One repairman said we had to tolerate the noise. The elevator is not 10 years old. And it quit working within an hour after they drove away. Too bad Krone can't hire experienced repair people. This twice in a month that Krone left seniors to suffer hardship. Almost reflective of reflecting pool disaster. Makes you wonder if Krone is a legitimate company or a con.

Earlier this week, I observed the driver of one of their vehicles parking on an NYC street on the street cleaning side, staying in/around the car so that they don't get ticketed, but stepping away just as the street cleaning car approached, so that they don't have to move their vehicle. This created lots of hassle for the other cars that were moving to accommodate street cleaning. To me, this attitude tells a lot. It shows how the employees of this company do their best not to get fined, without following the spirit of the regulations. If they apply the same standards to their elevator service, I wouldn't want to be in an elevator serviced by them.
