During Christmas, this place is packed with customers and will often run out of decoration supplies for your Christmas decorating needs, so go early in the season. Lines will be especially long during that time of year, even on the weekdays. You must have patience while standing in line. The wait can be a bit long.

Customer service is hit or miss. Most of the time, I have been on my own depending on which department. On the sales floor no one has approached me to offer assistance. The employees at the framing section have been helpful and efficient. Cashiers have been nice for the most part but their supervisors or leads did not give that same courteous vibe. Hours are 9am to 8pm and closed on Sundays. The Yelp 3 star average overall is accurate.

However, before the employee could respond, another customer walked in and the two began chatting in Spanish. The conversation continued for a good two minutes, with no acknowledgment of my son or the fact that we had been waiting. For a child who was genuinely excited about this visit, being overlooked like that was really disheartening -- and honestly, it was frustrating for me as well. We left without getting any help. We truly wanted to support this local business, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively. As it stands, though, it's unlikely we'll return.

To be fair, I walked in about 2 minutes after they unlocked the doors and the lights were still off, so maybe they haven't had time to set up anything yet. But the place looked like the inside of a shed but with collectibles and cards LOL either way, despite that, I like this place and WILL come back! I came here looking for pokemon cards. No slabs. Prices have remained as reasonable as possible. (All the shops have gone up, but some have gotten very unreasonable). I've always had great service here too. This shop isn't for everyone - I get that. But in a world of scalping, condescending comments, and blatant disinterest; it's refreshing to have a place like this that allows me to continue my hobby without feeling violated by pricing or employees.
