trusting any shop with valuable collectibles. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because customers should never have to worry about their cards being tampered with, swapped, or mishandled.
